Mark and the team were fantastic helping me purchase my dream vehicle, 2021 Bronco. Mark kept me well informed during the process through production delays and incomplete info from the factory. The experience could have easily deteriorated but I felt like I had a real partner in “the inside” working for just me.Oh, and no random “market adjustment” pricing that I’ve seen some dealers put on the Bronco.I would recommend and will return.
I have dealt with both service and sales with nothing but good things to say.I recently bought my lease out, and Don Peters made the transaction simple and professional. Don has been my Finance manager for 12 years, and I have always trusted him.
Service staff was very professional and courteous. They gave me an estimated time and car was ready within that timeframe.
This is the second time that I have been treat very poorly from service advisers. Took car there for oil change and to check on a tire. Was told that I need to replace the tire which I gave to ok to do it. Got a call back saying they didnt have tire in stock, was being ordered and would get a call on Monday to bring the car back. Today is Wednesday, have not received the call back yet, called service advisor (4) times, left (2) VM and no one have called me back yet. Very frustrating to be ignored. Certainly will not bring cars back there to get any service done.
I am very satisfied,with the sales person,Enio,hes very serious,and competent,all the team Ford,are the best in attendance,💯👏👏👏👏👏👏
Everyone, Well Respectful Mike worked on my car well pleased Good job.. An idk her name Stephanie? Customer service handled Everything for me.. Great Job!! All an All
Well, the store customer service is great, but the way/process that FORD is dealing with the service is leaving a lot to be desired. At least that’s what I was told. The appointments online doesn’t help much, you wait no matter how long to only go to the store and start all the waiting process again 🤷🏻♂️Plus instead of solving the issue, even though I have “Premium Care”, which I feel there’s nothing “Premium” about it, they are not going straight to the point, instead they created “step by step” solutions that make the customer need to come back over and over and go through all the nightmare again,…wait 2 weeks sometimes just to get there then a week more at least for the service (in my case).Really painful since I need my Truck to work and deal with problems, even though I get the rental car, which also doesn’t help.
Dishonest people working here using laughable silly tricks asking for money. They told me that my car failed inspection due to minor cosmetic issue (which was never an issue before and everything functions perfectly) and I must pay $300+ to fix it.When I fixed it elsewhere for half the cost within a week and returned here for a follow up inspection (which according to MA law the followup inspection should be free) they just laughed it off, gave out random excuse and replied they just can’t do the state inspection for me unless I pay more. So I had to do it elsewhere. It is 2021 now. If you really want to ask for money, don’t use those types of old tricks. Don’t be ridiculous.
David, the assistant service manager, is really the best! Ive never had such awesome customer service as I have had with Dave. He always goes above and beyond to help the customer out however he can.
I was very happy with Sentry Ford. Unlike all the other dealers I visited Sentry was the only one that did not mark up the price of my Mach E over MSRP.Mark R was a pleasure to work with.
Had a great experience at Sentry. Mark was super responsive and helpful, and walked me through the process. Never having bought a car before I was dreading it a bit, but the team made it a very smooth experience. Would highly recommend!
Always have a positive experience getting my vehicle serviced here. Super helpful and always able to answer any questions I may have.
I had the best experience here at Sentry Ford!!! I loved and appreciated the honesty and exceptional communication! And the price wasnt bad at all. The time frame to get work done on my Ford was quick I was highly impressed. Big shout-out to service provider Brendan such a nice trusting guy...they really made me feel at home and comfortable!!! I will definitely becoming back!!
Yes, I was very satisfied especially with how professionally the whole matter was handled 100%👍
Friendly service advisors and clean dealership with a nice waiting room.
Purchased a new First Edition Bronco Sport. The salesman Billy was very responsive to my emails and requests. He helped me understand pricing options and they gave me a better than expected trade for my Camaro. Would definitely recommend for a fair car buying experience
Worked with Lauren who was fantastic. She kept me informed and was able to answer any questions I had. I’m happy with the service I get here.
