I buy a $800 faucet and it doesnt work properly. I have waited on the phone to speak with a representative for over 53 minutes. I tried to see how long the wait is for an online chat and there are 25 people in line. Youre better off shopping at Home Depot or another local store. I will be sending back all my hardware in addition to my faucet.

Beautiful displays but they didnt have what we were looking for... Id shop there again though...

Love this store. Very helpful but not pushy staff. They were readily available when I had a question but mostly let me just browse the entire store. The quality of their products is great. Yes I will be going back to buy a complete bathroom

Helpful staff, Tommy Lam. Not as large as Orlando but, got what we wanted. Little pricey but, they do it all with delivery, installation and take the old away. No need for several different businesses.

Jennifer Radwan could not have been more helpful. She understood my requirements, provided great and transparent pricing, placed my orders efficiently and was a good communicator. I accomplished more in my 2-hour appointment with her than in 3 trips and 7 hours with a competitor. Jennifer was proactive in assuring that plumbing fixtures and accessories plus lighting were all in compatible finishes. She found the perfect light fixtures which were also very well-priced. She also introduced me to an amazing medicine cabinet which became a must-have. From the helpful assistant who greets, the beautiful showroom, the competitive pricing, to the great sales staff, this place has it all and I highly recommend it.

What great service as soon as I walked in someone greeted my wife and I, also asked if we needed any help. Then we met Tommy Lam as we were walking and gave a lot of great options. He also has a lot of product knowledge and doesn’t just try to up sell you. Thank you

We were on our way out of town to see our daughter after a very tough day. My sister in law is in critical condition and so we had the dog with us. We never do this but we had to. The manager stopped us and said no you can’t bring her in. Never asking us why we had her, or what we needed, not a care at all just that we couldn’t. Actually very rudely. Not sure about you, but we won’t leave her in a hot car. We never bring our dog places but this was experience we won’t remember. We o PT needed a new bath faucet and had the photo with us. Would have taken two minutes. However, she didn’t ask. Won’t ship there again.

Got just exactly what I wanted in a durable contractor level at a rice less than online and home stores. Service was excellent, salesperson helped me so very much- would never go anywhere else!

This Facility is Terrible! Trust Me!I use a number of Fergusons throughout the US. This facility has the “poorest” customer service of any we have visited or used.Rude, lazy and arrogant pretty well sums it up. I could provide details, but it’s not necessary.Ironically, I was told by others this was a poor excuse for a Fergusons but I didn’t believe it, I’ve had great experience with their other facilities within Florida as well as the Midwest. In addition, I went to several of their competitors and the staffing at these other competitors were ex-employees of Fergusons of Melbourne and said working there was no treat - and the poor arrogant, lazy, rude service you get when visiting the Fergusons in Melbourne truly helps their business.Reputation is a value asset or a curse, in the case of Fergusons if Melbourne, it’s a curse. No wonder the parking lot was empty.

This place is great .... if you dont have a job, and can make it to their store between 9am and 5pm. Its a shame. Ill just buy my lighting fixtures from some other place. Im surprise a company with those hours can stay in buisness.

What a fantastic place to shop for lighting, kitchen and bath needs. Selection is outstanding but the people make it worth the look.

Purchased a Merabella bathtub from this establishment. $800 The first one was damaged the second one I accepted without realising that the top of the inside wall wasnt level. It has a very noticeable angle to it. So now a glass shower door could never be used. Adding insult to injury we also purchaed a really nice square drain cover for the tub. $160Only to find out later that it wont fit the tub drain because the bottom of the tub is round. Couldnt return either because we had already thrown out the boxes.

Its a lovely place... terribly understaffed. Fan item up on display that they no longer carry. Not much help at all.Big disappointment.

We went there today looking for a specific model Kohler soaking-depth tub. It wouldnt be shipped for a few weeks and with a remodel window approaching needed something sooner. They suggested aternate brand and model. We specifically (emphasis added) asked the water depth. 20 3/4 inches, was said twice, after confirming the water depth.Of course, we get home and check the specifications so I can start laying out the install from the drawing, the water depth is only about 15. Not what I wanted to spend $1000 on, called back not looking to argue, just to figure out if theres another option, and if not, get a refund. They wouldnt even patch me through to the salesperson because they, dont have access to their calender. And the salerpeson would email me some other choices. When? Oh sorry, it probably dont be today, theyre probably busy.Fine, cancelled my over and will NEVER go back.
