First of all, I rarely every post a review, but because of the #1 service and what I feel as going above and beyond your standard consumer service, I felt I had to with Loren and Linda. I had first shopped around to get as much information on hearing aids as I could before coming to see Loren and Linda, who are the greatest people to work with. They both went out of their way to made me feel very comfortable and were so in tuned with my needs. They made sure me and my fiancé was well taken care of and she would be happy with the results. There explanation of what to expect was right on. Both are very professional and I had a great experience. As far as the product is concerned well worth the money, I most highly recommend them to anyone looking for help. Thanks for everything! Keep up the great work. I CAN HEAR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

I walked into this store to help my grandfather with his hearing loss and to be honest i was very uneducated but thanks to there fantastic employees Loran and Linda I was quickly educated and guided in the right direction and was able to figure out my grandfathers needs and he has been 100% satisfied. I tried going by the Miracle Ear location on Biddle Rd. When I walked up to the door, the door was locked and there was some janky handwritten note that said Out of office be back later. Thats so unprofessional. There was also this guy that was on his phone outside that just kept pacing in front of Miracle Ear, and State Farm, and the bank on the corner. That made me feel really uncomfortable. I looked up Miracle Ear to find their specific website for this location to find another way to make contact since they were out of office, and come to find out, the guy that was walking around on the phone outside is one of the damn workers. His name is Loren. Super cool that the employees lock the building so they can case store fronts while theyre on the phone. I will not be returning.

Amazing hearing provider. I had delayed getting the help for a lot longer than I should have. Loren King and his front desk Marj sincerely helped with any questions and concerns of mine. In order to help people especially those with hearing problems you need to slow down your speech and actually take the time that is needed and important for the transition of wearing the aids. Hes a nice young man but needs to give more time to his clients.

Its in the name MIRACLE ear, with Loren Kings help my grandma who has been yelling for about 8 years now can finally hear again. The office is clean, friendly staff, and let me tell you that Loren is such a professional, and he can crack a joke or two which made the visit even better. I’ve avoided getting hearing aids for far too long but Loren who tested my hearing and fit me with an affordable set of hearing aids made the whole process very easy. I was not aware that hearing loss can cause balance, memory and hearing issues like tinnitus. I suffered from these problems for years not knowing that a simple pair of hearing aids would improve all these problems I was experiencing. I feel like a new man and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and caring Loren and Maggie were through the whole process (plus Loren will accommodate evening appointments for us late risers and old folks!). They did a great job of finding out my specific hearing needs as both my ears have separate hearing loss and physical abnormalities. But with three appointments and two adjustments I’m amazed, and forever thankful. Going to Miracle ear for a free hearing evaluation was one of the best decisions my Father ever made! His hearing had been progressively declining for the better part of a decade, and had gotten pretty bad. Sam’s professionalism was impressive, as well as his knowledgeability. My dad ended up buying a set of amazing hearing aides that fit his loss and his budget perfectly. Visits to Grandma’s and Grandpa’s are now a joy, I have my dad back! And better yet, he understands his granddaughter too, gone are the days of smiling and nodding! Awesome awesome group of guys!!!

Go on in for free hearing test. They are open Mon-Fri. If, after your hearing test, you need to have hearing aides, they will work with you to make it afforable. They also provide service to your current hearing aides. If a special phone is needed, they can provide those free of charge - however it does require an internet connection. Give them a call, for yourself, a family member, or a friend.