I went in never being a customer with Sentry Ford before after my car door flew open while driving on the highway. It looked as if it was my door latch. My latches had a recall on them from Ford however I took my car to Ford Quirk in Quincy years ago who did all the recalls on my car including the latches(so I thought). Sentry looked over my car and found it was the latch on the door that caused the door to open. They also confirmed that Ford Quirk never did the latches they just falsified my receipts claiming to have done them. Sentry put me in a rental and fixed my latches and I was back in my car within 2 days. I will say I have had many dealings with dealerships and this dealership was one of my most positive interactions Ive had. I wish I did business with them a long time ago because if I had I may not have had the scare of my life. I would definitely recommend them!
Our family has 5 Fords from Sentry, and we are very happy with this dealer. All very nice people, and always treat us great.. They will do their best to make buying a car a smooth, and pleasant experience..And will always give you a great deal.....Bill D...is a great guy, and gave us a great deal on a new vehicle..We are loyal to Bill, and Sentry, and we know, that they are loyal to us......
Service was more than last time ( same model car) with obviously same oil.Car was parked outside at least 45 minutes and presumably finished while i was waiting on site before i was summoned in waiting area. The service, as usual, was good though. The cost and administration of the service of the service wasnt what I’ve become accustomed to in the past 5 years.
Mark Roberge is awesome!! He made the process easy, and smooth. Great customer service. The whole gang there are super nice !
The service Associates was very friendly explain things in detail and kept me informed of the status of my car. Was very happy and would go there again.
Enio is GREAT! Nice Helpful guy!
Billy D. and Donny are amazing!!! We both had great experiences with buying our cars. We bought a Lincoln last year and I bought one this month. Billy D. and Donny are professional and efficient. They took care of everything for us with no worries or stress on our end. We will refer our friends and family to them when they are ready to buy. We love our Lincolns!
Sentry Ford always takes wonderful care of me! Great deals and exceptional customer service! I’ll never shop anywhere else!!
My car wouldn’t pass inspection at gas station so I brought it to sentry where I purchased . David was excellent and proceeded to take care of the problem . A computer glitch with the RMV ongoing with these particular cars. I got my sticker and am all set for now.
I believe all the customers service are very knowledgeable and friendly and. Mechanics explain everything they are doing and if ypu need work they tell how you can wait to get it fixed or if it be sooner than later
The service bay is a bit tough to find. But service was great and lauren our service rep was informative and easy to work with.
Great service! Professional and courteous people, prompt service and reasonable prices.
Hate to write negative review. I did state inspection here this year, then my e-brake failed (it works totally fine before the inspection). I did another inspection to figure out the problem that cost me $150 (for nothing), if I would like to fix the problem, I have to spend another $2,000! Fk this, I dont know if they killed my brake on purpose or not, but the experience here is so awful, dont come here guys!
I had a very good experience. Waybe Fraulini was very helpful and curtious. Would have no problem going back and will pass along referrals.Walter T
Wayne was great, made the buying process super smooth and easy.
Went in for multiple service issues. One of them got fixed. Other two issues were more bad after i got the car back. Even ended up paying 2*159$ for diagnosis fee.The horn had an issue and I was told to get it replaced which I declined, found out today while getting that replaced at a local shop, the horn assembly was left hanging in the car. I didnt expect this kind of service quality from a showroom. Finally got it replaced for 85$ at the local shop. The under protection part of the car was not completely bolted in, missing a screw!! 😑
We recently bought a CPO Ford from here and had such a positive experience. Mark was so helpful, taking the time to talk through all of our questions and concerns and guiding us through each step of the car-buying process. When it came to choosing options like warranties and payment plans, the folks at Sentry did a great job explaining what all of the options were without pressuring or upselling - I felt that they were working with us get the best options for what we need. Car-buying can be a stressful process but I left feeling confident and satisfied in our choice.
.My special thanks for acting quickly and let me know that I am in good hands.
