Chuck was great to work with today. We went in knowing the type of bed we wanted, but not the mattress brand or firmness. He went over the pros and cons of the mattresses we tried out. We werent sure about buying today, but ended up choosing one getting a great deal.

Chuck was absolutely amazing. My wife and I stopped by to get a feel for the type of mattress we were looking for. He took time and care explaining the pros and cons to different styles as we tried out different beds. He had answers for every single one of our questions and was incredibly knowledgable about the products he carried and even ones he didnt. Unfortunately we were just visiting Oregon from out of state, but thanks to Chuck now we know exactly what well be sleeping on when we are ready to purchase our next mattress. If shipping a mattress across the country made sense, we gladly would have paid extra to order it from a great local family business based on the amazing sales experience we had.

Better service and better price than several others we visited around town.

I had a very unique experience. My father who was not well needed an adjustable bed in a hurry and coordinated with my travel plans to visit him and help him set up his home for his new needs. Tyler was super understanding and even agreed to help us by delivering out of their normal delivery window to accommodate us since I was traveling so far to get to my dad. Unfortunately, my father took a turn for the worse and we wound up not needing the bed after all. Tyler and Chuck were completely understanding and refunded me immediately. It is this type of personal customer service that goes a long way. Thank you for everything and anyone in Southern Oregon needing a bed; shop no further!

This is a great local business! Quality mattresses for a great price compared to the larger box stores.When we walked into a few large box stores here in Medford, the service and knowledge was suffering and the prices were ridiculous.With that being said, we love our new Serta posturpedic. The owners were very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable on the products and helped us find the right mattress for us. It’s hard to find businesses with great customer service like Mattress Land.

I will refer any and all my friends here in the future. I needed a new mattress. I was greeted quickly when I walked in, the gentleman was honest about the different mattresses and pricing, his recommendations were spot on, and the process was painless. They even delivered it to my house and took away my old mattress for super cheap! I’m very happy with my Mlily mattress and side sleeper pillow.

This company has the worst customer service, do yourself a favor and do not order from them. When a company will not let you speak to a real person and after multiple attempts to get help only sends you an email from a generic email address, not contact phone number and the the person only uses their first name, you are in trouble. There idea of service is to send me a tracking number for a delivery that is not my house, most likely their store, but 10 days after the date they set or delivery, I have no idea when I will get my bed.

I ordered a bed within my current budget online, and promptly received an email that unfortunately it was out of stock. However instead of turning me away, they worked out a fantastic deal for me offering another bed at the same price. Their responses were prompt, free local delivery was fast and courteous. Such a comfortable bed as well! I definitely recommend Mattress Land :)

From the moment I entered Mattress Land Tyler was so helpful. I had been to a bunch of stores to find the right bed. Tyler was so knowledgeable he really understood what my needs were. I think the main reason besides the quality of the wonderful bed I bought was Tylers attitude towards helping me find what I needed. And I did not make it easy on him he was so patient with me I would recommend Mattress Land to anyone wanting great quality beds with great service thank you Tyler.

I cannot recommend Mattress Land highly enough. I just moved to the area and needed a bed delivered to my new apartment over the weekend before I start my new job. Chuck, the wonderful salesman who helped me, spent easily half an hour or more helping me pick a mattress that met my needs and my budget, and then he even offered to deliver it same-day to my apartment after business hours for free. Thats right, he drove the mattress to my apartment on his own time just because he knew I needed it right away. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his products, and at no point did he make me feel rushed or pressured to buy something. He even discounted a mattress liner for me just because he forgot to mention they sold them earlier. These guys are passionate about their products and delivering the kind of top-level service that made me want to leave this review. (I do not leave reviews very often.) Im not the only one I know who has had a good experience with them, either. My sister purchased a mattress from the Mattress Land in Grants Pass and had nothing but good things to say about them, which is why I checked them out to begin with. Now that I know what theyre all about, I want to let everyone else know: These guys are good!!! Whichever branch you decide to go to, its all in the family, and they care. You wont be disappointed.

They had the best prices on mattresses in the valley, and the quality was superior. The service was by far the best in the area. Chuck went out of his way to help us find the best mattresses for us. We went to a few other places first, but the mattresses selection and service were terrible. We should have gone to Mattress Land first and saved ourselves some time and frustration. Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience ever.

This company goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. We stayed at a hotel and provided a picture of the tag requesting the same bed in a king size. I called at 10am and within 4 hours the owner had researched the product and had an answer for us. The professionalism of a large corporation, but the customer care and commitment of a well run family business. The delivery was on time with professional and courteous technicians. We will be going back as our kids grow out of bunk beds!

I stopped in the store just to inquire about the possibility of finding a bed that could help with my husbands snoring and Tyler was very informative about the different frames that might help. Sounded real good to me, in fact I went back again with more questions. Finally got my husband to go in with me and try them out, We purchased an extra long king size with out massage since neiither of us cared for it and we were very pleased. I got a softer mattress and he got a firmer one, Perfect. Tyler was very knowledgeable and answered all out questions.

Only answered our questions and never put a spin on his responses.a) In addition, didnt upsell us. Only informed us of prices.2) Incredibly honest with us. It was really refreshing3) Worked with us on an affordable price point4) Knowledgeable as all hell about beds and how they affect our bodies/sleeping patterns5) Polite and friendly. Didnt hover, but was always present for the onslaught of questions we had. Funny guy too.6) Prices were much cheaper than Sleeptrain. Like hundreds of dollars cheaper for the same/similar product.7) When I picked up the bed a week later, another employee (Tyler I think) put it into my car and was super friendly as well.Overall the best experience I could hope for in making such a large investment.

Great customer service delivered bed on time had to get different frame first one was to talk easy trade out ordered the new frame and when it came in the came and switched frames for no charge.

Very helpful, stayed in my price range but got what I wanted.

This place sucks. I was a little light on cash to purchase a bed and went home to grab the money. Only to return to find out he went home early. It was 5:45 and they close at 6:00. I waited until 6:00 and nobody opened the doors so I left. This place is not only full of rude people, they are false advertising.
