I appreciate the staff behind the counter and in the garage. Im OCD about my cars, its a passion, not just a vehicle. When I dont like anything about repair places, I dont go back. When I find a place like Spring Street, I look no where else. I attempt my own repairs when possible, I buy parts from Spring Street and ask questions about the job. When the job is too big I bring my car in. When I shop for tires online, I call them 2nd to see what their price is, it has been close enough so I order through them (twice). You can call and schedule a day to drop off, you can call and ask how busy they are if you want same day/next day. You can shop at Target while you wait. I recommend Spring Street to all of my friends.

I have used Spring Street for 20 years. They are honest. I recently dropped my car off barely running. I thought it was bad. I expected a huge bill. They diagnosed the issue fixed it same day $180. Runs like new again. I even told them what I thought so they could have stuck it to me and I wouldn’t have known. Honestly is key. Great group of people. They offer to mount wipers free of charge.

My girl friend broke down with transmission issues and had dropped off her car there. At first when they diagnosed the problem and quoted us a price, I did my due diligence and checked for around for parts pricing as I work at a new car dealer along with tony letting my mechanic father check it out and I hope this saves people time because after all said and done, they were honest, the tech whom my father spoke with was very knowledgable and the car drives better than it did before. Their prices were fair and labor was done right. Overall they were honest and I recommend everyone to believe in them. Thank you guys the white jeep!

Ive been going to Spring Street Auto for years, no matter the Part, theyll get it! Ive rebuild/maintained 3 trucks 1>77 3500 chevy 350 with 3speed w/creeper no OD 4x4 short body inset dully think tow truck, 2>85 1500 350 built short bed stepside 4x4 and my current rigg 3>2015 2500hd silverado 4x4 6.0 king cab.(which i just did rear rotors, pads calipers and e-break shoes springs and hardware) both my parents vehicles 04 ford winstar, and 04 caddy de elegance Deville. I took the time to write all this to show the range of different vehicles ive pop in and left with if not all the parts needed they have them in an hr or two.Fun fact-before spring street move there it use to be Nocks or Knocks photography back in the 60s-70s. thats where my parents met.😎

I went for a O2 sensor replacement, they quoted me for $195. I went to pick up the car, got charged for $265. They stated that they never quoted $195; the quote was $245 which doesnt even make any sense. If you ever go there, make sure you get you quote on paper so they dont have the chance to lie!!!

Yeah, dont go here. I went in to get a quote on a bumper repair and they took down a list of part they were going to get for me to complete the repair and get back to me when they were in. I told them I needed to pass inspection in two weeks (at the time). Well, here we are three weeks later and I still cant get a straight answer on the status of my parts. I found the parts on amazon last night for a quarter of the price and they will arrive tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time.Sako auto just down the street is a much better place to go. They gave me tips for saving money and time and were much more professional and experienced.

John and Anthony are long time friends. They fix cars. Can find any part I need. And turn rotors for you in an hour for you do it yourselfers break jobs. I will always use their service and share a quick joke and a laugh .I love them .they give. Inspection stickers also .they are a full service shop .conveniently located on fellsway behind target..

I WOULD NOT recommend spring street auto.... Called for what I thought would be a simple part to get. Called about the part last Wednesday, needed it for an MDW trip.... Told them if they found it I wanted it and to get it. Called Friday morning to pick it up to see if they had it ready for me. Apparently after I told them to get it, they still called to confirm I wanted it.... miscommunication... not big deal. I may have missed them telling me they would call to confirm. the BIGGER issue at hand is the fact that once I called at 915am Friday, they said they would have the part in a couple of hours for me and call when it was in their hands. I waited.... and never received a call. Prolonging my drive out of town and resulting in me sitting in traffic. BUT WAIT... theres more! I finally got around to calling today, to see when I could go get the part. IT STILL WASNT IN THEIR HANDS!!!!!! but they assured me they could have it brought from their warehouse.... the hole situation was BS. I tried to work with a local business, and this is how Im treated. Save your time and go to Amazon or some other online auto retailer that can deliver on what they say

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Car even failed inspection and he tell me “you’re all set.” Unbelievable.