Mark was very helpful in the process of paperwork and ordering the new Mustang 2021 for me. A nice person with very good sense of humor as well!
DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest mechanics. They will lie about the issues with your car and they will even steal parts off your car to create issues when there arent any. They stole a relay switch from my car just to make it fail inspection. They then claimed it would cost $200 just to see whats wrong with the car. A reliable, trust-worthy mechanic explained to me that someone removed a relay switch for my wipers. This part does not just fall out. It has to be deliberately removed from the car. They are thieves and frauds. Avoid them for your own sake.UPDATE: Theyre response is a complete lie. The part went missing on their property when only their techs had access to it. The only reasonable excuse is they stole it. They also lied about my brakes. They were far from needing replaced or worked on. Do not believe their lies. They are a fraudulent business. Go to an honest mechanic.
We purchased a Corsair and had a great salesman named Jim. I would definitely recommend this dealership
The service at this place is very bad. I went there yesterday morning for a brake recall, and this Brandon guy was really rude to me, he was really unprofessional. More importantly my car is now running very poorly after they said they fixed the recall. I would never recommend anyone to go there for service.
Mark Roberge was an effective salesperson and gave us straight answers to our questions in plain English. We felt confident in buying a car from him.
Went in to have them check my tire pressure, needed an oil change as well and they took me on the spot, no appointment. Had my car ready within an hour and I was able to use my Ford rewards points to cover the oil change. Super positive experience!
I had an excellent experience when buying my new car. Im very grateful to Enio for his excellent guidance and help throughout the process. Very happy with my new car. Thank you so much!!!
The mechanic Paul is the very best at what he does, Very happy with the work performed
My experience is regarding wait time and feeling uninformed at Sentry Ford on Mystic Ave in Medford. If anything changes, I began this review at 3 stars.I scheduled an appointment with the option stating wait for vehicle for 7:30am 05/20/21. I was first told it would be 1 - 1&1/2hours. Around 8:40 I inquired about my car, no good relay of expectations. At 9am I inquired again and was told it would be 30mins. I now see my car up on the lift, but am not happy about the time that it is taking as I scheduled my appointment in advance to wait for the car. I’m not sure how they are prioritizing vehicles, but I don’t think having a customer wait 2 hours for a routine maintenance is respectful of the customer’s time. I hope that they work to resolve this, and am reminded why I do not enjoy going for routine maintenance on my car.I’ve found the time to type this up from my 9am inquiry to now, 9:15, car still up on lift.9:17 Received an update, my car needs new lug nuts ~200$ to replace all, and an additional 30mins. Already late, I frustratedly declined. I am anxious that with the ‘rush’ that my car may not have received the best service. Let’s hope that is not the case.I received my car at 9:30am, the representative having realized that the time was pressing for me (scheduled to work). On better, he compensated the cost of the maintenance and instead of taking time to process and pay for the service I was able to head out right then. I really appreciated that-because the time is what was most pressing for me.Perhaps I need to have my maintenance done on the weekends. I also have experienced a range of wait times on vehicles I have owned and places I have had them serviced. I’m not certain what amount of time is reasonable for both parties.
Wayne Fraulini and everyone at Sentry offered me one of the best buying experiences I have had in 40 years of purchasing cars. They worked well with everyone involved in the process without pressure. I would recommend Sentry to anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln or used car.
This could have been one of the best car buying experiences that I ever had. In my life, I have purchased 10 vehicles and none of those purchases were as easy as this one. Sitting down with the salesman, Wayne Fraulini, was like sitting down with my brother. Wayne was friendly and enthusiastic, and not a bit pushy. From Wayne, I sat down with Don Peters for our loan and Don was able to get us a great rate. From top to bottom, Sentry Ford is a great dealership. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them when I am ready.
