This was quoted as an 800.00 repair! The vehicle is less than 2 months old with 1600 miles on it so no paint fading has taken place. I understand trying to do quality work costs money, but you have got to be kidding!

I stopped by for an estimate because I had use their services before and I knew what a great job they did.I was greeted nicely by the office staff when I arrived. I was promptly assisted and my information was taken for my quote. They were available to give me an estimate immediately because someone else was late for their appointment. Pat came out quickly and gave me an estimate; I actually already had the replacement part with me. I agreed to the estimate and he asked me to wait for just a moment while he walked to the shop and spoke with the manager Casey. Casey came right out and said it was a very simple fix and that he would do it himself right away so that I didnt need to come back.Once again I am impressed with the quality and service I received here. I would definitely recommend this shop. The quality is outstanding the price is fair and the service is above and beyond.

Before the estimate was approved by the insurance they told me over the phone the repairs would take 5-10 business days.After it was approved it was changed to 20-25. And I still don’t receive an email with concrete information.The lack of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.I hope they can fix this issue. They are the only shop acceptable by most insurances in the area.

So I’ll start with the positive, they got the job done fast. Our accident was a year ago and I mentioned to them. Numerous times about how the alignment felt off. The guy test drove it and said it was fine and there was no issue…it was still off but made me think that it was “normal and nothing was wrong”…well almost a year later the alignment that was “fine” was way off and cost us two new tires, an alignment and balance. Also about 3 months after they fixed the damages out pump for the windshield fluid turned out to be broken. I thought it was just empty but nope! Such a rushed job and didn’t take me seriously because I’m a female (which is how it felt and because I’m not a mechanic) I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. $900 in additional repairs because I wasn’t being listened to.

KC took a look at installing my bug deflector that I bought somewhere and said hed have a tech look at it. Well, by the time the tech looked at it, he put it on. It was so quick the shop didnt even charge me. So many businesses are out to make a buck but not this one. That is SERVICE and GOODWILL!

I BORROWED A CAR FROM MY MOTHER IN LAW! I had to begin with that to explain the seriousness of this repair. I traveled from Georgia to help my parents. I own a dually, so to save gas in my travels, my mother in law offered her car, for me to borrow. SHE REPAIRS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST SCRATCH ON THIS CAR. A relative accidentally sideswiped the car with a boat trailer.I searched for a GOOD place to get the car repaired. As soon as I entered the business of Mitchco Collision Repair, I KNEW that I could trust them with my mother in laws car. Turns out, I made an EXCELLENT choice.The repair was perfect. It was just like new.My only regret is that I was in a great hurry to get things done for my parents, before leaving to return to Georgia. I would have expressed how perfect the repair was and how polished the entire car seemed to be. Did they wash and polish the car? The shine and perfect repair is going to help keep my relationship secure with my mother in law. Would not go to these guys. I called to set up an appointment for them to review the damage to my car, they said no, just wanted me to schedule the repair with them. How do I even trust them ?? I want to see their facility, meet their repair man. You dont spend literally thousands of dollars blindly without checking out the repair shop first !! Dont trust these guys at all. Person answering the phone was not helpful.

OUTSTANDING work! I had my 2012 Honda Civic towed there and it required extensive work due to an accident. The team there was extremely professional. I would also receive phone call updates on how the work was progressing on my car, which was very reassuring. The team there did great work and my car looks brand new. The car was even detailed when I arrived to pick it up. I will definitely bring my car there again if I ever need too. I highly recommend this shop!

