This past weekend, I had rugs put in two bedrooms. Carpet Depot worked with me in regards of time that I needed workers at my house. I had to cancel 2x and they understood without any issues. The two men who came to house to place carpet were outstanding. They showed up in their white van and got busy. They know what they are doing, and was in and out in a good time. I purchased carpet for my den in June 2019. I was looking for a particular style of carpet and it had to meet several requirements.I shopped at the Medford location. Eric was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The store offered a wide selection of carpet and I had shopped at other carpet stores and Carpet Depot had more of a selection and the pricing was good.Eric came out to my home to measure and was also able to offer me a great payment plan that made my purchase manageable.I was apprehensive about the day of installation but I was truly impressed by the two men that did the install. They removed our old carpet efficiently (the carpet was over 30 years old and on cement slab so was tremendous dirt/dust). They removed it and were able to minimize the dust and dirt that floated in air. Excellent cleanup..I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants quality carpet installed professionally at reasonable prices.

Superior carpet store .. I typically go to home depot to look for carpets (we have 4 dogs and they wreck them) every time I go it takes forever so I stopped by this store to see what they had. Safe to say I wont be going to home depot anymore for carpets!

Used them for carpet replacement in a few bedrooms and my basement. The entire install didnt take too long and the guys left behind basically no mess. Thank you for the quality service !

Very happy with their service! I came into their store last Saturday to set up an install .. I needed it fairly quickly and they were able to accomodate me. The men who came to install were very sweet and made very little mess (they also cleaned up). Overall I am pleased and would use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Carpet Depot. I purchased 10k worth of carpeting from them. The carpet was special order and I expected to wait for it. The sales experience was excellent. You get what you pay for when it comes to carpeting! The installation was for 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 staircases, 2 landings, and a finished basement. Carpet Depot sent 3 installers. They were clean, professional, and their work was great. I would certainly recommend and use this company again!

I went in tonight to take a look at what products they have. I am simply looking to do my stairs in our Condo and the older Gentlemen was so rude. I went in with my son and he couldn’t believe it. I could barely understand his English and he just had no patience. Maybe the job is to small, but I will not be doing any business with them.

Worst customer service ever. So beyond rude and disrespectful. The older man with glasses should be ashamed to speak to customers the way he did and is horribly judgemental. Apparently they are doing so well with an empty parking lot that they dont need sales! I work with people everyday and would never treat anyone in that manner. I will let every outlet how horrible my experience was!!