Telling me that I needed both rear and front brakes, after I just had the rear brakes replaced at century Ford was enough to make me not want to go back there, I was taken back by the fact that the information was on the second sheet of the paper that the gentleman showed me and he never even noticed it
Although I was apprehensive about going to a dealership to look for a new truck, I was made to feel relaxed and treated like a friend from the time I walked through the door until I drove away in my new truck at Sentry. I never felt pressured or rushed. Financing was easy. I dont write reviews but I felt I had to do this because the whole experience was so different from what I was expecting based on past purchases at other dealerships. And I feel good about my purchase. What more could you want?
Mark Roberge is the salesman to go to! We bought the new Ford Bronco Sport and while it was delayed due to COVID, Sentry Ford was nothing but helpful in keeping us updated and making sure that we got the exact car we wanted! I had to delay picking it up a couple weeks and I was so nervous that they would sell the car we wanted from under us (some dealerships you never know) and they easily could have because it’s a brand new car but they were true to their word and they had it all ready for us to pick up when we could. Mark was extremely knowledgeable on all the new features and took the extra time to walk us through step by step. He set up the app on my phone and truly made it such an enjoyable experience to buy the car. We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours with complete knowledge of the car! He also put up with me calling him every other week and was so kind from start to finish. 10/10 service and next car I’m buying I’m going to Mark!
Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The auto service dealer here is way too money hungry. I scheduled an appointment for oil change for my car, and they told me my breaking pad is rusty and it is very serious and I should replace them as soon as I can. The funny part was my car only has 8k miles, yes 8k miles. He said its going to be $600 and I said can I get a quote he then said its going to be about $580. Like for real, if you are going to make more money why didnt you just say my engine is broken? Fooling a car owner that only has 8k miles on his car is a clever idea, isnt? I do not know about the sells department. Im specifically concerned by the auto service dealer, if you want to steal money, just a friendly there is a bank of america financial center next to you guys.
I won’t be coming back here for anything again. Asked for “the works” oil change service, never got a print out of the multi-point inspection that they say they do. My car is at 37k miles, they wrote that my next oil change isn’t until 71k. Incorrect mileage taken and written on the intake form that they fill out. Seems like they write what they want. Wont trust them with my car again.
We are very happy with our new Ford Explorer. Mark Roberge was great at answering all my questions, meeting us for a test drive, and taking car of all the registration and finances. Well definitely be back when our teens are ready to drive!
2015 Ford Explorer needed recall work. Other area Ford dealers told. e they could not work on it until sometime in May. Called on Monday, Sentry worked on it on Thursday. Service agent Patrick was courteous, and texted with status and called when the car was ready. A very good experience all around.
I was looking to buy a truck and wanted a Ford. Out of all the cars weve owned, Ford seemed to be the best. I went to Sentry Ford in Medford and worked with Mark Roberge. He was very helpful in helping me pick out a truck with the features I needed. He was excellent in walking me through the process. In no time I traded in my car and was on the road with my new 2020 Ford F-150. Ive had the truck for a week and I believe I made the right choice.
Enio Drummond is the best...he always treats me the best. Thank you, Enio
Very simple, stress free process from start to finish. Wayne and Don both very professional. Would highly recommend.
Sentry is a great dealership. I bought a new F-150 and they were easy to work with and hassle free. Mark was a great salesperson and made the experience simple and fast. I would recommend working with them if your in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln.
I showed up for my first oil change appointment, I was met by a very courteous gentleman.. I was told to proceed to the office where the manager took over, I am very pleased the way things went smoothly and professioal
Unfortunately I am unable to give zero stars to write this review because thats exactly what Sentry Ford Parts Department deserves after the interaction with Mark. My family and I have been loyal customers for many years and never have felt so disrespected. He was arrogant beyond measure, impolite, and lacked ANY sense of customer service. When asked about a product purchased THERE and its warranty he started answering in a nasty tone! Youd think that someone getting paid to assist you... would do their job! Get your parts from another Ford!!
Every time I get into the sentry Im satisfied and happy. Its already being my second car with Enio (best seller) me and my family guarantee that this place is trusthful ! Thank you for the best service and care.