I went in to get a quote on a 1979 Chevy blazer complete paint job. I wanted interior and exterior painted if possible. When I arrived at Olivers I was greeted by a lady working there and she promptly informed me one estimator was at lunch and the other was busy. She offered an appointment the following week if I didnt want to wait. Since the wait time was going to be 20 minutes, I decided to wait. After waiting the estimator (who saw me drive up) asked what I needed so I explained it. He asked the vehicle type, I told him. He immediately said We are not interested in your business! When I inquired why he told me our paint jobs start at $5,000. When I said, I was willing to get the quote anyway, he continued to give me the impression I was not welcomed and was wasting his time. I assume since I came in dressed in shorts and a T-Shirt and had military stickers on my vehicle he must have assumed I couldnt afford their service.Well, their loss as I am actually restoring multiple vehicles (Blazer is first) and was looking for someone to do business with since I am new to Melbourne. My estimate for the work I wanted was around $10,000 and this is the best vehicle (body wise) so I will give my $50K worth of work to another local business.My recommendation: Dont waste your time waiting if you have an older vehicle, are doing restoration work or if you have a vehicle that needs a complete paint job, seems this business is not for that type customer. Also, you may want to dress like you have lots of money, so you are not judged when you walk in.I give them two stars since they were not rude, just not interested in my business.

The staff was helpful and they easily worked with my USAA insurance. My car was hit on the side and now looks better than before the accident. My car was even finished a day earlier than estimated.

Olivers recently did some paint work for me on my 2012 Corvette. It is a rare color and was very hard to match. Olivers not only matched the color extremely well, but they were very professional and courteous in the process. I have had work done by them in the past, and I would recommend anybody to them. Hopefully I will never need their services again (ha ha), but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

What a GREAT place!!! Took my vehicle to Olivers today, to have them look at it and determine what kind of damage was done after a tire blew out on I-95. They ended up making the call that it should not be driven, so I called Enterprise to arrange my rental car that USAA set up. There was no one available at Enterprise to get me. The kind lady working in the front office offered and drove me over to Enterprise, to enable me to take care of things as quickly as possible. The gentleman explaining the steps involved with getting my car fixed, and was also very nice. I feel comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands, while it is being repaired. You know that vibe you get when something feels right? Thats the sort of vibe you get rolling into Olivers Auto Body shop. The place was clean, well organized, and somehow spacious without being particularly large.My accident involved running into the lawnmower while backing into the garage after a long day at work. It wasnt until I got out I saw the startling disaster of a scratch on the driver side door. I screamed—I think—and then I probably screamed again, because my boyfriend rushed out to the garage, trying to look helpful while I cried at the door.I traveled all over Melbourne, sinking half a tank of gas in the process of gathering quotes and talking to auto body shop representatives. I did my research, I knew I was looking at an expensive paint job. Prioritizing places with good reviews, I found Olivers Auto Body and decided to drop in.At other places, like Maaco or Imperial Body Shop, they offered to do the paint job for $500-800 after a quick glance. It wasnt until I got to Olivers Auto Body that someone bothered looking closely enough to notice the door itself was dented in two places. Obviously, correcting the dent drove up the price a bite. I drive a 2018 Mazda CX-5; its my dream car at 15k miles, and I wasnt ready to hand the keys over to just anyone. Like a child, I wanted to undo my actions, I wanted everything to be like new. Nevertheless, everything about my first encounter told me my car would be in good hands here. I called in my insurance to let them know, and that was probably the hardest part.Since someone mentioned this place is a hot-spot for insurance claims, I want to point out that I didnt originally plan on reporting the incident to my insurance and would have paid the entire amount out of pocket if it were just for the scratch. In fact I specified I would be footing the entire bill, and they treated me as a valued customer from the start. The quote was detailed, fair, and realistic for the necessary repairs. The damage to my car was severe enough that the total added up to about $1000, which was twice my deductible, thus my decision to change gears and call in my insurance. I am financing my dream car here and a financed car is required to have comprehensive coverage, so I may as well take advantage of it while Im dying of car payments.Scheduling an appointment was easy as pie, but it meant waiting a few weeks because theyre popular. When the time came, I dropped my car off and check-in could not have gone smoother. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and thats with 5 other people dropping their cars off at the same time. I signed some papers, they did a quick report on the condition of the car, and I was gone.In all, the repairs took 9 business days, but this was not a minor scratch (lawnmowers are vicious), and it took a few days for my insurance adjuster to come by before they could get started. I probably called every day of the second week, and they were always prompt about letting me know the status of my car.Pickup was even easier. I was worried driving up to the shop. What if the color wasnt just so? What if I could still detect the scratch up close? No. The scratch was gone, and frankly Id never have guessed it was there in the first place. The cars interior and exterior had been cleaned to pristine standards, with no peculiar smudges or smells. I could also tell just from the condition of the car that it had been very well treated in my absence. (Somehow I never get that vibe at the Boniface-Hiers Mazda dealership, which I do not recommend. Go figure.)Since someone commented about losing 1/2 tank of gas, Im happy to report that my gas tank was at 90-95% of what I drove in with.A great big thank you to the entire staff at Olivers Auto Body. I cant imagine having gone anywhere else, and while I hope to never return—if an accident were to occur, I know who to call.

