As an Interior Designer I need to have suppliers, people, and pricing I can count on, and I find all at No Frills. Preston Mace always has my back. He is reliable, hard working, knowledgeable, and so warm and welcoming when I bring in clients. On those occasions I stop in and Preston isnt available, Mark, Brian, and everyone else jumps in to help. I appreciate that they will always try to give the best pricing possible. and always follow up on what they promise. Theres a reason they have been my main flooring supplier for the last 10 years!

We just redid all of the flooring and stonework on a house that we’re putting up on the market in Oregon this week, and Carson at no frills flooring was absolutely incredible! Not only did he help us find all the right materials, but he also gave us a list of incredible installers to do all of the work. He saw around all the corners for us and gave us recommendations on how to avoid any kind of challenges or hiccups in the process! He took all the time we needed to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and was super helpful through the entire process if you go to no-frills, make sure you ask for Carson!

I called looking for information on a specific repair. No Frills doesnt install, they just wholesale, but the staff and Mark specifically were very kind in directing me to places to speak to, and answering some questions I had. If I cant find what I need Ill be back to get some carpet to replace what I have!

Without question, No Frills is the BEST place to buy flooring in our region. Preston Mace spent hours with us to select the best product for our home (we brought in a cabinet door for him to match). The end result is better than we could have dreamed. He is responsive, thoughtful, and works beautiful with multiple contractors and their subs. We cant recommend them highly enough!

I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Tim at No Frills Flooring. Several months ago he sold me some stock carpet for a rental I own out of town, more recently I decided to finish the job. They had more of this wonderful carpet in stock (for a very fair price) and I found vinyl flooring resembling wood also in stock took me 15 min. to make my purchase. I knew I liked the carpet and had high hopes for the vinyl flooring well by golly the vinyl blew my mind it looks so good (see attached picture). So good I’m gonna get some for own kitchen.I was aware that they are a discount flooring company so did not expect extra services.Thank you, Tim and No Frills Flooring, I’ll be back.

No Frills is our new go to place for flooring needs. How it works is just as the name implies; No Frills. You get the same quality product as the higher priced places. They can special order material or you can purchase in stock. You do your own legwork when it comes to researching and hiring an installer. They furnish you with a list of local contractors which proved very helpful. Carson was our rep and he was fabulous. No pressure, not pushy; just helpful and excellent on following through. We had LVP installed in part of our home and plan on carpet in the rest a bit later. We will be returning to No Frills! Thanks for the excellent job

Just replaced all the carpet in our home. I worked with Tim Smith and he was absolutely amazing!! He answered all our questions, made recommendations and felt no pressure. I shopped Daves, Lowes, Home Depot and No Frills was the best price and service. Also, highly recommend Jerry Copeland for carpet installation!! He did such a great job, was quick and inexpensive compared to many.

This place is a first class outfit. I worked exclusively with Troy Brummett on my flooring purchase, but everyone I came in contact was helpful and professional. I lived in Eugene but had purchased a home in White City so was coordinating everything long distance. Troy did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop on when my shipments would arrive, ordering last minute things I forgot to order and then followup when I had to return left over material. Their prices were competitive. If I had more flooring to purchase, I wouldnt waste my time with a big box. I would go back to No Frills in a heartbeat.

No Frills Flooring in Medford really came through for us. After 2 water damage issues we were forced to replace the flooring in nearly the entire house. I went to nearly every flooring company and big box retailer in the valley to find the best price with the best flooring. I found it at No Frills. Mandi listened to what I was saying and directed me to several choices in my price range. She provided information on each as well as samples to take home and review with my husband and see how they would work with our decor. We conversed a few times on the phone with questions and ended up ordering a selection that I would never have thought of without her suggestion and providing the sample. The flooring came in a timely manner and the fordlift driver carefully set it in the bed of my husbands truck to avoid damage. The flooring has been installed and is beautiful! Dont expect any follow up calls on when your order comes in. They knew I was waiting for my order ( two months ) Oder was delayed several times.I get it manufacturers issue, However it was delivered to them & sat there because no one decided to pick up the phone & call me to let me know it was in. Even when I was assured of getting a call (several times) when it was in ? A little two way communication would have been nice as I waited patiently for an extra 6 weeks to get what they said would take two weeks. If you order from them put their number on speed dial & call them often I guess or be prepared to blow the dust off it from sitting there without knowing it. I will go somewhere else next time for sure.

We had an unexpected disaster in our living room. Marc efficiently pulled our carpet type from their files. We were able to order it over the phone and Marc gave me the quotes up front. I stopped by and paid the amount due.In addition, he sent me a list of qualified installers.He was friendly, upbeat and helpful.
