DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The sales people at the store are friendly and seem to know their products but the people they hired to install my laminate flooring were HORRIBLE. For starters they needed to remove my dish washer but said they did not see a way to remove it. I insisted it could be removed, they finally figured it out, then put it back and it didnt work after that, finally figured that out without the help of the installers, they werent sure how to remove the old wood flooring around the fire place, either. They left gaps and things were not flush with the floor or stairs. BUT the worst part was I had wood laminate put on my stairs and they did not know how to finish the product---the edges. I had to complain on numerous occasions and finally different men came out to correct it 14 MONTHS LATER! They did not do a good job either---looks like a ten year old did it. If I had the proper tools I could have done a better job. Stay clear of this company. They are very unprofessional!

Excellent company to deal with. I have been a flooring contractor for over 15 years. Ive dealt with brandon mainly and he has been awesome. Their carpet installers were wonderful. All my tile and laminate arrived on time for my project and they were always available by phone or email. Im referring future customers and friends to them.

Salesman I had was very nice and helpful. However the installer is where everything went wrong. He was supposed to have a helper come with him the day of install, however he never showed so he did the install and moving of furniture himself. This ended in dents in our wall, ripped leather furniture and scuff marks on our doors. I took pictures of all of the damages. Then the installer cut corners by not even padding the closet. He ripped up the carpet, used the old pad (even though our order included the new nicer pad) and just put new carpet over the old pad (thinking we would never know). After day one of the install, I noticed the weird feeling transitioning when walking into the closet. I asked him about it day two of the install and he insisted multiple times that he used the new pad. There are visible seems throughout the house, the carpet transition area to the hardwood was HORRIBLY done and there is a noticeable drop off right before the hardwood where he didn’t take the time to cut it to the edge.In our living room there are multiple places where you can feel under the carpet where he quickly put together the pad and it feels like some places are elevated and others aren’t. Oh and did I mention when he was installing the carpet up against our hardwood he took a couple small chunks out of our hardwood floor?THEN when I called the nice salesman to tell him about the horrible experience and showed him all the damage to our walls and furniture he did, and told him about the weird feeling transition into the bedroom closet. He questioned the installer about it and the installer ADMITTED HE LIED and that he used our 10 year old pad and never swapped it out!!I had the salesman back out to our house to check it out as well as other concerns, he said he was going to have the installed fix the problem.I never heard anything from anyone since (this was 8 months ago)No follow up, no nothing. No fixing the problem as promised.Rogue Carpet also did my friend and neighbors house with the EXACT same carpet and pad. When inspecting his house NONE of these problems were there, so I KNOW they know better and I know this is not the way it’s “supposed to look”Again I gave them plenty of time to take care of this problem, and outright lie but it’s been too long now and nothing has been done. Now when sitting and walking in the living room you feel like you’re walking on different flooring depending on where you are in the room. The transitions to the kitchen hardwood floor are wearing HORRIBLY because there is not pad. The seems are looking worse as the carpet starts to wear. And every time I walk into my closet in the morning I am reminded of this nonsense when I literally step down onto my old horrible pad we got new carpet to get rid of to begin with.I hardly ever have to write bad reviews because I ALWAYS give companies a chance to right their wrong. And they usually do for me.Rogue Flooring did not.