This shop is set up for a high volume of insurance paid collision repairs that have limited scope. Like another reviewer noticed, ask them to correct and repaint an entire car and you will find out youve come to the wrong body shop.

Took our neighbor’s boys to Boy Scout last night while it was raining, I pulled in front of their house to avoid them being wet. I pulled back and bumped on opposite house ‘s mailbox pole and got a huge dent on back pumper. Tried to pop it up this morning and finally gave up. Found this shop with great reviews so decided to give a try. Called in first to get estimation and drove in for about 25 minutes since they cannot tell without car at present. The gentleman was very nice and pulled back fixed it in 3 minuets without any charge! I was so appreciate! I was thinking just let it be like that if it cost too much. Highly recommended!

I was excited to bring my car to them to get fixed on March 4th (already waited 2 weeks to get it repaired) after my accident in February 2019. Working with Jared and Larry was great up until the today when I was calling in to confirm my appointment to drop my car off on Monday the 4th. The woman on the phone told me that I was not on their schedule and couldnt have my car repaired until 3/25/19 which I replied that bulls&*% Ive been waiting to get my car repaired I have confirmation emails from Larry that Im scheduled for March 4th. She said let me take a look and see what I can do... then paused and said I dont like the way your talking to me and I dont appreciate it. I was dumbfounded that I was being treated as if I had no reason to be upset so I asked for Jared the person who did my estimate. Jared got on the phone and didnt allow me to speak just said I dont think were a good fit for you..... WERE JUST FIXING YOUR CAR theirs no reason for you to talk to my staff that way Obviously after that I became Livid... and asked to talk to the owner where they told me his names Thomas... we will relay your message but wouldnt tell me how to get a hold of the owner. I have waited 2 weeks to get my car fixed and now have to go through this whole process again with another repair shop because these guys are entitle jerks! WHATEVER YOU DO GO TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL SHOP LIKE GERBER where they dont treat you like a number and actually care about you and how an accident can affect your life while getting a car repaired.Thomas you should listen to the conversation on your office line that I had with your staff I highly doubt you would be defending it if you did.I stick by what I said AVOID AVOID AVOID OLIVERS!!!!!! I got into a little finder bender an was instructed by their insurance co. to go to Olivers for a estimate. This auto body shop works for the Insurance Co. An they will estimate your damage really low so the insurance will not pay for your damage. When you return to have them live up to their estimate they say they cant do it because they cant guarantee the paint or the body work.

I paid $200 to get my car towed to my parents house because I live in an apartment complex and did not want a ticket for a disabled vehicle. Everything was fine until my parents called the next morning and asked me why my car was parked out in the middle of the road. Not only did they park my car illegally in the middle of the road, they also lost my car key. Now I am going to get ticketed for sure and have to get a new key made for my car (not cheap). When I called to ask why they left my car in the middle of the road, and to find out where my key was, they told me that due to the fact that it was dark and I was not there to tell them not to park the car in the middle of the road, that it was my fault even though before he took my car, I brought up a picture of my parents house on Google Maps and showed him where to park it by the curb, not illegally, sideways in the middle of the road. I have never experienced this level of incompetence, and may even be filing a lawsuit depending on how much correcting their screw-ups ends up costing me. Ken, the tow truck driver is an idiot, and Andrea is a rude, unprofessional hustler and they deserve to lose their business license. Such a simple job that has now become a total mess.
