Whats not to love about this place?
Ive been using this business for many many years. The owners take great pride in providing the correct parts. May even refuse a sale rather than sell the wrong part. Very honest. The variety of hard to find pieces and their vast knowledge how to use them is essential. They stock rolls of chain, cable, cable housings, adjusters, ect, ect. To make custom parts. Youre going to be hard pressed to be able to walk into any store and come out with anything more personalized than this experience.Have patience with them. Its not the normal customer service experience of a large chain store. Its old school, small town services there. They care but wont be walked on which is a welcome attitude these days. Their dog thunder is friendly too and reinforces the family attitude.
Excellent service
Quaint store with lots of personality. Owners are a delight to talk to, and interact with. Great people, and though I could have shopped around for other gear, I felt at home with these people. Shop local, and support business like this! *Huge shout out to their beautiful dog, Thunder*
Got my motorcycle inspected here. Super quick and easy, I was in and out. His hours are a little weird but I went during the day on a weekday and he was open. Highly recommend coming here for inspections.
I love this shop. It is down to earth, friendly and helpful. Lots of cool vintage items and hard to find goodies. TONS of helmets, batteries, handlebars, plugs, parts...SO much stock and general want-to-help approach to customers. Thunder is also quite friendly when hes not napping.
Stopped in earlier today in search of a couple of hard to find parts (didnt help that I personally had no idea what I was looking for in the first place). The owner and his wife were incredibly patient with me. They were honest and really helpful. The shop is packed full of parts! Really remarkable that they had parts for a 69 Honda in stock. I look forward to my next visit!
Helpful, knowledgeable service and lots of vintage parts
DO NOT SHOP THERE. They only take cash and will not do exchanges. They sold me a 65 dollar clutch for my sons minibike. I told him the wrong chain size for the clutch I went back wanting to exchange it for the right one. He said that he would not do that then proceeds to try and sell me the bigger chain and a new rear sprocket. In stead of just exchanging the clutch. Bottom line is do not shop there he comes of as very friendly but in the long run just a nasty old man.
Tons of hard to find parts and pieces. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for those looking to check out vintage items!
If you have an old bike and need a part fast Arnie and his wife are the people you want to go see! He always has cables and electrical parts for my old Harleys in stock!
Old school craftsmanship, Arti does it all, builds and cuts cables, cares about his customers, willing to pass on his years of knowledge. Stop in huge inventory of vintage stuff.
I have been here on three different occasions only to find the store CLOSED during regular business hours opens up whenever he feels like it and does not know how to follow a schedule. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
Wonderful people there honest!
Beware! Sells old, used, defective items, passes off as new, then refuses refund, or even store credit! DANGEROUS!
Never any problems dealing with Arnie,.
Super friendly and helpful !
Very impatient
