I recently bought a bed and started with Linda who was great, I gave her a bunch of information quickly and she took it all and passed it on to Laurie. I got every quote I had asked for plus more. I learned a ton from Laurie and she made my buying process extremely simple. If you are even thinking about a sleep number you should go say hi to her. I highly recommend this store, location, and employees.
Purchased a queen sleep number bed over 6 months ago. My husband and I are having a hard time sleeping, it feels like we are sleeping on a air mattress. We have tried many different settings. We finally got a topper that helped a little. We sleep better alone than together because when sleeping together our air disburses from one person to the other. Every time one moves it feels like the other one gets thrown, or more air in one side or the other. I was so excited about this bed but unfortunately it was not what we thought it would be.
Great experience. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Great store. Have referred 2 people already. If you need a bed this is the place to go.
We were very pleased with every aspect of our visit and purchase process at the Medford, Oregon store. Our sales consultant, Laurie Cunningham was friendly, courteous and very professional. Lauries product knowledge was second to none. We will happily recommend this store to friends and family.
This is a general sleep number review as I did not purchase from the store, but did not see how to tie the review to the company overall.Im disappointed with the product. The smell was terrible (off-gassing I later read about related to the rubber bladders) and made my wife and I sick for a few nights before we realized what was going on.The bad was ok, (p6), but def. felt like sleeping on a glorified air mattress. Might work well for some, but for the money, there are many other options out there that might work better without the smell issues.I called customer service to return the bed and was told I still needed to wait the 30 days as part of the trial.I explained why I was returning the mattress and that it would just be sitting in my spare room until then. I was told yes, youll need to leave it there and wait.I plan to ask for free return shipping after this disaster but am not impressed with customer service or company policies so far, so well see. Ill be sure to let those who ask about my experience bed shopping not to bother with sleep number. Sleep is a real battle for many and it shouldnt be made harder than has to be.

I bought a bed at the sleep number store in medford,oregon. They would not deliver it to my po box in oregon. They would not let me pick it up at the store so I had to have it sent to my trailer in calif. I am not a resident of calif. I did not buy this in calif. But I had to over $200.00 in tax to calif. And a $20.00 disposal fee and a $99.00 delivery fee because it went to my trailer in calif. So yes it was on sale but it cost me an extra $320.00 because this is there policy.
GREAT customer service. BOTH times we visited. The sales associate, Peggy, took care of both my husband and I AND my parents all together but separately. She bounced back and forth between both parties to answer all of our questions. Of course, going back on day 2 to make a decision she did the same thing again. Hands down one of many reasons we purchased a Sleep Number bed.
Ordered a bed on January 30th was told I would have it delivered on February 9 I just got a call and was informed ( the day before delivery) that the bed would not arrive until March the 2nd..This is a edit, after talking with the store manager (Lori) here in Medford she has taken the bull by the horns and made it happen, I am now changing my star rating just based on my experience with the staff... bed comes tomorrow... thank you Lori your awesome!!!P.s. the in store staff was amazing unfortunately the corporation screwed this sale up.

Very nice sales people. They explained details fairly well (we have a unique purchase so it it was more complicated to understand financing). There was a sale going on and I’m not sure that we received the best price. The 100 day trial is what sold is. If it doesn’t work, we can start over.

This experience started out as just a fact finding excursion. We have a Sleep Number bed as it is, but ours is getting older and we have been low key stalking this particular bed and they just happend to be 50% off. So, off we go. We arrived to the store and were greeted by Collin who got to know us and showed us the bed. The price was reasonable so we applied to finance a King (an upgrade in size and age.... double win so far)and then realized if we get a bigger sized bed, we need bedding. As luck would have it, the bedding was on sale! In fact everything was on sale. That is a triple score! I am excited to sleep on our new bed. 9 days and counting!
Horrible customer serviceWe recently bought a several thousand dollar sleep number bed two days after arriving the pump went out slept on the floor for a week received a new pump and the air chamber developed a leak slept on the floor for another week waiting for a new air chamber. then we ordered the $2000 base for the bed That was a mistake on delivery day we received a call saying they can’t find the base and have to re-order it after another12 days and again on delivery day we get a call saying the base is damaged now we’re being forced to wait a month for them to get another bass sent to use all along we’re sleeping with our bed on the floor customer service will do nothing to help us they could care less what a joke !
Shopping at Sleep Number in Medford, Oregon was a pleasure. We were there for several hours trying out the various mattresses and getting a complete education about the mattresses and how they function. Laurie, the saleswoman who helped us was incredibly patient, explained everything fully and completely. There wasnt a question that went unanswered. Laurie even stayed 2 hours past her quitting time to help us. She was wonderful.We purchased a bed, sheets, mattress cover and a pillow. Laurie went over all the charges with us in detail. She also explained the App one can get with the purchase of the mattress that will assess how well an individual is sleeping on the mattress. Pretty amazing stuff.It is wise to take ones time when shopping for a mattress. A lot of time in each day is spent on one. We literally tried every mattress in the store and we feel we got the one that was just right for us, thanks to Laurie working with us and making adjustments to the settings for each mattress. She also encouraged us to go back and forth between two of the mattresses we felt were the best for us to make sure we picked the right one.My wife and I were extremely pleased with Laurie and the wonderful service she gave us. We know we will love our new bed. Sleep Number should be proud and pleased to have a representative like Laurie.

Our sales agent explained everything and did not pressure us into any type of purchase. We tried several beds, realizing you really dont know if it is the right bed until you truly sleep on one for a couple of weeks. With that in mind, we felt that a sleep number bed would be ideal for our aging bodies.

I have had several new beds over my lifetime. Several years ago I stayed at a hotel in Hillsborough Oregon that had sleep number beds. I never bought one. I wanted to but thought they would be a lot more money than I could justify. Fast forwarding 10 years or so and could care less what it costs. They do have several price options. The bed I am replacing is less than 2 months old. Bought it on Amazon and it showed up in a box. I can’t wait to put it back in the box and ship it back! Crew at Medford’s Sleep Number store is great. You need to check them out now.
