I came into spectrum cycle today to get a tune on an academy bike that I had bought. It was the ozone something something. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Justin. He was very knowledgeable about everything bikes. After spending an entire hour with me and my mother educating us about quality and other things I decided that if Im going to buy a bike Im going to go all in. He showed me and went over in great detail, every bike that was an option for me. I ended up choosing a very lightly used 2016 Fuji reveal. There was absolutely no pressure in this sales process and no rush to buy, he even encouraged weighing all my options. I also got a new seat and grips that he installed for me before I left. Since I purchased the bike from spectrum, I also get free bike servicing. This place is a total class act and highly recommended, thank you Justin for the great service will definitely come back. Im a country singer who bicycle tours perpetually across the United States. Finally May of this year, I made the decision to go electric. Frank told me the key West Mango ebike7. Today I just passed 1026 miles on it. As you can see in the pic I pull a heavy trailer with all my music equipment, camping equipment whatever I need. In addition to that I weigh 255 lbs, and Im 6 ft 2 in tall. In spite of all that, I get a range of 20 miles on one charge, that 350 watt motor is pushing in excess of 450 lbs! I would like to thank Frank and his death they answered all my questions because I was new to ebikes. Now I can tell you, you can tour on an e-bike. The components are better than what Ive seen on e-bikes, that cost three times as much as the Ebike 7 key West Mango. The tires for instance, Ive only suffered one flat in 1026 miles - unheard of. Very happy with my purchase and grateful for Frank and his staff.

Frank is the man! Super nice/cool guy building bikes for 20+ years. Plenty of stock, and can build anything custom. Versatile. Several of us have gotten bikes there over the years, with no problems. Same quality components as the main vendors use. If you want a name brand bike, check with this guy first to see if he can build pretty much the same bike for cheaper.

Hands down the best bike shop in Brevard. Their the only bike shop I’ve come across that has hybrids starting at $300 and the best part is that they have the same parts you would find on a Trek or Specialized!! We had all sizes sorted and advised personally by him. Don’t waste your time shopping at no bike business like Walmart, target or sports shop. There’s no right advice and good bikes there!

On multiple occasions I’ve gone in there and the OWNER didn’t seem too keen on being of any help, even when I was actively trying to spend money. He went so far as to recommend other shops in the area. There are plenty of other stores close by with a better selection of goods, bikes, and the people who run the store isn’t totally useless. I will say the younger guy working in the store was far more help than the actual owner.

Great bike shop! All the other ones in town carry expensive brand names. Had the benefit of being able to order any brand and have it assembled. Saved 100’s of $ vs. FX or Specialized where you’re paying for the name. Franck was very helpful and friendly.

I live on Merritt Island and have been “kind of” thinking about buying a new mountain bike. It wasn’t a high priority and when looking online at Trek prices…..well, it tempered my enthusiasm. However, last Friday, I had to drive to Melbourne for some errands and stopped at Frank’s BIKE SHOP to check out his selection.I found Frank to be knowledgeable with a no pressure sale’s attitude. After a couple of minutes talking with him who quizzed me about my riding habits and interests, he thought that I would be more satisfied with a hybrid bike. BUT wait, I wanted a mountain bike!He then allowed me to test ride the mountain bike and the hybrid (multiple times) and I quickly recognize that he was RIGHT. The hybrid allows for a more upright posture when riding while reducing my back strain which was a priority.I left, slept on that thought and returned the next day at opening time and purchased this bike. I have ridden it twice (21 miles total) and am very satisfied with the purchase.If you are in the market for a new bike, this is the place to purchase it. Go see Frank and you won’t be disappointed!

The owner really tries to find a bike to match your needs, giving each customer individualized, undivided attention, allowing you try out bikes in the parking lot. Plus, he has really nice bikes at great prices! Granted, due to COVID-19, inventory is lower than usual. But our two avid mountain biking friends recommended him, and we are happy with our purchase.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for work done here are very reasonable compared to other bike shops around town. This shop does not price gouge or look down on you for minor repairs like I have experienced elsewhere like at Daves Cycle World. If you buy a bike here, the labor for any service done is free for the life that you own the bike. You only pay for parts. They have everything from fat tire bikes, motorized bikes, kids bikes, adult bikes and all sizes in between on hand. You can test ride any bike you want before you buy it. The customer service is the most amazing part of this location and I would recommend it to everyone!