Was in for a simple service (swap Winter wheels out for Spring/Summer). It was busy and got quoted two hours. I was back in my car within an hour. Zero complaints.
Sentry Ford service department is amazing and Karen is very professional and thorough and I always have a great experience when dealing with her!!
I had a 8am appointment for a recall issueI arrived at 730. I saw a car like mine on the lift at the far end of the shopWhile watching them work on the car I saw my car being driven in at 930I was like what going on here since they said it would be a couple of hrs I figured it was a quick fix I was wrong I left the at 1200. Why make an appointment if you are not going to take the car in at that time?I will never bring my car to a dealership again. And to boot you would think they have a courtesy shuttle for local pick up. Examples like this is why the backyard and mom and pop garages thriveHere is a follow up on my visitAbout a week or so after the repair my car did not seem right while driving.I am on a highway braking to take the ramp,I apply the brakes and i lose control of the carAlmost flipping overI bring the car to my local mechanic drive 45 all the way home to maintain control when I brake. They ask who put the new safety parts onThey tell me on of the parts is not connected to the frame. DEADLY.I IMMEDIATELY call Sentry to complain. Im told someone from management will contact me and all Ive heard is crickets. Not one person has called to see what the problem was.funny I bring it in for a safety recall and end up almost crashingNever again will I bring my business there.UpdateI received a call from a Dave Roberts he is some type of manager. He wants to talk about my review. I left 2 messages and once again I hear crickets. So apparently customer service is not a strong point with this company. If it were up to me Id give no star rating but you are forced to leave one star.
Friendly and dedicated service, very communicative and efficient.
Just picked up a 2018 Focus RS from these folks yesterday. The car has limited availability in the US with only 1000 being shipped, so my search started with just trying to find a dealer who could get me one of the 2018s without tacking on ADM (Additional Dealer Markup). I connected with Vardan at Sentry back in September and we were able to put a custom order in. No ADM, just a happy customer. These cars are built at a plant in Germany, so it was expected to take around 3 months between order and delivery. Throughout the duration, they did a good job of keeping me informed. The car was built in late November, and the next two months was taken up in shipping.Actual car delivery went very well. The biggest thing for me was the prompt and correct treatment of the car. The car I ordered was shipped with performance summer tires installed. These tires arent supposed to be driven or stored near freezing temperatures. Yesterday it was around freezing outside. When the car came in, they got it into the shop to swap it to the winters quickly. I got an email that the car arrived while on the way to the dealership, and it was inside the maintenance bay with the summer tires already off by the time I got there. With the Focus RS, the car usually looks nicer with an offset mounted front plate or no front plate. A lot of dealers will happily drill holes into the front bumper though in states that require front plates. I requested they let me use a license plate bracket Id picked up and that was no problem.Im getting a ceramic coat done today to protect the paint and keep the car looking as beautiful as the day I got it. I told the dealer about this and asked them to skip the normal pre-delivery wash. Again, no problem. I also had them leave the protective shipping plastic on the car. No problem. We needed to get some paperwork from my insurance company. My phone was out of calling minutes, so I used the dealership phone. My salesman was great at helping me figure out exactly who I needed to get in contact with and what I needed to say to the insurance company people to get the paperwork done (shout out to Daniel at Progressive for helping). We were able to get all the paperwork taken care in the limited time we had.Lastly, just waiting for the car to be pulled out of the maintenance bay, I was hanging around watching them work from the customer viewing area. A few things here that I really like: First, as a customer, its very easy to see your car being worked on. Second, the staff seemed positive, enthusiastic, and like they actually enjoy and care about cars. All in all, this has been a really positive car buying experience. My salesperson, Vardan, was great. The rest of the dealership staff was great. Im definitely going to be shopping Ford options for my Wifes next car, and Sentry Ford will be my go to Ford dealership.
