Jon the owner went above and beyond to schedule my rental and advocate for me while dealing with my insurance company. I worked with Jon to wrap my Tesla Model Y back in January. Jon spent quite a lot of time talking with me about options, patiently answering all of my questions, and showing me examples. We had some hiccups with the wrap vendor, and what really stood out through this process is how well and often Jon communicated status of the project with me. This gave me confidence that he was taking care of me and my vehicle. What is also important to know about working with Jon and his team is their high standards for quality. The team spent quite a lot of effort making sure my wrap job was perfect. Hes got an impressive new spray-on wrap product available that we are hoping to get our Model 3 wrapped in soon (hes developing some samples). I would highly recommend using Pro-Touch. One final note, Jon has a good eye for cool design features, one of which he implemented on my Y that I absolutely love by wrapping the A and C columns across the top of the vehicle in black satin. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jon and his team.

All I was after was an inexpensive paint job for our 2003 Toyota Tacoma to repair and preserve the truck from the ruthless Florida elements. What I received was a nearly indestructible Raptor coat with fantastic customized elements at a very reasonable price! After bringing the truck in for an estimate on new paint and some minor rust repair, I noticed another truck on the lot that had been painted with the Raptor product. Jon gave me the details regarding the product and it’s durability and resistance to the damaging Florida elements. I was sold! Jon and his staff did a great job and really took no shortcuts. I could tell right away Jon was excited about this project kinda like an artist looking at a blank canvas and given the leeway to add his own personal touch to his creation. And he did! Great little customizations throughout really made this 17 year old truck pop! I also appreciated how Jon kept me up to date regarding the progress of the project and the expected completion date. Truly a great experience all the way around!

About a month ago, I brought my wife’s Kia to get an estimate on an install of a door handle. I had the door handle already and went to several other dealerships and body shops for quotes. I was told the door panel needed to come off and labor was going to be approximately $200. My final stop was Pro-touch. John took a look at the door and 10 minutes later the door handle was installed without the door panel being removed. I saved about $180.Since John from Pro-touch gained my trust, I went back to have a vinyl protection film installed on my car. Pro touch gave me the most competitive price with excellent quality and customer service. Pro touch completed the job fairly quickly and provided me with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. My jeep was in a horrible wreck and this team was able to get it back on the road in a short amount of time! I was able to drive my jeep off as though it was the day I purchased it off the lot. I brought my recently purchased 1972 Cuda in for raptor lining of the wheel wells. When Jon saw it, he had immediate concerns about the recent paint job the prior owner had put on it. I had them go ahead and shoot the raptor lining, but when they went to take the tape off that was covering the body, it pulled the paint off from the original paintjob. We could then see just how thin the first paint and clearcoat were. Jon talked to me about options and recommended a fairly new technology they were using called a Liquid Wrap. Its truly a paint technology and you pick whatever color you want (for me, Hemi Orange with a Candy Pearl) that is sprayed on, wet sanded and then clear coated - just like traditional paint. The benefit is, that being a little thicker and the way it flows, it covered a lot of the prior bodywork imperfections and the finished product looks amazing - you can also peel it off in the future if you decide you want to change color, or if you get some body damage. Jon and team went above and beyond for me and went out of their way to make sure I was happy during every step. We had some bumps in the road, but he always made sure any items were addressed. One issue was the black stripe that I provided - he put it on, but it didnt meet his standards of how it looked, so he had a friend of his that owns a vinyl shop, cut identical ones that were better quality and put those on instead. I highly recommend these guys, for all your paint and body needs and by all means take a look at the Liquid Wrap technology - you really cant tell a difference from a traditional paint job. Ive already started talking to them about the next project - a 1951 Ford F1 truck

Below is the story behind my car and how Pro-Touch Auto Body made it into the beauty it is now:Hello, I am an owner of a 2015 Dodge Charger.In 2017 I was rear ended at a stop by an uninsured driver. The impact caused me to crash into the car in front of me. This caused REAR and FRONT damage to my car. The trunk was all smashed in causing the frame to bend inward and be unsafe. The front bumper had a big hole from being smashed into the rear end of the SUV in front of me.In March 2019 around 5 a.m. I was woken up by the police letting me know that an unknown car smashed into my neighbor’s car causing their car to smash into mine. There was damage to the passenger rear side panel and passenger back door. There was a giant dent on the rear passenger door along with scrapes and damage to the paint and rear side panel.In April 2019 around 3 a.m. I was woken up by a witness that my car had been stolen. I called the police immediately and my car was found around 5 a.m. When I retrieved my car, the black matte stipes were spray painted along with the rear tail light. Did a spray wrap on my wifes Toyota Tacoma and you cant even tell its a wrap. Was much quicker then a full paint job and much thicker for maximum protection. Highly recommend.Really nice and caring professionals and even delivered the Tacoma back to me.

