This stand serves the best coffee! We honestly go out of out way to get Southwest. Specifically love their iced Coffee because it never tastes watered down. They always know just how much milk to put in to make it creamy, but not like a latte. My guy orders a mocha and loves it too. You cant go wrong! 10/10

If youre not drinking organic coffee its something you might to consider and youre in luck because Southwest Coffee has you covered. Conventional grown coffee is the most chemically treated beverage! Staff is super nice, the owner is rad and the coffee is great! Support local business yall! And the prices are cheaper than the competitors even though its !organic! Super vegan friendly as well, all the malks available.

This is by far THE BEST coffee stand EVER. They have such good coffee and even better rogue energy drinks! The staff here is always so friendly and i love coming and supporting this local business!! If you’re ever in north Medford please give them a try, you’ll fall in love i promise!

Among our very favorites for coffee now. Dave has it dialed in...and the coffee itself is really good (smoother than the more well-known stops). And he has never burned our shots.

This is an amazing Coffee shop. Organic Coffee and Done just right. They have options for every kind of coffee drinker. And the Chai Lebeouf is a Home Run/Slam Dunk! The staff treat you just right and are never over the top. This isn’t just another Coffee stand. They know what they are doing and they do it with love and it shows. 5 stars to the sky!

This is my go to since their opening. Drinks are cheap and owner is always friendly. The owner even customizes drinks when I am wanting something new or he asks you for the usual with a great memory! Ill gladly drive by dutch/starbucks/Blackrock to order at Southwest anytime! Sign up for his Texting advertising messages he offers great deals and triple to 5 stamps on some days.

This place has some really good lattes; hot, strong and just sweet enough.

10/10! I havent been to Dutch Bros since my first time here. Dave is incredible! The coffee is so much better and much cheaper than Dutch Bros! Excellent coffee, service, and drink selections. I like that the owner is knowledgeable in various dietary restrictions and can help make recommendations based on those restrictions. Fun atmosphere! Definitely my go to drive thru coffee stand in Medford.

Visited today for the first time. I was really excited for the Chai and enjoyed the quirky chai art they currently had on their sign. Really a let down when I saw it was just another coffee hut using Oregon Chai. The staff was super friendly and helpful so no issues there. The branding is great. They have great drink options. I appreciate the punch card system. I really wanted this to be my regular coffee joint. Just felt disappointed, like its another unoriginal coffee hut that I wanted more out of.

This place is amazing! When the fires broke out everything in town was full of people. I found this amazing gem and the owner was awesome. He made a special drink for my child and his cookie drink tasted better than any annihilator I’ve ever had from DB. Coffee done right! Just what we needed after a night of turmoil from evacuations. Thank you for the experience. I’ll be back today :)

We just stopped by this morning for the first time and will definitely be back! I got a iced milky way and it tastes almost exactly like how a caramelizer at DB used to taste (I can’t stand Dutch bro’s now a days).The person working was ready to answer any questions and help us pick any drink. He seemed very knowledgeable on coffee and the menu. I highly recommend you try this place!

I was impressed by this place. Owner is friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. I ordered a plain Americano and an Iced Americano with cream. Both smooth and delicious. Will make this one of my regular coffee stops.NOTE: They serve Keto friendly options on various drinks too!!! A huge plus.
