What a delight working with Marta Beaver of Ethan Allen. Marta came to my home to personally evaluate the space and current design. Then after a conversation about my lifestyle and with one inspiration photo Marta designed a cohesive and stylish family room. . .something I spent years and $$ trying to achieve but always missed the mark. I cannot wait until my furniture arrives!

5 stars.... during redecorating of our living room, we made our final stop at Ethan Allen. It should have been our first stop. We tried the higher end catalog stores, high prices, limited fabrics and not exactly what we wanted. Ethan Allen was no more expensive and slightly less expensive for custom made pieces. We worked with Jack, one of the interior designers. He helped us with fabric selections and gave us perfect advice to mix our fabric choices, there was a huge selection of fabrics from all grades, inexpensive to high-end choices, all design styles. We were able to choose leg styles, stain finish, metal finish on nail heads which could also be left on or off. The customizations and selections are way more than other stores. We also shopped at 2 other local furniture stores and the quality of furniture is no comparison even though the other stores prices were in the same vicinity. We really thought our design advice helped steer our final selections to exactly the look we wanted. We couldnt find the right look of comfort, casual and elegance at any other store. The design suggestions and thoughts are helpful, low-key advice and not at all pressured, like shopping with a friend. We received one of our two furniture pieces 6 weeks early and they delivered the first piece with no additional charge. We are looking forward to our second piece of furniture due in a few weeks along w our custom pillows. The quality of our coffee table ottoman is superb, it is much more solidly built than the catalog stores and it is built in US. We will be going to see Jack at Ethan Allen when we are ready for our new family room couch in 2022.

Kevin and Luis did a great job delivering our massive couch. It barely fit through our front door and they patiently made it work with the tiniest space and no damage. Yay!

Our designer, Austin, was amazing! He understood our wants and needs and ran with it. We couldn’t be any more pleased with his work. Everything is perfect.Our delivery crews were the best. Andre came with each delivery and made sure that each item delivered was in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He even found a defect that he reported.Kevin, the guy who fixes furniture was equally as good. He fixed our buffet and bookcase beautifully. My husband and I have been extremely happy with our designer Austin Hippchen. He has great enthusiasm and it’s easy to see he loves his job. After a 2 plus hour consultation, where Austin listened to our thoughts and design ideas, he later presented us with a beautiful pallet of colors and patterns to complete the custom design in both our main bedroom and den. He also has put together all the window treatments throughout the house. He is incredibly organized and has wonderful communication skills.I look forward to seeing what will happen in our dinning area, in the near future.

Our designer was working with us during the entire process. Follow up on all questions was prompt. He came up with a number of possible options based on our floor plan and existing pieces. The delivery was special. We were scheduled close to the end of the day for delivery, and it was raining. We anticipated a messy delivery, since we also had dinner quests near the delivery time. The team got here at 7:30pm, took great care in getting the pieces into the house and keep them dry. All pieces were set up as we wanted before they left. Even though it was very late in the day and the weather not good, the delivery team had a great attitude. My deisgner has been in touch after delivery to be sure everything turned out as expected.

We had the pleasure of having Jack Alber in the Viera Fl store as our design consultant. First Jack assisted us in selecting new furnishings for our master bedroom. The furniture looks amazing in the space and was a fantastic value for the quality. We were so pleased with our first experience that we reached back out to Jack to schedule a consultation to furnish the living room and a spare bedroom.We do not live in Viera, so we sent photos and dimensions of the space to Jack. When we arrived for our appointment Jack had the fabrics he selected, a diagram of the space and furnishings. He nailed every little detail from side tables, rugs, and lamps. He made the process so simple. We truly loved the design and cannot wait for the furnishings to arrive.We will definitely be reaching back out to Jack and make the 4 1/2 hour drive to Viera as future needs arise.

I can not say how it disappoints me to have to write this review over. After an excellent experience with Jack, the salesman in the Viera store, Ethan Allen refuses to stand by their product. We purchased the rustic Miller dinning table that was supposed to be solid maple wood after about a year, a defect started to appear where large sections of wood filler began to shrink. Defects in the table top evidently had been repaired prior to delivery, but the patch job is also defective. After over a year of trying to get this remedied, we are being told that the defect is part of usage and we are on our own. I was told that if I had damaged it, the extended warranty would cover it, but apparently if Ethan Allen damages it, I am without recourse. Last piece I will buy from them, sad to say.

We have been working with Jack Alber off and on over the last year. Initially we started looking at ideas to refresh our living room but that quickly expanded to the dining room and family room. Jack was wonderful to work with because he collaborated the ideas and visions of both my husband and me. By listening to both of us, Jack was able to find a solution that exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated his honesty. He was not hesitant to help us come to a better selection instead of just making the quick sale. We are extremely happy with the end result! We have a new look that is fresh, unique, and reflects both of our personalities. I would recommend Jack to work with anyone because he produces a complete design where every detail is addressed.

After seeing all the reviews and the response of this company to their customers. I went and visited this store and Im not going to lie theres some furniture that are nice and look solid but most of the furniture are very weak. I will not blame the customers if one day they will write a review about the quality of their furniture.