I got my EDGE-2017 1st ( 5000 miles) service at Sentry ford last Thursday. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Car was done after 2 hrs of drop off. Unfortunately, I was disappointed seeing interior leathers damaged/ pinched at one front doors. I have been trying to call them but no answers !! 👎🏻Additionally, there isn’t any email addresses on Ford’s website, the only way to contact them remotely is via phone, yet they don’t answer !!
Sentry has been extremely helpful and informative every time I’ve been there. Dave and Jonathan are great. The mechanics have even squeezed me in last minute a couple times! They’ll be my go-to for all future Ford vehicle needs.
Billy D. is outstanding! He takes the extra effort to satisfy the customer. When we are looking for a new vehicle the only dealership we go to is Sentry Ford. No sales gimmicks or pressure tactics just top quality professionalism.
I was not happy because you were supposed to top off my fluids and it was not done because I had an empty windshield wash when I came and I left with it still empty so none of my fluids were not topped off like you say when you do oil changes
They have an excellent crew in the wash bay.
$80 is not an expensive price to pay to learn about how someone conducts business.I took my car to Sentry Ford to check on my horn. It was not working, but I knew it was not an electric issue. Ive checked the relay and the fuse, and I informed the attendant of that. I suspected that something was disconnected, or even that the horn was broken. After 1:30 h, someone came with 4 pages of problems: $400 to replace the horn. This is not a typo. Four hundred dollars. For a horn. But they did not stop there. No! They had 4 pages of issues. They said that I should have to replace a lot of things, that there was some leakage on the engine, and that I should also have to replace my spark plugs. But there is a reason for it, right? These are very common issues for a car with 90k miles on it, they said.Problem is, the car is only 65k miles. Is this normal for a car with 65k miles? When I informed him of that, the number of pages with issues he gave me by the end of our interaction went down to 2.Also, they did not know that, but I had my car serviced at a Ford Service Center of my trust in my old State, where they performed both the 60k service on it, as well as a 5k service *not even a month ago*. And they never said anything about any of these imaginary leakages. So, obviously, I said I had to think about it. $400 was outside my budget. The rest of it, I not even considered. The attendant said that I still had to pay him for the diagnosis. After some talk, he gave me a discount, and I end up paying $80 for a diagnosis of a broken horn, which was literally the first thing I told him. But fine, I paid it. I just had to leave that place.Got home. Watched a YouTube video. For my surprise, when I removed the front grit, I saw that the horn connector was left disconnected by who worked on my car at Sentry Ford.I connected it. The horn works just fine. I have paid 80 dollars for a piece of paper that states that I have a faulty horn. But you know what, $80 is not an expensive price to learn how someone conducts business.I went there with a faulty horn, and got a bill of $400. Just imagine if I went there with a more serious issue. I will most certainly not be returning there.I usually do not leave reviews of places, but I thought this time that I had to share my experience, when I saw the connector just hanging there in my car, disconnected from the horn.
I called to make an appointment a week early for my car and they scheduled me for 2/9/21 at 10am. When I brought in my car they told me it would take too long as well as $150 just to diagnose my check engine light. That sounded and is absurd. I left my car there and they said they would call after the diagnostic but before continuing with the service. I heard nothing for over 4hrs which meant they hadn’t even started on my car. I called to get an update and I was told they might get to it the following day. I was NEVER told this would take two days. I am extremely frustrated that they scheduled me a week in advance at a date and time they chose and then didn’t even work on my car until the following day. I had no way to get to work. When I picked up my car they didn’t have my paper work and were running around looking for it for 30mins. I’m embarrassed for the people who work at this location. So rude and unprofessional and took advantage of me.
Great people best carsPhenomenal salesman
Bought a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid here last week. Great service from Wayne Fraulini -- no hard sell at all, a very reasonable price, and all the paperwork went very smoothly. Thanks to all at Sentry Ford!
Enio is a gentleman and a great salesman/man of his word! I’m now going on my 3rd lease with this dealership and don’t plan on changing anytime soon!
