I came in tothe biddle rd store yesterday 7/25/21 at 4 pm to bring a new customer to metro as well as upgrade my phone if i was eligible for the upgrade and the guy working was very rude and stated that he didnt really want to look into see if I was eligible for an upgrade because he wanted to get off work on time. he said he had things to do that were important to him and as for activating a new phone it would take too long to do and he said there was nothing he could do so we should just leave and come back another time. Also a new customer account would take too much of his time. Normally Ive had great experiences with this company but after the way we were treated the new customer i was bringing to you said that they would never come back based on the actions of the employee

Service was useless! No resolution of my problem. I am beyond frustrated

I enjoy my job at Metro by T-Mobile and am surprised of the improvements since it was MetroPCS.

Sofia, at the Biddle road store gets 5 stars for her great work ethic. She showed great patience and kindness, plus expertise in dealing with our transaction. A valued employee and a GEM.

The customer service is the worst!! They lie about Upgrades and always try to make you spend more money. The phone service is terrible i have nothing but issues and I called the 611 to get help and can barely understand them and its always a problem why pay for bad service.

Worst store I’ve been to, only 2 guys in there that are great dudes. The others are disrespectful and don’t value long time customers.

I cant believe the horrible service here went to buy a new phone and the rep. Was rude and unwelcoming. I left Cussing out the rep and probably switching phone service after over 10 years with metro .Shame on you metro pcs they didnt even check my account. These people people should be fired and store should be closed go anywhere else.This is how they treat loyalty in times of pandemic.

My experience with every one of the stores in Medford have been horrible . Walk in the store and no one greets you, employees dont smile and are rude. Even my 14 year old daughter felt uncomfortable in there ( mainly the one on Biddle road.) The girls working need extensive training on customer service. Bad experiences in the other stores as well and it seems as if they are all scammers and dont really want to help anyone. I am disappointed and hope something is done soon.

I have tried calling a couple times this month. At the beginning of the month when I tried calling, it said their voice mail was full. Now, when I tried calling a few minutes ago, it said their number was not in service. This goes for the one on West Main as well. For a phone company this is highly unprofessional.

Quick and easy. Greeted when you come in and they actually talk to you. Never had a problem. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Because of the increasing popularity of prepaid services expect a short wait time in the store. But the folks at Metro are very helpful and knowledgeable. They will walk you through any problems that you might have. If you as a consumer are not consumed about laying down $1000 for the latest phone then I highly recommend comeing to Metro. You can get a really good phone without the premium price and on a very affordable unlimited everything plan. I have the LG Stylo 4 and am very happy with it.

This store is a joke! Our son is out of town and his phone broke they would not let him buy a new one with out opening a new account even though we are on a family plan. They said they they are not corporate so they can do what they t! Shame on u!

Metro PCS is a cell phone store with the worst reception Ive had in a decade or more.They also gave me a cheap Samsung phone, yet a roommate whose a beautiful girl, a very nice, expensive LG with a stylus that gets much better reception!!

They will do nothing but try and charge you for things you dont need and refuse to make life easier for you. If you can please avoid this place

TLDR: Place needs closed. Overworked staff. Manager must be trash.Sat for over an hour bc someone couldnt get me started on 2nd register, to tell me the couldnt activate a phone with damage. Manager needs to close store until more staff can be hired. One staff member is not enough. Ridiculous. Tried to upsell me on a phone out the door.

I loved this company when my boyfriend and i first got with them but after 4-6 months we have been having nothing but problems the only reason why we am still with this company is because we cant afford to switch companys. This is not meant to be a bad reveiw but you guys need to put more effort in helping your customers to their satisfaction.. You guys need to make a waiting list for customers

The employees didnt know what I was talking about when I was looking for the Samsung J7. They had it advertised. No one knew anything about the products they sold except the S8. Friendly staff if you could get their attention.

Extremely difficult to use phone off the valley floor its lime they are not connected to the grid. Works fine in the store....but who can run back to their store to make phone calls....my customets tell methey leave mess that i nevrr recieve... ...or in some cases 2-4 weeks after t by e fact

I rcvd a text saying that I was eligible for a phone upgrade. I went in the store drew a number and watched the people at the counter ignore me and help 3 customers who came in after me who didnt take a number. When I finally got help the person behind the counter told me that they were out of phones that I was eligible for. didnt ask me If he could check availability on another branch. Very poor customer service .

Terribly under knowledgeable staff. Pretty much had to tell them to stop telling me untruths about my device that they never took the time to learn for themselves, but are adamant that they know.

Crappy customer service I went into the store to ask a question about my phone and possibly buy a new one. there were two people in front of me. we sat down and were waiting, more people started walking into the store and the employees started helping them first I watched three different people go in to the store after I was already set down and they were helped and on their way. I didnt even get help I just walked out. one of them was standing there doing nothing looking over the other shoulder, she could have at least made herself useful and wrote down a list of people in the order they walk in so they can be helped like Sprint or any other cell phone company does. so I tried to call customer service and the calls keep on dropping before I can even talk to an operator. Metro PCS you need to do something before you lose more customers, its really simple. have that person who is standing there doing nothing, greet the customers and write down their name as they walk in very very simple!

Terrible cell service.I hate that because I dont have a debit card, I have to go into a location and pay $3 extra for payment processing!Today, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to pay my bill because there was only one customer service rep available.
