Didnt read my prescription correctly, didnt listen to my severe silicone allergy. Did bait and switch on hearing aids!! Was supposed to cast mold of my ears, refused!! Hearing aids were supposed to be rechargeable and have audio control from app, right was supposed to be bone conduction. 🙄 Bluetooth to phone went to wrong ear and refused to reprogram them. Was sold worthless junk for my hearing issues!!!!

My daughter had an issue arise at her pediatrician and we were referred to Audiology and Hearing Care. Dr. Schmidt was so sweet and kind to my little nervous kindergartner. She was gentle and thoroughly explained the process to her. Luckily my daughter was cleared of any concerns, but if we needed a regular audiologist, Dr. Schmidt would be our pick. Both she and the front office lady were very accommodating and took excellent care of us. Great overall experience!

Really appreciated the doctor/audiologist. By far the fastest and, looking at the charts afterward, likely accurate results. Also a very nice person. I would refer anyone comfortably.

Dr. Schmidt is amazing and knowledgeable about helping her patients, and providing the best care! Whenever I come into the office, it always is very welcoming and it is like a family environment. She has made a difference in not only my grandmas hearing, but in her quality of life. I would highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and her office to anyone!