So, I thought I needed a new wheel turns out it was just the inner tape. These guys saved me money, twice. I few days later my other tire caught a flat. They covered the repair fee. Much appreciated. More importantly I felt welcomed genuinely. A more recent experience at a competing shop (Davidss cycle) the service was amateur and over priced. generally I am slow to pass judgment but after several attempts with the latter Ive settled with the fact that as a costumer my needs are simple and my business is valuable. There are many options in the shop but I selected a Kestrel which had to be ordered. They ordered and assembled the bike (no additional charge for either) in a reasonable timeframe, I was on the road in about a week.I’ve also had a great experience getting my bikes serviced here. They completed a tune up on the new road bike (free service since I purchased the bike from the shop) and a repair on an older Fuji mountain bike. Both service requests were successfully completed in just a few days and I appreciated the customer service at drop off while I explained my concerns and pickup when completed services were discussed.Overall, I would recommend this bike shop. This shop opened right at the start of the pandemic - I wasnt sure theyd survive. But I recently went in for the first time for some service and I think these guys will be around for a very long time. Purchased two Mountain Bikes from Cycle Spectrum a year ago. Both Bikes are in excellent condition especially my Phantom 29 that I use on a regular basis and still held up to all the trail abuse. The best thing about this bike shop is that I took both bikes in to have maintenance and there was no charge for the service!!! I only paid 5 dollars for a new tire tube as the old one was bad witch included the part and the labor!. To think I can have these bikes serviced for life at no cost is unreal and a service you wont find anywhere else. They have a great selection from Road Bikes to Mountain Bikes and everything in between including all the accessories you could need. The staff is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. These are great bikes for a great price and great service. Really what more could you ask for. I usually dont write reviews but felt compelled because of the great service and value this bike shop provides to the bike riding community. The staff are all experts on service and repair, they always get it right the first time. You are not going to find better bike deals. Over the last 10 years I have been consistency undercharged for the value received.

I have bought 4 bikes from this shop. This shop is the only place I go for my bikes. Franc is the best he gets my bike back up and running. His prices are the best, His vast knowledge is always a pleasure. I get free maintenance for life but I would still take my bike to him even if I had to pay. I have paid other shops to work on my bikes and would still have to see Franc because my bike wouldnt be RIGHT after I paid another bike shop.

I took my sons bike in because it needed the brakes looked at and all around maintenance. I also had a head light and rear light put on. I was called the next day to say its ready!! I bought my first nice bike from Spectrum about 5 years ago and now Im ready for a new bike! I did all the shopping around 5 years ago and Spectrum definitely has the best prices for the same bikes as everyone else and the lifetime service cant be beat. I have repeated my shopping around efforts this time around....and same thing. Everybody else is priced ridiculously high, so today, Im headed back to Spectrum to buy a bike again. I dont even know why I bothered to shop around when I KNOW Spectrum will have the best bike at the best deal for me!! I cant wait to get back on all the great bike trails Seminole County has to offer.

Ive been after a bike for awhile. I purchased a Walmart special a huffy scout. The price was dirt cheap at Walmart. $119 it needed minimal adjustment but the frame was just too small. I ended up returning it. I tried again on Walmart.com found a Dynacraft Gauntlet for $99 full suspension bike. I had the bicycle come to my house and I assembled it myself. The shifter on the bike was broke from the factory. It wouldnt budge. I tried adjusting the cables no luck, the cable end came off the cable and the wire started fraying. I gave up and returned that to Walmart.These big box bikes are complete junk.I originally planned to stop at Bobs Bicycles their store hours said 6PM Saturday 5/9/2020. This was probably googles fault. I showed up at the store they were closed at 5pm. I typed into google again find a bicycle shop. This time Spectrum Bike Shop came up. Never heard of it before and the hours said 9PM. So I decided to drop by. The store was busy and I was patient waiting my turn for help. Frank told me the store closed at 5PM. It was already 5:30 or so. Frank said dont worry about it and offered to help me out. I told him my price range, showed me a few bikes explained the differences. I went with a Motobecane Jubilee FS. $600 bike. Really nice features. Frank showed me where he orders his inventory. The bike is assembled well with quality Shimano components. Locking front suspension fork. Hydraulic disc brakes. Everything I was looking for. I was pricing something similar with other bicycle brands and you didnt even get most of those features for $1000.The bike feels and looks durable. I hope I get a few good years of riding out of it.I would highly recommend this store. I would recommend having patience as they were very busy when I arrived. Not only helping clients but building and repairing bikes.I hope that this store does plan to stay open a little bit later than 5PM.6PM or 7PM would be Ideal for those getting off work and want to stop in for some equipment, parts or to drop the bike off for some upgrades or repairs.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Cycle Spectrum. I still have all 3 of them. Since I retired I am now riding about 120 miles a week.The crew at Cycle Spectrum have had to fix my bikes at least 10 times because of the use and all the labor on all the repairs has been free. They always do the repairs in a short time and as a result can keep riding. A couple of my friends have bought bikes from Cycle Spectrum and have said the same. Their hard work has kept me riding since I purchased my first bike over 10 years ago.

