This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had when shopping with sales people. We were greeted, our saleslady introduced herself and then let us look around. No pestering or stalking. When we were ready, she was there with answers, suggestions and assistance. They need to update their technology, but that has nothing to do with the sales personnel. Overall a great experience!

Grace was such a pleasure to work with. I came in looking for an electric recliner to help with lower back pain caused from sitting all day while working remotely from home. After showing me a few chairs, she began to understand how important was for me to find the perfect chair. She showed me her favorite recliner with heat and massage. After trying the chair, it was a perfect fit and very relaxing. She also showed me an adjustable bed that could be used with my own mattress and also was perfect for me. She suggested that I might try the Purple Pillow….which helped my shoulders and neck to feel much better. Grace was professional, knowledgeable and super nice. She made my shopping easy and pleasant. I went there to find a new mattress for I will have back surgery soon. The sale associate I had was named Jack K. Jack was amazing, he said he’s only been there for a month or two but he was very knowledgeable. He allowed me to take my time, he wasn’t pushy, didn’t rush me, he step back and just waited for me to lay down and test every single mattress. Wasn’t thinking I was going to buy a mattress that day, was just seeing which one work for me, and how they felt. However Jack was such a great associate, he explain every single mattress to me and I bought one that day.I will be recommending Jack K to my sister for she needs new furniture.

After seeing the Labor Day sales add, my husband and I went in to the Rooms to Go showroom with intentions to buy a specific sectional. We were greeted by Bill (William). He sat with us while we checked out the intended piece, and showed us all the features it had. He was NOT pushy and seemed genuinely interested in our needs. We walked around alone (as we wanted, again not pushy) just to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and found a different sectional that we absolutely fell in love with. The one we chose was so comfortable and functional, a lot more comfortable than what we picked from the flyer. I highly recommend visiting the showroom as fabric and comfort make a difference and the areas were decorated nicely with great decor ideas. They had a wonderful selection as well, worth checking out. We are excited to have our new living room just in time for the holidays! And Thank You Bill, what we chose was less expensive than our original choice which you were amazing about, you didn’t try to talk us into choosing the more expensive sectional, you genuinely seemed to care more about what fit us and what WE NEEDED!!!

Rooms 2 Go has a huge selection of furniture for every room in the house. The prices are very reasonable. Ross at was a delight to work with. We are new to the area and really appreciated all the helpful tips and him making the furniture buying process so simple. We needed to fully furnish a new house in a short amount of time and Ross was very honest about any items that would have major delays. Great service and would highly recommend!

Scott Miller welcomed us into the store and took us to the furniture we had spoken to him over the phone about. He answered all of our questions and made some good suggestions which we thought about as we were walking around the rest of the store looking at other furniture. We came back to the original set we initially came in to see and ended up purchasing six pieces. The furniture quality was very good and the warranty that came with it very much appreciated. Scott took good care of us and we are glad we came to that particular store for our purchase.

The store was beautiful and Martin showed us several different slim recliners, taking the time to answer questions and point out different fabrics. In the end, we purchased a chair that fit our needs, was in stock and set up delivery.Very pleased. We will be back.

Christine was awesome! She went above and beyond to find the conversion pieces for the crib that I wanted to purchase that was being discontinued. It was the only crib that I really really liked and was super bummed to find out that the conversion pieces may not be available. I dropped by this location, searching for hardware, for an amazing loft bed set that was gifted to my daughter.DAKOTA was extremely helpful in locating the type and size bolts that were needed. He went out of his way, taking screws out a floor model, to make sure my questions were answered.The Colefax full loft bed with desk and shelves is the perfect solution to a crowded kids room!

Great customer service as always. I feel however, they should be a little more flexible with their pricing and what they offer. If you receive store credit and dont use it all, they should be able to use the credit on your purchase that day and not hold it for future purchases.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My aunt purchased a couch under my account and has had it less than a year, fabric is ripping and pulling apart! Someone came to look twice and they refuse to cover it even though its supposed to be guaranteed for 1 year. It was purchased in March delivered in May and they refuse to fix. I will never buy from this company again and I urge everyone else to go elsewhere! What a rip off!!

We were shopping for a bed & chair & he took us around & suggested we tried mattresses we were not even thinking about giving us several options to get us exactly what made us comfortable. Ross was very positive & not once did I feel pressured to buy something I did not want or would come to regret. Let me start by saying my husband and I went into the Melbourne store looking for a barrel chair and walked out with a living room set and a big smile on our faces. Sales agent Mrs. Goldie has great customer service. She’s Very polite and patient. I came into the store looking for a specific sectional, unfortunately the store didn’t have it on the floor so Mrs Goldie volunteered to take me to a sectional that was very similar so that I would have an idea of what the material felt and looked like and because of that I went ahead and made my purchase without physically seeing actual sectional. Mrs. Goldie is very knowledgeable and goes beyond expectations for her customers.

Much better experience here then with a competing furniture store. We actually just had to get a refund from the other store cause they mislead us on availability of a sofa that told would be delivered in 2 weeks, then a month, then 2 mos. But Steven at Rooms to Go was straight forward with us and showed us sofas that were available within 1 week and honest about others that were on back order til September. We ended up paying more for the Rooms to Go sofa we picked, but I appreciate the honesty from Steven.

