Got my MA state inspection done here and had a great experience! They were prompt, communicative, and all very nice people.

I had a u joint fail on my driveshaft in my Firebird. After calling around to multiple places who said they could not fit me in for at least a week even if i brought them the shaft and the new U-joints, I decided to drive down the street and this place jumped out at me as a place that might be able to get it done. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and when I explained what I needed done they told me they would definitely be able to get it done (even though they were very busy). I dropped it off and within 2 HOURS. It was done and ready to be picked up. These guys went above and beyond to help me in what was a very unlucky situation.

Great place! Took my GMC sierra here for brakes and power steering pump. Cost less than expected and they took care of a couple of minor cosmetic issues for free. Overall very positive experience. Highly reccommended.

I have been multiple times for quick repairs during the work day, can usually fit me in and get the work done quickly and well. Recommend, nice people inside.

Extremely busy shop with lots of vehicles being worked on during a typical day, but John and his employees do a great job keeping things moving efficiently. Hard-working and knowledgeable staff, and fair prices for the honest quality of work they perform.

They claimed to fix a leak in my car. The car ran fine for a few days, however it still had the same problem. My bigger issue with them is that they didn’t tell me how much the service would cost until AFTER they fixed my car. I specifically told them to call me when they found the problem. I didn’t give any consent for services to be done to my car. Basically they charged me a random amount without my knowledge, and I was forced to pay it because the service had already been done to the car. It would make more sense in my opinion to inform the customer of the price PRIOR to completing the service on the car. I didn’t appreciate being hit with an unknown bill. There was also a day when I asked them to leave my keys in the car so I can pick it up myself later, since they would be closed. I came that night to find the door locked so I went there for nothing. They were nice, but the lady had an attitude with me after I mentioned the whole not telling me the price first situation. She knew I was right about that.

Medford Truck and Auto was recommended by another company who could not diagnose the issue with my car. The owner informed me they would take a look and see if they could find the issue. Which they did! The pricing was less than what I expected. I was updated on what the problem was and had a clear estimate in advance before repairing it. I will definitely be using this company again! Outstanding customer service! The shop is extremely clean and the staff professional and friendly!

Well not sure how personal vehicles do here.. but they fix on my work truck regularly.. people are nice.. but truck still having issues.. hope they get it figured out..

1st class work done as promised. Been there several times. They will not replace anything that you dont need, and always show you your old parts. Pretty rare to find this type of old school establishment in this day and age.
