The manager of this fedex is an angel. he helped us out when our car broke down in the parking lot, minutes before closing. we also picked up a package without difficulty.
The worst customer service possible at the front desk. Do not expect any help from the counter clerks with your package or getting your item shipped. 100% lazy and unwilling to to the simplest of tasks.

I have had multiple packages that come through here not be delivered with unable to be delivered messages via notification. Even though there has always been someone home and we also have a camera, so we know no one has even tried to deliver anything. FedEx is the worst, I have never had any issues with any other shipping company. But have had continuous issues with FedEx. This location seems to be especially bad.
Thank you to the ladies at the counter at Fedex Shipping Center. They were very courtesy and helpful. My package I had the wrong address on it and was refused. The ladies who helped me were able to locate it and send me to the correct location. Great Job!! Thats what I call customer service!!

Went to return shoes for my job. It came in a bag package and I was told they cant take it that it needs to be in the original box. I explained that it is in the original box that it came in this bag which I then showed her on my phone the fed ex driver dropping it off In that bag. She then says she cant take it. Terrible service here I asked what should I do or what else she says I dont know. I had a label printed out tapped onto the bag that the shoe company sent me for it to be sent.
I go here often for work purposes. The employees are always polite and give the best service possible
Not sure what the bad reviews are about but my experience was good. They said a package was ready and I picked it up. The counter person was friendly and quick.

30 years of my company doing business, big business with FedEx. I have had more issues with late, delayed deliveries and incompetent workers. Its sad.

First of all I would like to take this time to say No Thank You to Fed Ex, as they have proven time and time again to bight off more than they can chew. I recently ordered a foundation/box spring from Wayfair. The first one was lost or damaged by Fed Ex, so I never saw this one. They put a bogus deliver exception code on the package acting like they attempted to delver the package. They admitted that it was lost in the land of misfit freight, so Way Fair Expedited another one to me using Fed Ex, which the Ex should be taken out of their name, because guess what, it is still not here.After spending several minutes on the phone yesterday 5/15/2020, I was told the package would be delivered by 8 pm and would be called before driver arrived. Neither happened, so here on 5/16/2020 I called again, and spoke with a representative, whom I told that I could not pick it up today because I am working in the ER taking care of sick patients during the pandemic. Fifteen minutes later I get a call from someone locally named Robbie, who said I could pick it up by 4:30 today, but guess what I already told them I could not pick up the shipment due to taking care of sick patients in the ED. Its not super simple to leave the ED to pick up the package Fed Ex. Please right this wrong. I will in the future do my best to stay far away from Fed Ex and how horribly they have responded. Just to let everyone know, my mattress is on the floor and it is not meant to be on the floor, so after three to four twelve hour shifts of taking care of pandemic patients, I would like a good night of rest. Come on Fed Ex!
So .... a little vent here ... I work from home and unfortunately my computer started to act wonky my job decided to FedEx a new one to me (even though I live less then 3 miles from the office) My home office is directly over my houses front door and I was waiting for the knock on the door ... it never came .. somehow however a sticker appeared on my door stating I needed to head to the other side of town to pick up my computer... once I got there the rep was courteous and quick though I could tell she wasnt listening to a word I said after i handed over my package tag ... whole experience 1-2 stars shipping center only 3-4 stars (I will round up)

Package shipped Wednesday, 2-day Express. $26 extra. Was not delivered Friday. Says at destination sort facility 11:25am. Called 800 # and they said I could go pickup. Drive 45 minutes Saturday and they said it was locked in a container and had nobody to get it for me. Cant work this weekend because no parts.
Google maps took me to the employee entrance behind the building on a completely different road.

I have been here maybe 50 times over the years to send and receive express parcels, as we once used the facility to ship parcels for our home-based business.It can be a busy location. The experience varies based on the customer service rep that you get, with some being consistently customer focused and friendly, and others seeming to really not like their job that much.Clean facility. Small parking area in front of the publicly-accessible area. Usually a good experience.

My package was left at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs and opened and damged by a child in my building ..no one will help me at fedex due to the driver not wanting to come up 3 flights of stairs leaving it at the bottom of stairs and my mail carrier had to knock and let me know it was at the bottom of the stairs dameged from a child ..will not have them deliver to me any more i cant believe it on top of that it was an ipad...very upset
I went to pick up a package that was there. It had already been loaded on a truck and was set for delivery so I told them to deliver it. Very big complex with very nice people. They offered to find the truck my package was on and get it for me. Thats customer service! Very happy with my experiance.
Package shipped to us was listed as at the FedEx facility. Called FedEx to see if we could pick it up at the facility, they said sure, no problem. Drove out of town to the distribution center to pick up the package. Staff said it was in a container and not available for pickup. I told them what we were told by FedEx staff and they were unapologetic and combative.Worst shipping company ever. Not our first disaster with FedEx.Never have problems like this with UPS. Ever. UPS gets 10 out of 10. FedEx sucks, 0 out of 10.I rated them one star only because 0 was not an option. I hate FedEx.

