Martin Wilson (the owner) is a fantastic help! When you call he generally picks right up and if you leave a message he calls back super quickly. The screen replacement on my device was beautiful. I also asked him to install a screen protector because I figured he would do a better job than me and he did. The screen protector installation was about as perfect as I have ever seen done on a tablet and it looks great!!! His prices are the lowest around (even if you pay extra for quick part delivery) and he knows what hes doing - the repair was finished in about 2 hrs. I would come back to him for any repairs in a heartbeat! Thank you Martin for all your help!!

The owner/manager was super nice! He got me in within 20 minutes of them closing on the same day I dropped and cracked my phone. He was fast, efficient and professional. He took the extra step and helped me when he could’ve just said come back another day, but he didn’t and I appreciate that. He made sure my phone was working properly before I left as well.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone face down on the hardwood floor which caused the screen to crack and the LCD screen had a large black streak across the whole screen. I took the phone to Martin at Mr Fix on Monday, he ordered the parts and my phone was fixed Tuesday. I dropped it off and returned an hour later. The whole experience was easy. Martin was professional, excellent customer service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Mr Fix for any cell phone repairs you need.

This is the ONLY place you should bring your devices to for repairs. We bring our gaming devices here and Martin always fixes the problem at a VERY reasonable price. When I went to pick up our PS4 it was pouring rain and the power had went out in the store. Martin brought the PS4 to the car in the pouring rain. When I dropped my phone I knew the sound wasnt a good one. My screen was totally cracked. I needed a repair and quickly. I called Mr. Fix and left a message, in just a minute or two Martin returned my call and said he could fix my phone if a brought it over to the store. My phone was repaired in the time it took me to grocery shop (an hour) and it is working just fine now. My daughters phone stopped charging and it was acting up, not sure what was going on. Went to Sprint (T-Mobile) and they said it could be the charging port so we went next door to Mr. Fix it. He said the same thing but didnt have the part, so he ordered it and the part arrived a couple of days later. I didnt have to pay anything up front, he said to pay once the part was replaced. When we dropped off the phone I was expecting to get a call a couple of hrs later, come and get it and pay.... that wasnt the case. Martin ran some diagnostics and fixed it without even replacing the part. Didnt pay anything and he was more than gracious to explain what was going on. I would totally recommend him and will certainly be back if we need to.

Had a problem with my Samsung A11 charging port. Brought it here two days ago, he showed me the problem, said hell order the part and itll be delivered in two days. I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus, which has been my trusty side kick for almost 4 years. I was upset about needing to buy a new phone when the camera, and phone call audio (hearing and speaking) stopped working. This place is TOP NOTCH in customer service! I took my brand new Samsung Galaxy S10+ into the shop to get the camera lens replaced because it unfortunately broke which is a horrible feeling. Martin was extremely thorough in inspecting the camera itself and the lens protecting it. He found that one of the cameras itself was actually cracked or scratched and also needed replacement. He ordered everything needed to do the job and in two days I received a call that the parts were in stock and I could bring my phone in for repairs. I’ve been twice to this location and the service and customer experience has always been great. Prices are fair and reasonable. Owner gave me a free screen protector and did not charge to clean dust out of my husbands charger port.