Jon just finished a huge job for me. He replaced the entire roof of my truck which was rusting through due to leaking around the sunroof. I had it repaired previously at Maaco and it did not work out well. There is a huge difference in quality. If you dont think so, you need to learn about one-step paint and why it sucks. He has a small shop and does almost all of the work himself. This assures quality and attention to detail. Pictures show the roof off, new roof welded in place, painting hood and roof. I will try to post some finished product photos (Ill need to drag out a ladder). Check out the shine on the hood :)

Great customer service and work! We brought our truck to get fix after a car accident and we are very happy with the results. The truck looks like nothing happing and and great paint work. It had rust and missing paint... once they were through, the job was as good if not better than the factory because of the extra layers of clear coat he put on. Chose Jon and his team after getting several quotations from local body shops. Jon’s reviews were excellent and he provided a very fair and comprehensive quotation. More importantly I was very comfortable in my conversations with him. My 2007 Tundra truck had rust issues from 11 years of being outside on the beach. I had requested that he quote replacing the hood, grille and front chrome bumper. When discussing the truck’s rust issues with him I also told him that Toyota had recalled and inspected the frame for rust. He suggested that we treat the frame with a coating of Rhino liner. He showed me an example on another vehicle and I quickly agreed to have him apply it. He also applied it as an undercoating to the new hood of the truck. I had another rust spot on the tailgate which was also fixed. After we had agreed to the price for the work I mentioned that I no longer used the exterior antenna and was concerned that the antenna post would rust, Jon suggested that we “shave” that area. This included welding metal, refinishing and repainting it to get rid of the antenna and leaving a smooth fender area with no traces of an antenna. I agreed to this and was impressed when he did not increase the previously quoted cost for this additional work. There were a few issues that Jon encountered. The initial paint that he sprayed was not exactly the correct shade. Jon called me, sent a picture to me and told me he was going to get the paint corrected and respray the truck. I was impressed and appreciated his attention to detail. Once sprayed with the correct paint and blended it into the front fenders the paint job looks excellent! Jon also made sure that the chrome bumper was perfect and had to reject 2 that were not. I appreciated this. The work was excellent and I am very happy with my refreshed truck! Jon and his team are very customer oriented and he told me more than once that he would not be finished until I was totally satisfied with the job. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that I know needing body, paint or rust work.

I needed the doors on my car painted as they had faded from the sun. The car is older and I didnt want to spend too much. After the first painting, I was not as happy with the job as I had hoped, because the paint on the doors didnt quite match the fenders. John insisted on blending into the fenders at no extra charge. He made it right and it turned out great!!! Pro-Touch Auto Body was very fair and did a very good job at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back when I need any body work for my vehicles.

I made a stupid mistake of backing my new truck into a tree. Pro-touch exceeded all expectations. They kept me informed of the progress, completed the work in an extremely timely manner, and even fixed a small issue that wasnt part of the repair. Jon is awesome. I wanted two body panels sprayed for my Camaro after someone ran into it (while it was parked no less) and I wanted to install them myself. Jon worked with me to match the paint and did an excellent job spraying them, his work was equal to the factorys quality. He even dropped them off at my house and gave me the unused paint to boot. Pro Touch recently opened up a mechanical garage right across the street from their #1 rated body shop. So my wife was having an engine problem with her Jeep Overland which she took to a well-known repair center. They tried to sell her a brand new engine. I went to see Jon for some advice and to my surprise he had opened a repair center, so I asked him to look at the Jeep. After examining the vehicle which would’ve cost approximately 6 thousand dollars to repair. He suggested that I go to the dealership and try to get them to cover the repair, even though it was out of warranty. To my surprise the dealership decided to do what would’ve actually cost $8000 for free. This is why I would never go anywhere else. I am so happy Pro Touch is now doing mechanical. Jon recently ordered a high performance exhaust system for my Camaro. I can’t wait to have it installed. Pro Touch is #1

I just had my new Mercedes Benz SL500 bumper cover and wheels repaired and painted by Pro-Touch. The color is an absolute perfect match and Mercedes Benz products were used, but the cost was only about 25% of the amount the Mercedes Dealer would have charged!This company specializes in high-end sports cars and luxury vehicles.The quality of work is of the highest and my Mercedes was completed exactly on time. Hands-down, the best shop & the best costumer service EVER. I’ve gone to plenty of other people that are selfish and just want to take your money, but I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I got into a fender bender with my dodge dart, pro-touch got me a new bumper, matched the paint perfectly and cleaned it, you couldnt even tell anything had happened to it. It was done and perfect again within 2 days. Highly recommend!!

