My First experience with Sherwin Williams was great! The clerk was busy but friendly, informative, not pushy, and most admirably, productive. Thank you.

Sales person was super nice!!

I walked into the store and was completely ignored the entire time I was there. The guy walked right past me and didn’t even say I’ll be with you in a minute. He couldn’t even take the time to say anything. There was only one other person in the store.

I received very good customer service. As I was looking at paint colors I was approached by a very nice young man. He was very friendly and helpful during my visit from shopping to checkout. I have always gotten great service from this Sherman Williams store in Medford MA located on the Fellsway.

Im hesitant to give it even a 1, but there is no zeros! I am a contractor who has been dealing with this location because it is convenient. The constant change of employees and lack of knowledgeable staff has cost me numerous manhours which I cannot convey to my customers. There is and hasnt been no consistency at this location for the past couple of years!

I been shopping in this store because is my convenience store but this guys starts take the [ Im busy ] for excuse I think be a professional is not reasonable been busy and forget customer requests one time is fine but multiple time its means do not have capacity to handle all own responsibility in the position thats why worker get trainings before get to the position

Jon is specially good at his work he treats everyone the same it does not matter if you buying lost of paint or if you just want examples or questions how to do this of that he help whit good answers.excellent at his trade keep him around for good.
