I was informed that the reason my call wasnt returned was SuperGlass was on Vacation...after receiving an Email explaining their situation...my earlier review was not any fault of SuperGlass...now I can schedule an appointment.

These guys were awesome. Had the windshield on my 2020 Nissan Versa SR replaced with OEM Nissan Glass. They did all the work to get approval for OEM replacement because of my car had the lane departure and auto braking features and they said it was best to get OEM glass. Also they had the calibration done by my local Nissan dealership so everything would still be covered under my warranty if any issues. A+ for not cutting corners and doing it right.

I called needing a windshield replacement seeing how my insurance company( Progressive) wouldn’t cover the replacement without me filing a claim thru my comp/collision which would’ve been a $500 deductible and probably a higher premium. I called on Yesterday(Tuesday) and they gave me an appointment for today(Wednesday) and did an AWESOME job!!! The price they gave me was $100’s less than any other place around including safelite and the work was very cleanly and professionally done!!! Like it never happened= Accomplished!The call to SuperGlass was prompted by involuntary damage to the interior side of the windshield and rearview mirror.The mirror was completely severed from all connectors and cables and glass fragment attached to the rear view mirror mount. I have a very busy schedule and I originally was with a different company that brought me the wrong glass to my home and then admitting they made mistake told me I have to reschedule for install 1 day and calibration on separate days due to the type of vehicle that I have. I called my insurance company and ask for another company and got super glass windshield repair instead and from the first moment I spoke to Mike he was very accommodating explained that my glass was on back order and kept me updated all along the way. Down to the install was done with calibration same day no extra downtime. Moving forward Definitely anyone in my family would get him as my recommendation hands-down. I was on the road Friday and a rock from a big rig cracked my windshield. Mike from Super Glass was recommended to me by a Space Coast Honda since past experiences with Safelite were horrible. I called and text Mike late Saturday and got a text from him early Monday morning. I explained my situation which he talked me through the whole insurance deal. Contacted GEICO and made a claim, picked Super Glass from the list of vendors and waited. Mike again texted me that he got the work order and could do my windshield on Tuesday. Mike said his guys would be at my house between 11 am and 2 pm. Tuesday morning I received a text from his guys at 10 am saying they were an hour out. 11:00 am they arrived and by 11:20 am they were done. 20 minutes later the cameras calibration guy showed up and calibrated my lane assist cameras and in 20 minutes he was done. Later that day, mike text me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Mike’s customer service exceeds all expectations and makes sure his customers are informed and completely satisfied with the work. You need auto glass work, Super Glass is the only I’ll use. Great job Mike!!!!!

I contacted Superglass with a question regarding my windshield. 4 days after I had just gotten my new vehicle, a crack had showed up in the windshield. Michael assured me he could care of this for me and I would have no out-of-pocket expense. He was so friendly and easy to deal with. Mike came out to my home and looked at the vehicle. I had my truck back window shattered from a lawnmower throwing a rock across the street. I called around as well as got the online price from Safelite (SL) who seems to be the go to big name. I will say I have used them in the past and didnt have any issues, but I decided to get a quote from Superglass (SG) and am very glad I did.SL did not have an option to get in touch with a human. I left SG a voicemail and texted as requested per their v/m and they had me a price w/in an hour that was literally > 25% less than SL and scheduled me the next day.Guys showed up w/in their time window (pun intended), popped out my old window (was in a million pieces from the rock shatter), cleaned up absolutely everything, which was a mess since it was shattered, and were swiftly on their way after completion.Would highly recommend for quality, professionalism and value. My insurance company selected that other big glass repair company to replace the windshield in my work van. The tech removed the glass and found a small rust area on the frame and he told me he couldnt replace it and I had to take it to a body shop. They never warned me of any possibility that this job could not be completed that day, I need this vehicle to do my job and would not have used them if advised prior. The tech left my van without a windshield; and even worse it would have required a tow. Then SuperGlass came to the rescue. They gave me an emergency mobile appointment and did an outstanding job of treating/preparing and installing the new windshield and getting me back on the road!