Jon is the Liam Neeson of his trade, he has a certain set of skills... all jokes aside, I came out of a restaurant and found my car dented. Pro-Touch was the best reviewed in the area. Not only did he correct the dent, but he was able to blend with my door and bumper, to the point that you can not tell there was any work done. To cap it all off, I was not allowed to pick it up until it was detailed! Dont think twice about it, if you need auto work done...use Pro-Touch. If I could give him 6 stars on Google, I would.

John went out of his way to assist with me getting the parts to his shop for paint and body work. He and his technicians also installed the parts on the car after painting was completed. The paint work and body work was stellar! The bumper had some minor scraps and the hood had a dent and damaged corners. Johns body work made these issues non-existent. After completion of the project you cannot even determine where said issues were on the body. Absolutely outstanding work. Would definitely recommend for future projects!!!Description of work:Paint, body, and frame work. The car is a 2016 Audi S3. The car need a paint for a new fender. Paint and body work for a used OEM hood, that was originally white. A repaint and body work on a OEM used bumper, original color was black. It also required some assembly of the the front end to make the car whole again.

I bought a 2014 2LT RS Camaro only driving it 4 times before someone crashed into me. I was beside myself but glad at the same time no one got hurt. While waiting to hear from the insurance company I met a guy named Juan who also owns a Camaro that was just reconstructed by Pro Touch. So I went to Pro Touch where I met the owner Jon. He told me that not only would he handle everything with the insurance company but he would make sure my car looks better than new. I knew the moment I met Jon that he is passionate about his work and takes pride in his workmanship so I dropped off my car. He kept me abreast of every step. A few days later I got a call from Jon, he asked me if I had a ride to come pick up my car because it was done. I didnt have a ride so he picked me up personally. (Wow, the owner actually picked me up.) To my surprise the car was covered when I got there which he gave me complimentary. Jon and Matt rolled the cover back to unveil the car and to my surprise, not only did the car look brand new, they also took out a few dings that the car had. Wow!!!! I have never dealt with a company like this before, that takes so much pride and went above and beyond to make a customer for life. Jon was right, it looked better than new. 5 Star company all around. I will recommend them to everyone.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. The owner is not only knowledgeable, honest and kind, but is funny as well. From jump street he assessed the issues and gave me different options on how to handle them. Again, an extremely positive experience and would/will reccomend to any and everyone!

Ok Ill keep the review to just what it is they do, Paint.After viewing the first attempt to paint on the car I thought it was a fluke the, paint job was not comparable to the standard set by prior customer reviews, but everyone has a bad day from time to time, and as said by owner, they had issues with rear quarter panel and was returned with two different shades of color . So the car was returned for a redemption shot of paint. After this same car was repainted and returned one color but with fish eyes on every surface of the body and runs in paint i was truly shocked. I dont know the details between car owner and shop, I am honestly just a third party looking at a paint job that came out of this shop.

I had John do some work on my 2014 Camaro SS2 and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use Protouch and John for other projects in the future and would recommend him to anyone. They are fair on their pricing for excellent work.

I took my car in for a bit of a face lift. My 7 year old car looks awesome...like it rolled off the showroom floor...probably better....at a very reasonable price.

To anyone considering a quality paint job, I want to highly recommend Pro-Touch Auto Body first and foremost because of the owner/operator Jon!To me, there can be an extraordinary job well done but the person doing the job only sees you as a walking dollar sign. Jon is quite different. His attitude from beginning to end was only being concerned that I was totally happy with the end result and I was ABSOLUTELY thrilled with the outcome! He sent pictures during the whole process! Color change was awesome! All doors, trunk etc removed for a proper, professional job. His attention to detail is superb. As a former Marine, I told him that he wouldve done well in the Corps! I appreciate the precision work of his stellar team to include Allan and Milo.Jon runs a well-oiled machine ( pun not intended lol ) and his painting skills are second to none. If I had chosen a Big Name Company, I wouldnt have received the personal, quality care I was blessed with to include rides as necessary!!! Great service, in and out in a day or two, works hard loves to work, best auto body guy in town, just had my front bumper replaced and couldnt be happier from how well it looks. While he did that he blacked out side reflectors and re furbished my headlights.

I took my 2016 WRX to Pro Touch after seeing their reviews on Google. I had a quite a deep / long scratch with a dent which they were able to fix in two days time. They also have a paintless dent repair service which was done for me without even asking... I just pointed it out to them while talking with them and it was done when I got my vehicle back. All said and done, the only noticeable difference when I got it back was that it looked better than when it left the dealership. Jon and Matt are professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle damage you may have.

That negative review about a week ago guys is so offensive and untrue guys dont listen to a person that didnt get his way and got butt hurt about the situation! The owners work is done professionally he doesnt just do things sloppy. He does the job the right way thats all ! Haters bad off no negativity should be thrown his shop wouldnt be the #1 top rated auto body shop in Brevard County if he was an amateur.
