B&R is the best, saved my bacon many times. This is the spot, theyre fast and get you what you need. Prices are great and you can get parts pulled at there other locations and sent over for local pickup cheap and quick. B&R is the way to go and Miko is the man!

Awful hate this place.bad customer service.cant get the right parts blamed the customers. Even with a reciept.

We ordered a specific part for our car. Knew exactly what we needed and gave the exact part number over the phone. The guy said he had the part and shipped it. It was the wrong part. Took it back to this location and we didnt get the full refund. First they wanted to keep 20% and my husband said no we didnt order the wrong part and shouldnt be liable for you shipping the wrong part. Instead they decided they had to keep a shipping fee from our refund. I could understand if we had misordered but we did not. We told the guy specifically upon ordering that it had to be the exact part number. We were exact and still got ripped off. Well never trust this place again. I cant believe a company would even consider operating this way.

This is a busy place and parking was at a premium. Anytime I go somewhere; not find what I need, yet buy something. They either have awesome prices or a great salesman. B and R has both. See Manuel, hes a good man and knows his business.

Although caveat emptor is the norm, it does not apply here! Accurate parts, well packaged and timely shipment, fair price. I can’t say enough good things regarding the amazing service I received. Looking forward to doing further business with this business!

I was a little annoyed with this place they told me to go self pick what I needed and they told me there was five of them after walking around the whole yard three times I came back up to the front and told him I couldnt find the part and then they said yeah they dont have any back there. Besides that Im sure theyre great

Drove several hours to their Medford location because I was told they had the make and model car I was looking to pull some parts from only to find the yard I was directed to had no such car! Worst customer service make your local yards pick up the phones and stop using a off site location to provide customer service! Won’t ever shop with B&R after this experience

I love this place, my first time there I was so fascinated that I was allowed to take apart cars for parts myself so I spent the intire day taking about a 1998 dodge neon because I needed parts for my dodge neon so I was actually learning at the same time what the Semi inside of my motor looked like. I love working on cars but I hate having to constantly work on my own car because I’ll be stranded somewhere broke down but this place is the best place to get parts from. I can’t barter the people at o’Reillys lol thank u guys. I’d love to actually work in a place like this

Called them had the engine in another yard they did charge to send it to their own yard 😒 but it running pretty good and it was washed very nice so I guess you can say that Im going back to them if I need parts 😉
