Great place to look for a mattress. Chris was so helpful and answered all our questions. Financing was super easy and fast. After we figured out what we wanted it only took about 15 minutes to get approved and we were out the door. Will definitely buy from here again.

Purchased mattress on 9/23/21 with assurances that I could have the mattress delivered “any time “. On October 9th, I now have a THIRD delay in shipment from the warehouse. Poor communication and no follow up from the Medford store. Would recommend finding another seller.

The carriage quickly turned into a pumpkin with this store. While we got a great deal on our bed, the nearly month-long hassle we have experienced since our purchase almost makes a hassle-free full-price experience look better (and we saved over $4,000). During our initial purchase, we were able to tolerate the loud, jabber-jaw salesman Chris because we were getting such a deal. Once we got the bed delivered however, it began. First, both sides of the split adjustable base they sent out for delivery were synced, and try as they did for approximately 45 minutes to unsync it, the delivery crew was unable to resolve the issue. After waiting another week for what was supposed to be a replacement base, we received the wrong base. Following this snafu, my husband and I each had the displeasure of speaking with Chris on the phone as he attempted to convince us to accept an older version of the base we purchased because we could get it a week earlier. Only after my husband politely but firmly told Chris that we wanted what we paid for did he abandon this strategy and order the correct base from the warehouse. We finally got the right base on Monday, but only after being informed by the delivery crew that our split king mattress was actually two different mattresses. This prompted us to call the store yet again. I left a message for Chris with another salesman requesting this be looked into. Three days later, still no call from Chris, so I again called the store and requested a call back. If we dont get a call back soon, I guess well have to go down to the store. Its much more difficult to ignore people when theyre standing right in front of you. When I finally do get to talk to Chris, I plan to ask him about what he keeps saying he will do for us to make up for this miserable experience. I will say however that the only positive thing about dealing with Chris and Mattress Firm has been the crew of Crown Royal delivery service, the third-party delivery service Mattress Firm contracts with to deliver their merchandise. The folks from Crown Royal have consistently gone above and beyond trying to fix Mattress Firms mistakes. They have displayed more honesty and ethics than we have ever seen from Chris. Perhaps Mattress Firm should hire the crew from Crown Royal to work in their store. They could teach Chris a thing or two about customer service!

He offered exceptional customer service not only in his friendly and welcoming demeanor but also in his knowledge base and flexibility. Not the first time that I’ve have purchased a bed from this Mattress Firm. We initially bought a Tempurpedic mattress and found to be too hard for us when we got home; the way they handled the replacement with great. The return process was totally pain free and the delivery guys navigated my steep, narrow driveway with finesse both times and we’re very nice. The two that work in the store, Chris and Alexi, are awesome to work with, they are both very knowledgeable, and make very quick work of what can be quite a long process. Best of all there is no BS, they tell you what they have, you decide, no pressure on the upsell. Cant recommend them highly enough!

I have been long overdue for a bed and quite frankly, know minimal about what makes a good bed. I knew that I wanted a firm mattress for support of my back and one that stays cool. Matt Dickinson was incredibly helpful in navigating the intricacies that make up a good bed! I ended up with an incredible mattress and a type of box spring that is metal and provides more support to the mattress. Matt went as far as explaining how to preserve my mattress and when to rotate it. If you are in need of a bed, Mattress Firm is the way to go! We always find great products and prices at Mattress Firm. We go other places but always end up at Mattress Firm. Alec in Medford came off his break to help us. He pulled mattresses out for us to try and recognized our military service with a discount. He was so quick and efficient. We loved working with him.

Buyer Beware! I chose to shop with Mattress Firm because they have a local brick and mortar store, big mistake. The mattress I chose was not available locally and my order was placed through their corporate website. I spoke with an agent on the telephone who was inept, but I let that slide, big mistake number two. I never received a confirmation of my order although it was made and I could access it through the website. I waited five weeks while the mattress sat in a warehouse with a UPS label on it. I finally gave up and asked for a refund and was told that would take an additional 7 to 10 business days. You can talk to a sales agent to place your order then once the order is placed there is no one you can talk to... only internet chat. Worst customer service and internet purchase I have had to date. Steer clear!

Great Company and Oustanding Staff. I ordered my bed online and accidentally picked the wrong size. When I realized my mistake I called a local office and asked if they could help me fix it. They not only were able to fix it, they also were able to have it sent to me in half the time.The bed I ordered is exactly how I had hoped it would be and I have felt better than I have in years after only 2 nights on the new bed. And heres another bonus. I had searched my bed online to look at it again and read the details just because and when I did I noticed it was on sale for $80 less. My husband and I purchased a mattress and box spring set from the Biddle Road, Medford Mattress Firm in December 2018. Not only am I enjoying the best sleep Ive had in 15 years, but we also spent a reasonable price for this exceptional bed! The young lady who made this magic happen for us was Bryce, she was knowledgeable and she was a joy to work with. We felt no pressure or push towards purchasing...her confidence made it clear that she knows Mattress Firm has a stellar product.

Sales associate Amy Nordlander is outstanding. She was helpful without being intrusive, and we learned more about mattresses in five minutes with her than in the two weeks of research we had done using Consumer Reports and similar sources. The mattress we purchased about a year ago continues to please us. Recently when we had a problem with some specialized sheets we ordered, Amy swiftly had them replaced free of charge.

I went in with a budget. I thought the mattress and the movable base was out of my means. Crystal got me an unbelievably good deal. Can’t wait to sleep on it!!! Looking forward to a happy night of sleep!!

Was told I could return the mattress within 4 months if it didnt work out. Come to find out, its a 20% restocking fee and a $90 delivery fee. I was not told this at purchase. So, to return it will cost me $200. This transaction was very misleading. Should have read the small print I guess. Would have left this as a simple misunderstanding if it werent for the rude woman I spoke to on the phone. Very disappointed in my experience with Mattress Firm.

Today I went in to look for a Hollywood frame for a king size mattress. Bryce approached me to help me find what I was looking for, I explained to her my struggle all day trying to find the metal frame and my search for a headboard. I have been to multiple furniture stores all day. I seen the huge selection of beds and mentioned I have never owned a new bed in my whole life. She then told me about a sale they were having and helped me try out a bunch of beds and asked me a number of questions I had no clue existed. She asked me how I sleep and found me the perfect mattress and adjustable base. Who would have known there could be such skill when it comes to mattress shopping and all the options thanks to Bryce I soent a ton of money but I’m beyond thankful for her help and would love to refer her new business. I will shop nowhere else.
