Just today, there was a dead roach in the hot chocolate this establishment served me. I had good enough reason to believe that their food safety precautions need inspection, so I reported the incident to the county. I hope the cafe staff will take this incident seriously so that no other patrons have to experience what I did.

O. M. G!!! If you have never had a lavender cupcake and want to try one, this is the place to go!!! A perfect accompaniment with it is a nice cup of Earl Grey tea. Im in love and will definitely be back for more!I was tasked with getting the company cupcakes and no one was disappointed! Quite literally something for everyone!

Was so excited to try this place for the first time. Well I am sorry to say that I was more then disappointed with the cupcakes I bought. My hubby and I shared the chocolate peanut butter first and it was very hard and dried out. I love these 2 flavors and it was not ok at all. So we decided to give the pink champagne a go and it was better but not by much. So for the price of these gourmet cupcakes I was expecting dynamite gems but no so sad at this. I am just shocked at the quality.....it was like I was given week old cupcakes! Wanted to really support a small shop but they really need to step up there game!!! 😔

Been a loyal customer for over a year, their sourdough bread is amazing that my husband and I inhaled it within a day. Turkey pesto croissant is my top favorite and the date bearclaw too. Not to mention the service is great, blended drinks are also good. Even better than Starbucks. Wished there were donuts though, always missed getting those.

Our lunch place during our southern Oregon vacation! We sampled quite a few of their wares during our stay: coffee, sandwiches, and pastries, and every single one of them were delicious. And Kayla, our barista/baker/sandwich maker, was also our personal tour guide and told us all the places to hit up on our tour of southern Oregon! Thanks Kayla, you were awesome!

I absolutely LOVE this café. I am thrilled every time I go. Today I had the homemade chicken and dumplings! It was divine. The veggies were not overcooked the dumplings were awesome. It tasted like home cooking. I also had a Tuna sandwich on sourdough. I honestly think I had a food orgasm. Please give them a try. They are a small bakery and have fresh croissants which are difficult to make and they are made perfectly. I come here for lunch now at least once a week. It is amazing.

Just ordered cupcakes and cookies to be delivered to the nurses caring for my mom in the hospital. Young lady answering the phone was delightful and helpful and things delivered by grub hub in less than an hour. Great job by all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing more.We shared a lunch special turkey and havarti on sourdough with their split pea.Pretty sparse on the ham in the thin Soup. About an ounce of turkey in the sammy.Cmon folks, we want to support you over the national chains, but put out a decent product too.

Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. you would think the products would be fresh, but no, the breakfast burrito was cold and tasteless, the croissant sandwich tasted like it was made a week ago.

So I heard they had beignets and being from New Orleans I was so excited. Like kid in a candy store with a fresh $20 bill. I get there and I ask about them and my first clue was when the things behind the beignets sign looked like fried biscuit dough rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Upon asking I was informed that the pastry of my dreams had bavarian cream in the middle.NO STOP PLEASE DONT DESTROY A WHOLE CULTURES FAVORITE PASTRY.So upon my better judgement I order two of them and a few other things and let me just say I was so sad I just threw it away after the first bite.If your going to call it a beignets then please dont pass off over fried dough with cream in it thats just a cream filled donut

On a recommendation from a regular I got the date bearclaw and it was so so good. We also tried the marionberry scone and ham and cheese croissant. We stopped here on our way through town, wish I had time to stay for lunch.

Its all good. Pretty good place for lunch. I have not had their breakfast. However their donuts are pretty tasty as well as other sweet treats. Depending on the time of day, service can be slow. Especially lunch. A blend of service and serve yourself. Clean your table when you leave. Within walking distance too a few hotels, shopping and gas station. Near the freeway too.

I love their turkey panini! Thin rye bread stuffed with delicious turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, red onion, and spinach! The potato salad tastes fresh and home made. I love stopping here for a cake donut every once in a while, too! Its a little pricey to have lunch everyday but its definitely worth it!

The thing I like best is the employees are friendly and dont mind if you hang around for a nice long visit with a friend. The coffee and pastries were okay.

Pastries were definitely not fresh, dry and crusty. And forget about the merrang cookies, taste like coconut oil and playdo! Absolutely disgusted! And the price! Find a different bakery.

Got the best croissant of my life here. Great cappuccino, too. Excellent quality food and all pastries are under 3 dollars. Pretty and mellow atomsphere. Friendly customer service. Big comfy couch. I found my new favorite coffee shop. Absolutely 5 stars.

This is by far the best bakery in the valley. From their fresh baked breads to their awesome coffee and pastries just being in there and taking in the Went in there today and bought a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate. Good Lord that was the best egg and cheese croissant or whatever you call it Ive ever had.

Always great food, Ive been eating there for years. However today I tried the French Kiss Panini - spinach, tomatoes, onion and aioli which sounded delicious. Turns out its made with frozen spinach...nope. Its the only disappointment Ive experienced there. The owner was good about it and traded me out for another choice.

Our expressos good but our goodies could have had more flavor. My husband had a cowboy cookie...not much flavor and itWas dry. My black forest cake was light but not a lot of flavor.

Dont go if your gluten free. Paltry pastry choice and depressingly small. Two to choose from. So sad. My pastry eating girlfriends love it. Service is slow but people are friendly.

My boyfriend and I enjoy the atmosphere, food, treats, and coffee here. On Saturdays my boyfriend and I will settle in and have a sandwich and munch on treats while I do homework using their complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly and I love their coffee. Try the milky way, its delicious! Also their potato salad is one of my favorites.

My first great experience at Artisan Bakery was before they expanded their seating and it was my first chocolate eclair that I purchased. Rwminded me of the delicious homemade eclairs my mom made with real pudding filling. I am sad to report they no longer seve them fresh but make thwm ahead and freeze them. I was dissapointed to find crystals in the slighly runny pudding

Ok so this was absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 jalapeño bagel sandwiches and a decaf coffee and Im not kidding you it took 20 mins to get my coffee and 40 mins to get a dam bagel sandwich! I ordered at 8:15 and didnt get my sandwich till 8:52 what a freakin joke AND it wasnt even what I ordered. It was supposed to be egg, tomato and cream cheese on a jalapeño bagel but Instead they put it on a wheat bagel and just put slices of jalapeño on it and didnt even tell me about it. Didnt say Oh hey we ran out of the jalapeño bagel do you still want it......seriously....and no joke 20 mins for a coffee that was filled barely half way..I had to ask 3 times about my coffee..how could it possibly take 45 mins for a coffee and 2 bagel sandwiches....absolutely ridiculous