This review has been long overdue. These gentlemen are really knowledgeable about their bikes. Franck and I think another guy there has over 10 years of bike experience which makes it really easy for them to figure out what type of bike you would like. They even offer free labor for life on your bike which is truly awesome. The only problem I see with that, is that with free labor comes a high volume of bike repairs, which in turn WILL delay how long your bike gets repaired. That doesnt sound to good for the people that relies on there bike for primary transportation, yet they do offer an express repair for a charge, it doesnt sound to bad yet I would like to get my bike repaired with speed and quality service especially if thats one of your guys key sale point. Hearing about free labor would get most people to buy lets just make sure you guys are prepared for the volume of such a bold statement. You guys are awesome keep up the good work! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Frank and Chad are excellent to work with. Where else on Earth can you get a road-gear carbon-fiber bike for $1450? Ive had mine for 3 years and put on about 50 miles a week. A very sweet ride. I also bought one for my wife. Highly recommended. Ask for a Cafe Century Pro.

They really are the best shop Ive been too. They might not be the cheapest but when you buy sheep you tend to get cheap. They do offer some of the best quality and the best prices for what theyre worth. Plus free tune-ups and repairs when you buy from them

I have been frequenting this shop no for over 5 years. I purchased a bike for my wife from Frank about 4 years ago and holding true to his maintenance policy, he still maintains it to this day for FREE. I also purchased my cross bike from Frank and a number of accessories for my bike. All in all I have had no issues from anyone at the shop. All the staff are friendly and willing to answer any question for you. They do a good job of fitting you to the right bike, even if they do not have the perfect bike for you in stock. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone considering to buy a new/used bike. Skip the big box store and go right to this shop, you will not regret it for a second. AND FREE MAINTENANCE on all the bikes purchased through the shop. Cant beat that!

We bought our bikes about 17 years ago and brought them in for service on Saturday and today, two days later, we had a call that our bikes are ready and of course no charge. We have them serviced every couple of years and never charged. I have bought three bikes from here and they last. The only reason we still dont have the third bike is my son outgrew it. I recommend if you are looking for a bike that lasts and great service buy a bike here

Guys work hard to get you what you want. Owner has a strong sense of humor but dont be scare by it. He means well and keeps working with you till you leave happy. Highly recommend this shop especially if your new to the sport. They will tell you what you need with out trying to upsell you....

We purchased 2 bikes about 3 years ago from this shop. We had some maintenance issues that needed fixed. We took the bikes back to the shop to have the issues taken care of fully expecting a bill for the repairs. One of the repairs was a flat tire (my fault not the shops) We went back a few days later to pick up the bikes and not only were the bikes in GREAT operation, they didnt charge us anything for the repairs. I would definitely purchase from this bike shop again. They had excellent customer service!!!! I was in the market for a beginner road bike and shopped all around Orlando looking at several different models. Frank is a beast when it comes to bikes. He knows anything and everything. This is the place to buy or bring your bike for repairs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they do their best to help you in any way possible. Five stars for a great experience every time I come here.

I went in this afternoon to fix my bicycle - a simple inner tube swap and tire fitting. The staff was prompt, pleasant, and professional. They charged me a reasonable rate (less than $20) and were done in forty-five minutes. I will definitely return for future fixes and parts!

Frank, Justin and the rest of the staff are great people. If I ever had bike issues I would bring the bike on and they would fix it up very quick and give my bike looking great. I love the shop great people service and quality. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I bought two bikes over a year ago, one for my wife and one for myself. The prices are great compared to any bike shop in town, including online. The free Maintance for life is an amazing perk buying from cycle spectrum. I occasionally take my bike in for tune ups with no issue at all and if there is an issue with either bike they fix it, no questions asked. Frank, the general manager is a great guy and stands by his products. I guarantee anything he sells you will be great, if there is an issue he WILL make it right. Dropped my bike off this morning and had it completely taken care of the same day! Super awesome and helpful since I don’t know a whole lot about bikes but made it super simple!

