OMG Im loving this place, great selection, nice people, you get help when you need it unlike big box BS home depot! Prices are good too! If you havent been you better go you wont be disappointed!

I really don’t like to assume the worse of people, but I could not help but do so during my first and last shopping trip in this location. I went on Wednesday October 16th. We were the only 2 Asian Americans shopping. The lady at the register seemed annoyed and bothered to ring me out, she did not say hi and seemed like she could care less in servicing us. My husband made a separate purchase and he tried to ask her how her day was? And she proceeded to shrug him off and pay no mind. Now the service the customer had before and after me were very different. They were greeted and asked if they found everything. Alright. Again I don’t like to assume the worst of ppl but being treated differently because of my background was the last thing I expected during this trip.

Dear JOE, thank you so much for your patience! This is our 4th going to the store in hopes of coming out with a couple of chickens but it wasnt until we ran into you that we finally decided to do this. Joe was incredibly patient, answered 1000 of our questions, gave us plenty of advice and even hand picked all of the items we needed to bring home our new babies. I dont have the words to describe how incredibly happy and grateful we are to have walked into this store and get taken care of by such a wonderful, kind, and beautiful soul! It is people like him that every place in this world needs. You can tell just by the smile on his face how much he loves his job. We have shopped here for a while now and will continue to enjoy the absolutely awesome people working at this Tractor Supply store. The people who work here treat customers like family. On more then one occasion I called to see if they had an item in stock and when I went to the store it was waiting at the customer service desk. Now that is five star caring for sure, you dont get that kind of service and help at the other big box stores. Thank you to all the tractor supply working at this store. You guys and gals are incredible and helpful.

Excellent store with items nobody else carries. Great prices and a drive in part of the building where you can load up materials or whatever you purchased easily especially if there is rain or snow! I found a fence here which beat Home Depot by $95.00 & the stakes were $2.00 each cheaper. If they dont have the item in, order it online and the store will get it in a day or less. Awesome!!! Try them out and see for yourself!

The manager Brenda, had the best customer service available. I am a small business owner, and to have professional reasonable people working for you like Brenda...tractor supply is a lucky company.

First time shopper and will definetly be back. Loved the fact curbside pick up was available actually was the reason I went there. Yes theres Lowes, Home Depot and others but curbside made the biggest difference. Process so easy, drove up showed my order and item was brought directly and loaded into my car. Everything very Covid. Thank you!

I’ve had an issue with just about every order pickup I’ve done from here. Dog food bags ripped and they’ve tried to give me those w/o a discount, or they can’t find my order in the system even though I can provide order details and the order shows up available on my end etcetc.

Very cool store

This place is great. Got a lot of stuff here for the kittens when a stray gave birth in our shed. They had everything we needed. Now that they are grown we go here for the basics. They do sell cat milk which we still get because its a nice treat that even momma loves and its a good price. We only have the cats now, but they have tons of stuff for almost every animal.

They have so many products that I didnt know exist! I shop here and not compare online! I can see the products and hold them and feel them. Im entertained just browsing around the store. Amazon has its place and this is place sells products you cant find online.

Love shopping here its like a Toys R Us for grown ups....If you pay attention you can get some exceptional sales 🤯 the kind you have to look twice then pick it up and make sure your not seeing things.I have to say shopping here is also a pleasure because of the employees they set the standard. For example Arliene and Mike they went above and beyond to make sure Winter my service dog and myself where able to find everything we were looking for they were courteous and respectful even with all my questions and concerns.Just a opinion from a shopper but those two should be your store trainers for all new employees.

Friendly service with a good selection of items for you are home farm garden and pet supplies. Friendly and helpful service as well. It is nice that there is a tractor supply on Long Islands now many of the supplies that you need they carry that you cannot find elsewhere unless you order online or ticket trip over the bridge. This location was very well stocked and the staff was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. This location also has a self dog wash located at the back of the store for an excellent price. The staff I encountered was not only knowledgeable about their products but also of the animals. I highly recommend Tractor Supply and in particular, this location.

