Casey was awesome! Spent time with us to explain the estimate and repairs needed in detail and answered our questions. When the parts arrived and we took the car back for repairs, they kept us updated regularly with the progress of the work completed and gave accurate time lines to complete the work. Very professional and great customer service. This was our first time using this company and if the unfortunate need for a body shop comes our way again, we will definitely use New Stage Collision.

I had a decent bumper bender with minor paint damage to my 2005 yukon. When i got my car back the outside looked better than the day i bought it, plus they detailed the inside to the Nth degree. Car accident on 5/12/21Still haven’t gotten the car back, but I got mixed excuses and lots of delays.The estimator couldn’t decide if the glass was in the car or not, and apparently it will take 3 hours to get it clean.Oh but “I should have it back on Monday.”(As if I hadn’t been told that already.)

New stage collision went above and beyond to repair my husbands truck. Went in to get our tailgate and bumper repaired after getting rear ended and we were more than happy with the results! I have never written a review about a business before but I keep hearing New Stages owners ad about putting the customer first and that was not the case in my experience. I took my Tundra in for a tailgate repair on a Wednesday told it would be ready Friday so I could use it on the weekend. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready and the owner told me I would have to pay for the repair before I could use it. Like I wouldn’t bring it back Monday to be finished. Totally not putting the customer first. Then when it was finally finished some of my lights didn’t work. Don’t be fooled the owner is all about what is good for him.

Jessie gave us excellent service and the entire process was painless. The estimate was accurate and it only took 6 working days to get it back, good as new - and this included a piece they had to order. Highly recommend them!

Awesome collision repair shop! Can speak from past experiences they make your car look just as good as new. Also their employees are honest and super helpful on a personal level, I wouldnt be here writing this review if that werent true. Thanks guys

I took my car in for an estimate to get a scratch repaired. Front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Kirk took care of my initial estimate and really put me at ease when he “promised I would never be able to tell” anything had ever happened. So given my initial impression I decided to go with New Stage to complete my repair. When I received the car back the paint clearly did not match at all and it was quite apparent that a panel had been repainted. The staff apologized, said they “thought I may not notice” and promised to correct this. They took the car back for another three weeks and never bothered to take any initiative to contact me with updates until I personally called them. When I finally got my car back the paint was well matched and blended; however swirl marks are now all over drivers door, rear quarter panel, rear bumper, and rear deck lid. And I received my car back with an airbag warning light that was not previously on. I can’t tell you how frustrated and disappointed I am. I do not recommend this business.

Came in this morning at 730 to get a quote, receptionist was nice and the man, Dan, that did the estimate was super cool and helpful.Will leave another review if I end up getting the work done here 🙌🏼

The work they did was good but they didnt complete the second part of my estimate, part of it was under insurance and part wasnt they didnt do the 2nd part and Sapphire at the front desk made me feel it was somehow my fault. Say a simple Im sorry lady it goes a long way.

So a few weeks ago, we had one of our vehicles broken into while it was sitting outside of my girlfriends work. The thief stole our stereo, sub woofer, amplifier, her wallet, and a few other things. The window was busted out and the interior dash bezel was tore apart. We called our insurance company and told them we needed the vehicle towed because the ignition was disable due to the security system. We went with our insurances direct shop which happened to be New Stage Collision. They kept us pretty well informed on the situation, and what all needed done. David, I cant remember his last name, helped us out alot. He explained everything in detail and was incredibly courteous. We got the vehicle a day later than expected, but we were told the reason being was because the detail shop did a mediocre job. So they sent the vehicle back to have it done properly.I am very impressed with the service we received from New Stage. I hope we never need to use their services again. However, if a situation occurs where we need to use a body shop again, we highly recommend New Stage Collision. Kudos to the entire staff at New Stage.

Have used New Stage for three of my vehicles. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. This last episode had to deal with a family truck. I was informed by Dave that the truck was totaled. Because of a family emergency, Dave held the truck there over the weekend and didnt charge me for storage. We had our van get rear ended a few years ago, and when their employees we finished with the van, it looked as good as new. If you ever have the unfortunate need for a great body shop, with great people, this is the place to go.

I just moved to Jacksonville and crashed my newMercedes GL 450! I was nervous when I found out there is no Mercedes dealer with a body shop for 400 miles. I was referred to New Stage where I discovered they are MERCEDES BENZ CERTIFIED. The staff is amazing, Ashley you are the BEST! They call every Tuesday and Thursday with updates on your car, there is no placing numerous calls. My insurance company ALLSTATE wanted to put a used hood on my vehicle and New Stage got me the new hood my vehicle deserved. I recommend New Stage Collision I was extremely satisfied when I picked up my vehicle. Thank you everyone at New Stage!
