Danny was so pleasant to work with! I had to bring in my kids, and had so many questions and changes to make to my account, he was so patient and took the time to help me with everything I had came in for. As well as got me a great deal! I was totally happy with my experience and would definitely recommend going to see him for help!

I went in because a software update broke my phone and they refused to help. I asked them to speak to a manager and they said they did and the manager told me if I wanted a working phone I had to pay full price for a new one. I had to throw a fit to be allowed to use a landline to call customer service who almost immediately recognized that I needed a working phone and its the companys responsibility to make sure that I have one and made notes that I should be allowed to buy a penny phone - the cheapest, most basic smart phone available. At least I didnt have to spend hundreds of dollars for it and I have a working phone until tech support figures out how to fix my Motorola. Vincent was perfectly happy to send me out with a broken phone and no way to stay connected. My 3 year old daughter needs me to have a working phone. I dont know how they thought what they were doing was ok.
I ordered 2 new phones...had to wait a Month to get them... and once they did get here they ordered me the wrong phone and all the manager had to say was ...I can cancel this and you can go to a different provider...Didnt offer to make it right.. he didnt even try!
Robert was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. We drove out of our way to work with him and will do so again! Weve been with US Cell since the late 90s and will stick with them, and especially like this authorized dealer location.

I had an amazing experience with Santos Camberos at the South Medford US Cellular. I had a bad experience with AT&T and their service prior to considering switching. Santos got me all set up with my new plan, transferred all my information, offered to buy my phone off of me to go towards the cost of the accessory and provided great service! Thank you!

Ive been a customer of US Cellular for 3 years now. I have NEVER had a problem with the phone service they provide. I feel this company has grown to easily compete with many carriers. Im extremely impressed with the quality of their customer service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Ms. Reyna Leon-Oregon is by far one of the best customer service agents Ive had the pleasure of meeting. This young lady should be teaching everyone in customer service how to adequately represent your company while providing quality care to customers.

Huge waste of time.I called in to set an appointment but still had to wait an hour, only to be skipped in line. When I finally do get help, another half hour later, the agent stops helping me 5 minutes to assist the other agent. I walked out. Incompetent, unfriendly, and poorly managed.

I called ahead of time and knew that was where i would be shopping...she sounded friendly over the phone and knowledgeable.She helped me get the right device and walked me out the door even though she had other people to serve after me, i didnt feel rushed or pushed into a sale. She was great!
Im went into the Sis Q store by Walmart on the south end of town and explained to Jonny that Ive been getting 3G signal or a roaming icon or sometimes when I move 10 feet it has no signal at all. I explained that I had done the *228 thing. (Which would not connect) so I tried *22899. Which did connect but did no good. He said there was no *22899 and that worked and knew what was available and what could be done or not. WRONG! He also said there was nothing he could do. I can trade my phone in early and finance it or wait till October or I could buy a booster for $550 (the only one available for us cellular.) Wrong again smart boy.... there is one available from us cellular for $199.00. you look at the signal map I am in an area that is supposed to get 100% signal so I guess they dont honor their promise as far as being the best coverage. The bottom line he would not provide me service if I did not buy something to boost his Commission.