First time at this new location but Ive been to stores on other states. Love this place. Everything for the Outdoors, farm, and home. Reasonable prices on name brand products

Bought the best baby chickens here. Theyre phenomenal, if you have any barnyard animals and need supplies this place is the best. Or tools, anything!! its amazing how wide of a selection they have. Go stop by and have a look you will not regret it.

Always stopped at this companys stores in Pennsylvania and Maine while on vacation. Happy they finally opened a location on Long Island although I wish they would open one up in Nassau County. Staff at this location was very helpful and friendly

My first visit. Easy to see from the street and good parking. Large store, lots of animal feed, including cats and dogs. Chicks and ducklings for sale. Tools. Hitches, garden tools, mower oils, feeds etc... Decent prices on most things. Overall its a welcome addition to our community. I like it!

The store is clean and well stocked. There are bins of $5, $10 & $15 items. Leashed pets are welcome. The store has a large section of pet food and offers vaccinations during scheduled hours.

The baby chicks are Back everyone Now starting feb 24 2020 they are super small and so cute they just setup the cage and the chicks were in already

Great to have one on the island now. They have stuff I used to have to order. Staff is friendly and helpful. I know store is new but kept clean and stocked well.

Store has a lot more than you’d think. Clothing, animal feed, tools, gardening supplies...all for a pretty decent price. Store was laid out nice and very clean / organized.

Wow! What nice employees you have at the Medford store. I was helped immediately, and respectfully. I came in to use the Self Service Pet Wash and was so delighted. They had a variety of soaps, grooming tools, towels, blow dryer and 2 groom stations. Ill be back, to shop without my beastie, real soon.

Great place to find many many things you cant get anywhere else. The staff is uber friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 3 tons of stove pellets (150 bags) that were $1.50 a bag cheaper than anywhere else on the Island. You do the math

Finally we have our first Tractor Supply Store on Long Island. The store is great everything for horses right down to horse shoes, bridles, bits medicines every type of feed vitamins etc . The same goes for chickens lots of medicines different feed vitamins and accessories no more mail order everything is there ! Also Great prices on on Carhart clothing, dog food cat food a lot of grain free brands at good prices so many different wild bird food mixes . I can’t believe how much other stuff they carry other then animal supplies. Tractor parts tools welding . And also a great staff very helpful.

Love this place. Always helpful and kind. I love going there, its like stepping into another world! Some of the prices are not great but that being said you will always find something cheaper some where else (this goes for any store) but being able to go stop in one place for all my animal and yard needs is great, and I can sneak myself a nice smelling candle or two.They get 5 stars over 4 because of the ability to handle issues amazingly. Nothing is perfect anywhere, but the staff here handles hurdles and issues effortlessly and that is amazing because its not a mom and pop place but they make it feel that way.Oh and ordering online and picking up in store? 🙌👍👍

Hardware was very limited in Metric, most bins were empty or non-existent. I complained at the register and they blamed the company that stocks them. Solution is Use a reliable company and Fire the on they use. It took me 10 minutes to scrape up 3, 12mm hex nuts and they were 2 LOCK nuts and 1 hex head shoulder nut . didnt even have 3 the same. Fire your supplier TS and step up your game, if that is truly the case for unstocked bins of Hardware? BRAND NEW STORE, NO EXCUSE !

Buyer beware...They completely installed a snowblower wrong.... don’t use this company.... cable inoperable and snowblower blades move without applying the handle .... super poor customer service at this location!!!

Not sure Medford, NY calls for a tractor supply store, but the stock is ok. Some unique things but nothing incredible. True value and Ace hardware probably have similar items and a whole lot more. When they opened I inquired about purchasing a gas powered item. They instructed me that once oil and gas were put into it, that I owned it regardless my satisfaction. I told them that home Depot, Costco, Sams club, etc.. that I can return it as long as I can lean out the oil and gas. They said that they could not do that.Personally there is so much competition that I wouldnt go out of my way to shop there unless it was something exclusive to tractor supply.

Staff was helpful and service fast when I visited. My first ever TSC visit, so much cool stuff. Bought a stock tank to make a pool for my dog. Toys and treats for the pupper. Supplies for Kitty. Garden stuff for home. And a TShirt too..

Good supply of a lot of great things for equipment animals and farming needs.
