The employees at this location are always very friendly. And its pretty good coffee and the best thing about Starbucks is doesnt matter what one I go to the drink I get always taste the same.

Theyre store is very clean the breakfast sandwiches are amazing they are well worth the the price extremely helpful staff very knowledgeable about what they have on the menu I would highly recommend Starbucks if you are coffee lover you have to love coffee to pay five or six bucks a cup.lol

I dont visit Starbucks normally but I had a gift card so I treated my son and myself to the toasted marshmallow mocha frappuccino and it was worth it. Id buy it again.

I went to get my usual drink, white chocolate chai tea, and a sausage and cheese sandwich. Ive been ordering this drink for the last 3 years and for as long as i can remember the total has only ever been $8.50. This morning I was charged more than I should have been and when I pointed it out the Barosta argued with me saying she was right and I was wrong. She was very rude to me then a sweet angel to the next person who came in. I wont be coming back to this place or to Starbucks.

Love this place. Always friendly, convenient, and never to busy. Shaded areas with tables outside makes it even that much more perfect. A lot of foot traffic and is a good place to people watch. Great place!

Excellent service. Atmosphere was clean and relaxing with lots of natural light. Coffee and cocoa were fresh, hot and flavorful. Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches and those were good, too. Bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Was ready to carry on conversation.

After getting an Americana, it just didnt seem very strong at all. Barista was more than happy to give me another shot or more if I wanted. Appreciated that very much.

This is by far the best Starbucks in town, the baristas are amazing and never fail in doing everything they can to make the best drinks possible. The service is great and everyone working seems to enjoy their job which makes the overall experience even better. My husband and I go here frequently and have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is perfect for small or large groups as there’s plenty of room and I’d highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone! 🙌🏻

I love the comfort of the couches. Very easy to plug in the laptop and get a homework done! Caution! This location does NOT do mobile advance orders. There is another location with a similar street name in the same town. Double check! Great location though. Third morning in a row.

Great location - love the clover! Its always clean and theres usually a comfy seat free with a plug in nearby. Very nice staff here as well. We need a nitro cold brew on tap!

Dont drink coffee but appreciate Starbucks! We descended on the store (unannounced) with 50+ CCHS freshman and the counter crew took it in stride. Thanks for letting us crash the store and hangout while our kids took a tour of Lithia Motors!

Convenient, walking distance from RCC, the public library and many other downtown businesses. There is a playground across the way with soft ground as my son calls it. Perfect place to grab a coffee and then let the little ones play a while. They also have a little market there sometimes and other events are often held in the commons park areas.Not to mention, the staff at this location is top notch. They are fast and always greet me when I come in.

Quick and tasty. Friendly service. Not all the tables were clean, which would be excusable except they werent busy at all. The director of our company was there and paid for my order so thats a plus!

What can I say? Its a pretty typical Starbucks. The decor is very well done though and it has a very open and airy feeling-- big windows and high ceilings with nice light fixtures.A good experience overall.

Cool downtown location and interrior design. Great place to drink overpriced, but tasty coffee in a comfortable and chic spot. However the acoustics are terrible and it is difficult having a conversation and hear what others are saying. Free WiFi, but you have to retrieve password from staff. Also staff is young and are very noisy and more interested in their own conversations and youthful antics than doing their job and serving customers.

This location looks small from the road, but its actually really spacious. This is a reserve location which means they have a clover coffee brewer and speciality beans. Out of all the locations in Medford I would say that this is the best.There is a park right across the street that is great for kids to burn off some energy.

Love their coffee! I wasnt sure what I wanted, but the Barista was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She recommended a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I said sure, so thats what I got. They werent joking about the extra caramel! I loved it! Highly recommend this place for coffee lovers. They also have matcha tea. Variety of drinks, with each one being delicious. Something for everyone! Theres even bottled water, for those people. Who goes to Starbucks for water!? Lol, jk.

Ive been to many a Starbucks, but this one is by far the best. Everyone from the managers to the baristas make it their job to know you and what youre likely to order. And that my friends makes this Starbucks special. They care.P. S. And The chorizo breakfast sandwich, one word. Mmmmmmm