Quentin Saunders the Manager lied to me versus just telling me he couldnt help. Was awaiting a package for days with NO attempt for delivery. Received a nasty email from Fedex that my package was going to be returned. Funny thing is that I work in the leasing office where the package was to be delivered. Frank was the driver and never once stepped foot in the building to attempt delivery. I had to take the next morning off work and drive to Studly Road - 20 minutes away from me to get the package before they returned it. Quentin promised a credit just on the extra fee I paid to have a required signature which was like $5 but it was the principal that I had to drive, loose and hour pay and do Fedexs job. Of course the customer service representatives are no help, rude and ignorant. Will avoid at ALL COSTS NOT to EVER have anything shipped through this company again!

Excellent customer service at the desk. And they have to put up with a lot, especially when some of their drivers are in too much of a hurry to deliver a package and throw a sorry-we-missed-you tag rather than waiting another 30 seconds, which leads to ticked off customers storming the service center. But, as ugly as it can get, my observations are that the CSRs are very professional.
Had package delivery issues. Driver falsely stated no one was home and did not deliver package. Had to drive here to pick up the package. Reported it to the manager in person. Management was very apologetic when it was brought up but, they have failed to get back to me on this issue hence 1 star.

FedEx has always been terrible service, company laptop shipped from San Francisco 2day for a reason. Driver did not knock or ring the door bell with no missed delivery slip, checked tracking and they decided to take it back to sort facility w/o actually doing their job and delivering the package. Im sure this has nothing to do with the 5 flights of steps leading to my front door. We will see after I pull home security cam footage. UPS is the way to go, there is a reason people post videos of FedEx drivers commonly throwing packages at the houses or not even getting the box close to the door. Was home and cooking lunch 10feet from the door when the supposed delivery was attempted, whats the excuse....
Terrible delivery. No patience to wait for customer once they ring the bell.. just head back to station and now i am responsible to go collect it. very poor service for the price they charge. Now a days you can buy a air ticket and deliver it on your own for the price they charge and the service you get is worse than USPS.
Drivers do not look at addresses, knock or actually attempt to deliver anything. We have had several times with FedEx packages were not delivered and sent back to the facility without even an attempt. Security footage proves that. Drivers are what the rest of the industry has fired. I wont buy anything anymore if Fedex has to deliver it. I do have to say the customer service on the phone was A+. But FedEx Express drivers suck!

Need to sign up for fedex manager to redirect packages, except it doesnt work. Trying to enroll for months. I have a fedex account, why cant i use that?!?!? Try as a guest and my address is wrong??? Really? I live here, mail shows up. Try to find the hours for hold for pickup and it just sends me to the fed ex manager registration page...
Driver lied and said that he tried to deliver package. Didnt come and he didnt leave the slip stating that he had stopped at my home. I am mostly home bound, so I know that he did not come to my home.I called Customer Service about what had happened with the none delivery. She said that she would send a message to the driver about coming back and that he would call me back in about 2 hours, well Im still waiting for that phone call and it is now 8:13 PM and that was around 3 PM this evening. I then asked her if I could pick the package up from the Distribution Center and she said that I could and that the Distribution Center closed at 10 PM and that was a lie, it closed at 8 PM. No one cares about customer service anymore.

So I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered today from this company (Fedex) and it was being delivered today after it was scheduled to be here 24 hrs after it was sent(because it was needed to be here by today 09/01/2017 not tuesday 09/05/2017 as they decided to rescheduled the dropoff to). Well I wasted my time.. took off from work to wait for this package.....so at 1:15 i saw the FedEx truck leave and i see them from a side window in my kitchen which is literally 5 feet from my front door.....my roommate who is on my side porch where my kitchen window is tells me fedex is leaving.......so i rush to front door to see if they came....these jerks decide to leave me a note on the door to tell me they came but not once did they knock on my door. I waited for them for 6 out of my 8hr work day for them to deliver this package.....i called the address that the fedex driver decided to leave and i told them what happened .....well i filed a compalint with fedex and they lied to me and told me that my call was only 1 minute after the fedex driver supposedly left....the representive told me that they would contact dispatch to have the driver bring the package back today.....well here it is at the end of the day and fedex still has yet to deliver the package and they decided to rescheduled it for delivery on tuesday 09/05/2017 (which i tracked)......i cant wait for a package that long when it was supposed to be delivered today.....its sad that this company Has hired such poor people to deliver customer service to people......at this point i will wait all day (taking more time off work due to their incompetent drive) on my front porch for their poor customer service driver to deliver my package once again.......and i will let that representive know how poor of a company this is for hiring people who can not perform their jobs to the degree that is requird......FYI: if a delivery driver is required to deliver a package that is not guaranteed at a certain time but requires a signature then maybe you need to inform their uneducated persona that they need to knock on a door with their hand and not claim they did....long story short i will never use this company again UPS only!!!!

Im on hold now with FedEx awaiting explanation of multiple deliveries in which they claim to make efforts to deliver, but no efforts were made. We operate a business, and were paying overnight air charges to move samples from a manufacturing plant to our lab . . . with multiple deliveries unmade. My next call will be to an attorney.