1st I was brought the wrong ottman. I had to schedule another pick up and delivery to receive the correct ottman. Now the delivery time for the couch has been moved 4 hours out! No phone call--just a text message. I called the store and was told rescheduled again and the delivery will be the last one of the day at 9 pm!!! Unacceptable customer service. Waited 6 weeks for the couch and now waiting again. I was told nothing could be done--Manager is supposed to call me back. Will be the last time we shop at rooms to go..I guess my bedroom sets will be making another furniture store very happy....

If you want anything from here, just order it on Amazon or online, they are rude, we entered the store being greeted nicely and told the fella that I wanted a low bed frame he then showed me and I asked is there anything lower, he proceeded to give a dirty look and very rudely said “u can’t get much lower than this”. And he proceeded to walk away, we then found another employee and we found the bed frame we wanted and he went to the back and we never herd of him again, we went back to find him and he was talking to another couple, so we walked out. The furniture are very good quality. They advertise delivery next day, NOT. I purchased a bedroom set cant be delivered until 8/31/21. Because COVID they have a back log. Are you joking? 4 months. Well nothing else is to be done just wait. Other than that as always the quality and friendly sales person are amazing. The price always less than other department stores, but the special sales, not always are sale, I believe if they advertise less they can give a good discount to the public..... just saying.

What a wonderful experience! I am a big reviewer. I just felt like this kind of service needed to be recognized. I have always been a little hesitant when it comes to buying new furniture. Especially when it comes to furnishing a new home. So today we decided to visit the RTG in Melbourne after browsing some ads on the internet. As we walked in we was greeted by Beth 🙏🏾💕 a RTG sales representative. She took her time showing us around the store, making several wonderful suggestions that will definitely help us with our future decorating decisions. I came in looking around to find a recliner sofa and possibly a recliner. I was seriously looking. The first one I asked the salesman about wouldnt be delivered until Christmas time. The second one that we saw we went and were being helped only as we and the salesman went to go to the second choice. On our walk to it he sees this couple looking at a bed and tells us he would be right back with us. We waited for quite a bit and still he didnt come so we left and went to Badcock and More. We bought the recliner sofa AND recliner there with delivery due in July! Thank you, salesman for not helping us. We found a deal there as well.

Exceptional service from Chris!! We went to another furniture store before we came here and they were extremely overpriced and they follow you around the store breathing down your neck. Chris gave us our space to find what we wanted and made himself available if we needed anything. We found the perfect couch for an amazing deal! Salesman Nick was thorough, knowledgeable and quick. Leather care kit could be presented better. I was just given two medium bottles. No bag or box to put them in and no cloth. I thought for a second they were samples but they werent. Will update review when I actually get my leather recliner loveseat and end tables in a months time.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I ordered a furniture set, and the first delivery came in; the set was not matching. The second delivery, brought me the right color, but they were supposed to get the final pieces to complete the set. The last piece was not on the truck. Now I have to wait 45 days for a complete set.

When you go to a furniture store you want a salesperson that will listen and let you make up your own mind on what you want to purchase and not write up extraneous items because they think you should have it. That happened to us before. We were so happy with Mark, our salesperson, who made suggestions but was never pushy, that we went back yesterday and purchased more furniture. Thank you Mark.

The showroom is clean and beautiful. The selections were great but hard to fit into our configuration. The sales agent was rude. He got annoyed when his suggestions didnt fit our room. He was pushy, and we ended up settling on something that was not exactly what we wanted. Dont do money dealings with rude New Yorkers. 3 stars for the store. 0 stars for the salesman.

I asked them to put on a mask when entering the elevator at Beachwinds condo. One felt the virus was a farce. As a Doctor I know this is why the hospitals are full!

Did not spend a lot of time there as I found something I liked in an affordable price, and I did not feel pressured to buy anything.

Went to this store for a living room and bedroom set had Marty show me the different selections and best combo sets very informative and no pressure felt at ease and bought what I needed. Definitely will buy again.

We went shopping for a new king size bed . Bill was our sales associate . He was excellent. Not aggressive but there when you needed . And very knowledgeable.Can’t wait to receive the bed in Friday . Highly recommend

Chris was great! He explained everything thoroughly and got us set up with our new couch and a delivery date! He made the whole process super easy, and were very excited for our new furniture!

My husband and I stopped at RTG tonight to purchase a bed and mattress for our guest bedroom. We were greeted at the door by Wendy. She immediately was right on about what we needed and was so helpful and kind. We were in and out of the store in about a half hour. About an hour laterI decided to upgrade the bed and she handled this purchase flawlessly while I was at the restaurant waiting for dinner. Thank you Wendy for all your help! This place is wonderful. The quality of furniture is excellent. Our salesman Mr. Kwiecinski was great. He didnt hover over you but was always near by for questions and assistance.

Awesome experience and so easy to shop! We purchased three leather couches and two wall units from John W. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was not pushy just there to help us measure, anwser questions and help us find the best furniture for our home. We really appreciate him and want to thank him for the great service!!

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. I tend to only write reviews for extremes; this is one for sure. The salesperson made a mistake and ordered the wrong couch. Instead of making it right, it COST ME more money, stress and time. Because of their mistake it’s going to take four months to have the furniture I thought I was buying and paying for. They do not value their customers. At this point I don’t have much of a choice but to deal with it; however, I strongly encourage you to SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Salesman, “Ross” was excellent and left us alone as requested to walk around and then we went back to ask questions and place the order.
