I rarely give 5 stars(No room for improvement). This shop did exactly what I needed them to do. They made the copies work better than my original key. My RV came with an odd key style no one else in town had a blank to start from. Ive already dumped over $80 in lock replacements. If I had found them sooner. I could have saved $70 and many hours of trying to find same key locks.

I went in to get a copy of my motorcycle key and unfortunately they didnt have the right blank but the woman that served me reassured me that they will try their best to help me get the copy and gave me a business card. They were very friendly responsive and helpful. If youre into mountain bikes and bicycling then I highly recommend them.

Robert just left after changing the locks in our new house. He was able to save us some cash by re-keying most of the existing locksets and deadbolts instead of replacing them. He also offered some hints on keeping them working smoothly.Super nice guy as well!!!

Great place. I was looking for the right bike and after much research and shopping around, a year later I found the place, Brevard Bike Shop. They are very knowledgeable and patient as they answered the many questions I asked. They fitted the bike to my size and very professional. I had small issue once I rode and made one phone call and within hour it was fixed. I am so glad I took my time and decided on the perfect bike shop. They have a customer for life and due to their friendliness, also a friend for life.

You just dont find any nicer people than Sharron and her husband!! I will try to keep this short. I was sent there by Ace Hardware because they stopped cutting keys for foreign cars. The key I bought online was not any good for cutting, but the brain was okay to use. Sharron suggested that we take the brain out and use one of there keys, so we did.The programming of the key did not go well and poor Sharron lost about three pounds sweating in the car trying!Sharron called a Locksmith and he electronically, {at no charge} had it working fine!! If you need a bike or a KEY CUT that is the place to go!!THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

Just had two bikes serviced. Nice small town bike shop with a pleasant welcoming greeting when you walk in the door. Not like Dicks where you get ignored for a half an hour when trying to buy a bike. Just wish they had more inventory.

We recently visited this family shop to find great bicycles & accessoriesbut actually brought in 2 old but good steel safety boxes whose lockshad broken. I had thought about just buying new ones but after terrificlocksmith, Mr. Jim, redid/replaced each with new locks/keys, I am gladI didnt. These are now better then new, with secure, not cheapo/flimsylocks that most are nowadays.The service, prices & friendliness of Sharon, Mr Jim & all the employeesis a rare find in 2019 & I/we highly suggest you stop by the store some day---- you will be glad you did!!! Came to get a copy of a car key. Waited over two hours with no seating, and they couldn’t make one. They almost broke my ignition trying- left my keys in the ignition and told me to take it somewhere else. Didn’t even apologize. I would never go back.

I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with these folks. I have been dealing with them for over 25 years and have bought many bikes from them. I still deal with them regularly and have had nothing less than stellar results from them! The team is always upbeat, smiling and ready to impart great advice and help with any problems we come across.

I had to have locks changed at a rental home due to an eviction; when I called Brevard Locksmith, they were super helpful and sent someone out right away. Not only did he do a great job with the locks at a reasonable price, he also went above and beyond and walked through the house to make sure that the windows were locked and that it was secure. I would definitely use this company again!

Be wary about dealing with this bicycle repair shop. I brought a bicycle in for them to fix. 2 weeks after getting the bike back, it broke again. I took it in because there should have been a warranty but their service guy refused to honor the warranty. I took the bicycle to another shop for repairs and they told me that the reason the new part broke wasnt my fault, the last guy did not adjust it properly. As far as I am concerned, I feel like he scammed me and I will never do business with them again. They do not honor their warranties. Be wary when dealing with them.

They give you one price first, when he check your bike, and later after they repair it, is more expensive!! ...don’t trust in this store! I don’t think I’m going to work anymore with them! Excellent professional services years of experience

We purchsed a Miami Sun Adult Tricycle from them a couple of years ago and they have been super! Very surprised by the one negative comment as we have found them to bend over backwards.

Brought to bicycles in in the morning and they were done before the day was over.

My new bike man Johnathon hooked me up straight away on a sat, no wait. New chain sprocket and tune up.. He knows his bikes and price was readonable
