I got a oil change the other day and brakes done. My car has been parked in the garage ever since and I go to work to notice they smashed in my rear driver side. Dented the quarter panel and rear bumper and never even mentioned it. I figured with a 4.7 review they would be good but my mistake

Was on highway when realizing that I was in desperate need of an oil change. Nervous, I pulled off and headed to the closest accommodation. I couldnt have been treated better. It was later in the afternoon yet still no hesitation in taking me in. Super friendly staff, affordable prices, and felt extremely safe while in an unfamiliar area. Would highly recommend!!!!

2000 Auto is always honest and their prices are completely reasonable. I took my car in for an alignment. They found a different issue and told me the alignment wouldnt have made any difference in the feel of the car. I was extremely impressed by their integrity. They couldve done the alignment and charged me anyway. I wouldnt have known any better. In that one honest action they made a customer for life.

Once again, they saved us hundreds. 2000 Auto has our complete trust! Twice in 1 year we were ready to spend a ton of money, and both times they saved us.The wifes 2016 Escape has 61k miles with the original brakes. We dropped off for brake job, and were called and informed brakes are at 50%, so no need for a brake job. WHO DOES THAT? A customer is ready to spend tons of money, and the shop says no need.I dare you to find a shop more trustworthy!Added bonus, Kevin periodically texts me to make sure vehicles are running well and that we are happy with the service they performed.

The people are very nice, they are incredibly efficient and they never try to unnecessarily up sell you on things! If its an unknown issue (as opposed to routine maintenance, like an oil change) they always call and give an estimate on the work needed and cost prior to implementing any fixes and then they follow up a few days/week later with a kind inquiry to see how the cars are running. We cant say enough good things about 2000 Auto and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto services!

I think you may pay a little more at 2000 auto but it is well worth it. They never Never try and talk you into getting a service that you do not need.

Kevin and his crew at 2000 Auto are fantastic. They have the ability to make complex repairs and get the vehicle back in amazing time, usually the same day. The mechanics do excellent work, Steve the service manager is very detailed, service-oriented and kind, and Kary the star up front keeps you laughing while you wait. I have used this company for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed with their service - definitely deserving of a 5-star rating in my opinion!

I told them the exact code for what was wrong with my car. The part to fix it was only $30 & I didnt do it myself because I didnt have time. They charged me $450 for that one part to be replaced. Then when I got my car back there was ants all over the interior that were not in there when I dropped it off. Do not recommend

Good deal on synthetic 5W20 oil change, able to schedule fast, completed on time. I opted to do myself, but technicians checked some standard maintenance items and pointed out air and cabin filter were due for a change. Also got tire rotation. On another vehicle, got an 1/2 pound AC Charge.

I was in from out of town having intermittent problems with my AC. I found this business on Google and brought it in. They looked at it, added a little refrigerant, and said they couldn’t diagnose the issue because it wasn’t happening now. They said if it happened again while I was in the area to stop by and they would look at it right away. Being from out of town, they could have easily either just tried something so they could charge me for it or even over charge me for looking at it. They did charge me less than $30 to try and diagnose it and add refrigerant which I believe is fair.Being a person who usually regards mechanics as being barely a step above used car salesmen, I can say that I believe that 2000 Auto is actually a fair and honest business that I would recommend.

First visit great for an oil change. I called two different days for spark plugs and a transmission fluid change. He never returned either call, so I went to Buzs Auto on Wickam, just north of Eau Galle...great price and service.

These guys are crooks. $356 for a wheel bearing! Its robbery, do not go here unless you hate your money

This is the second time I have used them. They take appointments and are pretty much on time unlike a doctors appointment. They work quickly and you are out. I wait for my service there and soon they are returning my car. If you get the whole inspection they will advise you may need. Good business.

Use to take my BMW to the Dealer but was costing an arm and a leg after included service. Took to 2000Auto for something innocuous (A/C freon recharge then wiper motor replacement) then now for everything. Theyre fair and honest (suggested I continue to get my tires at Sams because they cant even get close. Great outfit.

I had a coupon for an oil change, so I thought Id give 2000 Auto a try and so glad I did. I was in and out in 20 minute - amazing! Not only were they quick, but I asked for a tire rotation at an additional cost and instead of just taking my money, they told me my tires were wearing evenly and they wouldnt need rotating until my next oil change. Freshing to work with an honest company. Will definitely be back.

I Have known abuot their repair Services, but this time I went to look at a used car. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the car and once he showed me all the controls and options, I researched it and found it was priced fairly. The best independent auto service shop that I have ever used. If you want to be treated like family, this is the place to take your car for service.

I have been using them for several years. It is a place you can trust. Recently my brakes stared squeaking. My vehicle has 90,000 miles on it so I figured that I probably needed new brakes. I took the vehicle in for an inspection. I could hardly believe they told me that I didnt need new brakes. An honest repair shop!! In the past they have done repairs promptly and for less than the dealership wanted to charge me.

These guys are awesome. I was driving from NY to Miami and at a rest stop close to Melbourne I noticed a smell and some fluid below the engine. Worried, I looked up Auto 2000 on my phone and ran it over there for a look at.Worried it was going to be an issue, and a lot of money, Auto 2k saw me right before closing and after a few minutes, let me know it was just a small oil leak, likely from running the engine so hard from the last 20 hours.They topped of the fluids and wouldnt take cash from me for doing the quick job.Thanks GUYS!

I just bought a 2012 Ram and could not be happier. Kevin was a real pleasure to deal with and I felt very comfortable from start to finish. You have to be very careful when dealing with used car lots and I did my research before choosing 2000 Auto. They live up to all the great reviews they have. My grandson and I were stuck in their waiting room for well over an hour waiting for my bank to fax paperwork over, Kary (office manager) saw how bored this six year old was and gave him a big box of crayons and coloring book to keep him occupied. Great place to get u car fixed and oil change.

AC drain problem. Got in quick and was fixed for only a few dollars. Folks are familiar with you and your cars history.

Horrible place to go went in to just check why my oil wasnt reading even though it was full. I got it back 30 min later drove off from the place and my Turbo stopped working and there was a knocking and loud noise coming from my engine. I took it back to them and they told me they didnt touch it but I heard them turn my car on and rev it up for a while. They also said that they cant fix my issue and that I would have to replace my engine and have to get a new Turbo put in. Then after that they tried to sell me a car.Very poor place but they will try to be youre friend till something goes wrong. Wont ever go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone no matter what!