I dont usually write reviews, but in this case it was well deserved. I have purchased 5 different bikes from Chad and Franck over the past 9 years and they are always a cut above. I just had my youngest daughters bike in for a much needed tune-up and they got it done quickly and at a price that is amazing = FREE. Yep, if you purchase a new bike from them you get lifetime labor. And more importantly, they are very good bike mechanics and know what they are all about. There are other decent bike shops in Orlando and I have purchased bikes from them as well, but I always end up back here at Cycle Spectrum. I hope they stay in the Waterford Lakes location for a long time! I know sometimes they are working with another customer and you have to wait a couple minutes for them, but guess what long lines at certain rides at Disney mean? It means the ride is popular and worth the wait. When they get to you, you will get the attention you need from a professional that knows his stuff and it will be worth it to talk to a knowledgeable person that can resolve your needs.

My Dad purchased a bike from Franck at Cycle SPECTRUM when I was 10 years old. Now, 15 years latter i just purchased my own bike from the same owner Franck. There is no shop out there that stand behind their products and services. I would highly recommend this bike shop .

Very disappointed...I brought my bike in for some wrench work (new shifters, bent hanger, fresh cables and bar tape) two weeks ago. I was up front and explained that while I could do the work myself, I was going to be out of town for a week and hoped to have a nice refreshed ride when I returned. We discussed the scope of work and I told them to call me if they had any questions. The full week went by without a call, and when I tried to call and see what was going on, nobody answered the phone. Twice. Came back after my business trip to find that nobody had touched my bike. Shifters needed replacing and they didnt have them in stock. Good thing I went in to see what was going on, because Frank didnt believe it when I told him I called and couldnt get anybody on the phone. At any rate, parts were ordered (so I was told), and we agreed on a price for the work - well over $200, not cheap. Parts should be in on Friday, work done by Saturday (but well call you) they said. Saturday came without a call, so I stopped by again. I was surprised to find that nobody had touched my bike for another week, and nobody called me either. Turns out those shifters still hadnt come in. Which we found out because somebody thought it was a good idea to first START looking for them when I showed up at the door. At this point Im less disappointed that nobody did any of the OTHER work, because its easier for me to just pick up my bike and leave at this point.The people are all very nice there, but if youre not interested in buying a new cut-rate bike from China it seems like nobody is really interested in your business. Matter of fact, the first time I met Frank (one week into my two week journey of nobody doing anything), he tried to talk me into buying a new bike, instead of getting mine repaired... partly because they provide free lifetime service when you buy a bike there. OK, no problem - everybody needs to make a buck I guess. But I gotta tell you - when your half-price Chinese bike needs service after a while, I hope you have better luck at this place than I did.No communication + no service = no stars.

I have been coming to this shop for about 5 years now, and they never fail to impress me. They have amazing bikes at affordable prices, and their service is top notch. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know who cycles, and plan to be using their services for many years to come.

I have now purchased 2 bikes from Cycle Spectrum and was very pleased with the bikes and service. Salesmen know what they are talking about and have never tried to up-sell me. I have had some recent issues with repairs through this shop but the quality of bikes sold here are far better than the surrounding big box stores and the maintenance was free.

Cycle spectrum will do whatever it takes for their customers. Sometimes they get a little busy but that is the course of business. I have had many bikes worked on here and have never been treated negatively by the staff. Everybody here is knowledgeable, and sometimes the repairs take awhile but I can assure u that the staff will get u back on the road as quickly as possible.

Amazing bunch of people. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them as I will most definitely be a repeat customer in future.

Just picked up my Motobecane Elite Trail after getting it tuned up. Bike now flies!!Even better, it was all free because I purchased my bike at Cycle Spectrum. These guys rock, Im close to buying my second bike from CS.

Excellent, knowledgeable service. The team was very friendly and when I purchased the wrong tires they switched them out immediately, not questions asked. It turns out Im not a pro bike rider and wasnt able to get my tires on after struggling with them for about an hour, so I took them back to the Spectrum and the owner put them on my rims for me free of charge! I am over all very satisfied with my experience.

Franck was great in taking care of my bike. The costumer service was great. They always go out of their ways to make sure we get our bikes repaired. Thanks for always going above and beyond for your costumers.

I bought a road bike and I was extremely pleased with their customer service. I originally wanted a black but when they ordered me a size first it was available only in white. I tried it and somehow it didnt fit me after almost 1 month of riding. Then they found a smaller size in black and ordered it again for me. They patiently worked with me till I liked the bike.One thing I would have liked from them is proper body measurement based fitting instead of just relying on the riders comfort on the bike. Sometimes the rider will feel alright when trying the bike for couple of mins but a better fit can be achieved only with specific measurements.