Sentry Ford was awesome to work with and purchase from, Wayne Fraulini kept me updated regularly with the status of the car I was looking to purchase and made my first auto purchase process a breeze. Can’t recommend the team enough!
They got the job done. They weren’t great about calling me when they said they would with updates, so I had to call. But overall a good experience.
I had a great experience at Sentry purchasing a used car. My salesman Billy Dervishian was very attentive and worked through all issues that came up in securing the title and taking care of minor delivery issues. Additionally the service department addressed a minor repair promptly and successfully. Working with Billy has been great as well as the Sentry dealership.
7th vehicle my family has acquired from Sentry Ford, and there has never been a hiccup. Just a great place to deal and do business with.Enio Drummond has been our contact on all these transactions. When we first started our children were younger and into sports. Enio took the time to understand our needs and requirements. His recommendations provided us with the ideal vehicles to accommodate that phase of our lives. This last experience, with our children grown and not requiring us to cart them around, Enio seamlessly moved us into vehicles that totally match our current needs. My wife and I love our new vehicles.
Excellent service, as always I highly recommend Sentry Ford!!
Happy with my second vehicle purchase. Never had any issues with the service with my first purchase. I am confident it will continue with my new 2020 Escape Hybrid. The sales staff Wayne and Don in financing were pleasant to work with and all questions asked were answered promptly.
Mark was awesome. Very happy with my van and service in general. Honest, straight forward, no BS. Thank you .
Horrible service, would not recommend for the purchase of a new vehicle or service, among the worst customer service I have seen, brand new F150 which I brought in 4 times one of those times they had it for almost a week and never even looked at it, took it to Stoneham ford issue was resolved in half hour, Be very careful with the service department and accounting
Ok they help me
Details details details.I had to get the plug out of rearDiff since last spring 2020, I couldn’t get out at local oil change. I had to schedule on Saturdays due to COVID.I ended up scheduling this 5x on my endThe folks at Sentry were fabulous to work with. Thanks again folks!
Praise God I picked up my new to me...car a week after my birthday, my other Lincoln was totaled while parked in front of my house so i researched & connected with Sentry went in & it is exactly what I wanted Wayne Faulini was very helpful & friendly Don the finance manager worked with me where I am at right now financially & I am in LOVE with my new car Clem named after my dad Thanks guys I appreciate youBe blessed Merry ChristmasHope 🙏❤️🦋
Fabulous Service from BrendanFabulous Dealership ALWAYS
I had the worst possible experience with them! I bought a new car with them in December of 2017, and whenever necessary, I always maintained it there, my car damaged the transmission and is under warranty, they treated me very badly and not to mention the headache I had when taking the rental car! I spent 2 days without a car and even today the transmission of the car is very bad!
The staff is friendly and absolutely professional. They resolved my problem quickly.Of course I will be back.In addition, if I could, I would rate them with 10 stars.
Mike Toomey was very helpful and cooperative! Great service, very time efficient!
The service employees at Sentry Ford were so helpful with my recent service need. They communicated clearly and were super friendly!
I just bought an Ecosport and the salesman, Bill Devershian, was knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything to me and he didn’t rush me into a decision. I highly recommend Sentry Ford and especially recommend Bill!
Billy always knows what’s the best car for you and will give you the best deal
Great place nice people
I am extremely disappointed. Weve had 3 cars with them and this is the first time that the service has been horrible, I have a 2017 Ford Escape that I needed new tires for. I called and was told that the best time to get the tires would be on black friday, that we shouldnt be getting anymore snow?? I was not going to wait so I went to Sullivan Tires and was informed that we needed to replace all 20 lug nuts due to swelling and cracking ( 140.00 later) I was told that there was a lawsuit and I should request to be reimbursed. I called my local ford they forwarded me to Corporate who told me because I had the work done else where that I wasnt eligible for reimbursement. This is the last car that I will ever get from Ford. Anyone I know has always said stay away from them. I will listen now... Thanks Ford