Austin was great to work with when I decide to re-vamp our living room. He listened carefully to what we wanted and then came up with some very creative suggestions for a new sofa and fabric to re-upholster chairs. He integrated my existing pieces of furniture into the new design. He was organized, timely and has an exceptional eye for design. I was searching for an EA dining room table that had recently been put on clearance, and wanted the 72” diameter size. I contacted the Viera store, and started working with Jack Alber, one of their designers. Jack went above and beyond and tracked a table down for me, at another store. He also did all the communication between me, the other store, and their distribution center, so that I could get the table delivered to my home in NJ (we recently moved from FL to NJ). My experience with Jack has been exceptional. I’m presently working with him to furnish some of the rooms in our new home. I highly recommend Jack for all your furniture and home design needs.

Above and beyond are the first words I thought of when considering my experience with Jack Alber and they are also the words you will consistently run across if you read his reviews. In spite of all the extra pressures that Covid-19 introduced to the EA store, Jack was very patient helping me to pull together a delightful living space for a new home. Love the quality of Ethan Allen furniture. I still have pieces that are 30-35 years old. The only issue I have is being notified more frequently on when to expect your furniture. I was told originally that the furniture would arrive at warehouse on Dec 27. I called and found out that it is now expected to arrive week of Jan 13. Apparently there was a delay in the material which I wasnt aware of. The customer should be kept abreast of any delays.

Excellent experience. Our sales person (Rebecca) was excellent and followed the transaction through and after delivery to make sure we were happy. We were pleased with the furniture and customer service.

My wife and I purchased a dinning room set from Jack and we were treated very well. He did not place any pressure on us to buy and was incredibly helpful choosing the set, even after multiple trips into the store. He even offered to bring the wood samples to our home, as we were struggling to choose one. Unlike another post, we never felt as though we needed to drive up in a luxury car (we have a Toyota) to be treated to outstanding service. We are planning another visit for our living room next.

Ethan Allen is first class all the way. Stephen Wentzel was our design consultant and he has been marvelous throughout our entire experience. He and his associate brought actual furniture samples to our home so we could get a real feel for their fit and presence. Stephen also gathered online photos of our new home which he used to coordinate style and fabric choices for chair and carpeting selections. We are quite pleased with the choices and EAs top notch customer service.

Why is this furniture so expensive for IKEA quality, particle board furniture?

Stephen Wentzel, designer at Ethan Allen, is an absolute joy to work with. After searching for a new sofa for months my family and I entered the Viera showroom and met Steven. He was so friendly and helpful. We fully intended to purchase the sofa we came to look at. Even after knowing the sale was imminent he offered, nay insisted we enlist his complimentary services. He wanted to look at our space to help us determine the perfect fabric selection. He came prepared for our consultation just days later, complete with floor plans he was able to access online. Our biggest problem was the openness of our open floor plan. He immediately saw the strengths of the design and listened to our ideas and helped us see what it was that we wanted. He did not force us into a design of his own making. He listened to us. He saw how our family functions. He is a wonderful designer, who observes and listens to his clients, all the while treating them like long-standing friends. He is a gem! He frequently emailed updates and was present for the install. He noticed and complimented the work we had put in since his initial visit. I returned to the store just today to say “Hello” and order the cocktail table he recommended at our first meeting. He was right. It is perfect. I am so happy with my Shelton sofa, Joele cocktail table and even more thrilled with the meeting of Mr. Stephen Wentzel. -M & B Falls

I wouldnt even give this establishment a 1 star. They dont deserve that much. I ordered a swivel chair over 5 months ago and have been given 3 different delivery dates. They supposedly damaged the chair but we have been given so many different excuses I dontknow what to believe. The salesperson Austinfrom the Viera store was transferred to Orlando and since then no one has given updates. The warehouse once again called tocancel delivery. I asked them to have Customer Service call me to discuss a resolution- No Response. I will not do business with this company in the futureand I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Ethan Allen.

We’ve bought several pieces from this location (we’ve purchased Ethan Allen from numerous other locations in Florida throughout the years). Great floor sample selections/prices. Jack was our salesperson and is a class act- Super knowledgeable and helpful. Among other items, we saw a leather sectional (an Arcata) for a huge discount and immediately grabbed it while 3 other people were eyeing it- Sorry! Free delivery which arrived fast. We were super disappointed to learn it wouldn’t fit through our den door, though. Given this was a floor sample, we could have been stuck. However, Alex, the store manager, actually drove over 60 miles to our home, within days, dismantled the base, reassembled the piece in our den, then actually helped me hang the door back on the hinges- Wow, totally floored by the service from these fine people !!

From the first moment we walked in, the store manager, Aleix, greeted us and made us feel welcomed. He introduced us to one of his designers, Jack, and we hit the ground running from there. Jack did an incredible job designing the interior for our entire home, as well as helping us with design choices to incorporate the impeccably selected pieces in the home we were building. He was literally there for us every step of the way, including the delivery and set up! I can’t say enough about Jack, who should be in Architectural digest with his brilliance! We only had one small issue during the entire process (which is incredible considering how much we got from them, and its own testament to how great they are) but Aleix took care of it immediately. I have never seen a store manager who actually handles things so timely and personally! Their entire team is spectacular. If you are in brevard county you would be crazy to go anywhere else.

I am so glad that I bought the character chest and the lovely XO lamp at a great discount. The chest is going to be a heirloom of my family for sure.

I had the the best experience. I really enjoy the staff there and seeing the new product they introduced.
