I dealt with 2 associates this past week for ordering and setting up a new phone and making changes to my plan to better suit my needs in a cost effective way. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient.

Dont buy from this store. The sales person had no clue what she was talking about and actually told me completely wrong information about the phone I purchased. Then sold me add on products to protect my phones screen that didnt work (called black ice). My screen literally broke 35 days later and I was told there was nothing she could do. Buy online or at the very least go to another store. Also dont get swindled into buying anything from the company gaget guard to protect your device, its garbage.

We just today had a great experience with our new friend Shawn at the Medford Verizon Store. He went over everything with my wife and I and explained all the details as we purchased new phones from Verizon, We highly recommend him and Verizon to anyone. We are 18 years with them.

Please never go here!! They have no clue what they are doing! Screwed me over $260 on a refund for an iPad because of their lies and incompetence. I recommend you always go to a Verizon corporate store and never come here. 2 hours in the store then 2 hours on the phone all because I was duped. The store supposedly had no manager when I had this problem, then said the issue was resolved. When I called Verizon direct they told me the request was denied and my 14 days for a return was over. DO NOT GO HERE. Blatantly scams customers. Me and my family went in to buy a new phone and I was looking at the different versions of the google pixel. After hearing the prices I went with the oldest for 400$. I only later found out that this 400$ was to pay off my old phone and I was on the hook for 800$! I couldve brought a pixel 4 online for this amount. This has become a shady business since its been under new management.

The arduous task and disgusting customer service and convoluted protocols imposed on AT&T customers made this task seem almost impossible to execute until I walked into Verizon, met Kyle and he literally saved the day! What made this experience at Patchogue Verizon so unique you might ask? Well lets start with Kyles patience, willingness to please, inability to get agitated and priceless skills all disguised with a humble demeanor that makes you feel that he takes pride in getting the job done. Guess what...he got the job done and did it with a smile and accuracy. Verizon should take note of this employee as it is a rare occasion to see someone of the younger generation channel the spirit of the old school methods that customers can be best served with patience, pride & knowledge of their industry!

Keven was very helpful. He listened to understand exactly what was wrong and was able to fix the problem I was having with my photos backing up to the cloud. In addition, he offered an alternative solution.
