I really enjoyed my time at this store. Derrick was extremely helpful and informative. He was quite knowledgeable and a wonderful disposition. Very pleasant. Store was clean and neat! Derrick was so good we left out with two new phones! And will do all of our business here at this location.
Matthew Honour is that dude. He helped me work through every little detail, as Im very detail oriented. And made sure i had the right phone and plan for me. He deserves every dollar he gets and more. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new phone or anything from at&t.
I came in Thursday for my passcode to be reset. Derrick was AWESOME! So much so I came back Friday because he convinced me to buy the new iPhone 13. He made my purchase so quick and easy. Its the first time I have ever been in an AT&T store and spent less than 15 minutes. Give that man a bonus or a raise!!! Thank you Derrick!

Raekwon was super knowledgeable and helpful. His positive attitude and confidence relaxed me and he was able to get my problem resolved. In addition he sold me a liquid skin protection screen for my phone and installed it for me, and helped me register the product before walking out of the store. His customer service was excellent and made me calm down, as I was very irritated with AT&T when I walked in to the store.
I really appreciate the support that the workers gave tonight. I went in needing help with my new phone & the rep went above and beyond my needs. Her communication skills are perfect for all ages. The store was extremely busy and the rep never got frustrated with any of the customers.

Raewon was very polite when I called in. When I arrived in person he was even more helpful. He took the time to get me through the process of closing my deceased father’s account. He accomplished what another store wouldn’t attempt and turned me away twice. Raewon called the customer service number and worked through their process. There were four employees at that location and each and every one of them was polite, helpful and so very personable. In my four months of working with AT&T to close this account, these gentlemen were the high point. Otherwise, there is not enough money in the world to get me to use AT&T for anything!
Derek is friendly and professional and made my recent experience trading in my phone feel like I was coming in to see an old friend. He remembered me from my last visit and was very helpful when I needed to exchange another product as well!

Josh was very friendly & knowledgeable about the various phones & their features. Due to the hurricane, the stores AC was broken, so it was Very HOT inside, but Josh kept his sense of humor. We traded up 3 iPhones for my kids and I switched over from an Android to an iPhone so we were there for awhile. Excellent customer service despite the unfortunate air temp. (There were portable emergency AC units set up, but still hot.)

Trick you into buying new phones, when something goes wrong they temporarily fix it to get away from their 14 day exchange policy so later on down the road to give you a refurbished phone. Micheal the manager there is a joke as well as majority of the employees there.
Only go here if you looking to be lied to multiple times by store manager Kristy, have them tell you three different amounts even though none of then will be correct, ask for help from a store manager Brianndis just for her to take up for her store manager who lied about ordering a phone thats unavailable. Had to call another AT&T just to find out the real answer. This place is a joke and shouldnt be allowed to treat customers the way they do. After all was said and done I was told by Brianndis she was hanging up due to me calling her manager a liar even though I had messages to prove that she did in fact lie!! She said sorry you feel that way and offered zero help to remedy the situation...
Customer service representative was very understanding, patient, informative, and cared. My first time visiting this store and if occasion happens again I will go back. My problem was resolved. The other customer reps were polite.
Leaving now horrible rude service agents account wasnt up to date according to service agent couldnt process my warranty claim told me to call myself also the store smelled like an open sewer agents said it has been like that for weeks Im going home to take a shower and call AT&T myself as told by the AT&T agents at the store ....worthless for this brick and mortar store to even be here these people only mosey around doing what can be done over the web or over the phone literally just occupying space Ill try my best not to return.

Terrible at handling Business accounts! Lacked information and were unable to make the requested changes even with the authorized account holder at the location.Go to a different location if your trying to do anything with a business account.

I had no problem swapping my phone.
I went in for a hotspot. The sales woman said they had them for $50 or $60 now. so we waited for another sales person to become available and then go in the back for a device. The manager followed her back. They came out and announced it was $80 despite that I at this point had found it on their website for $50 (which is why I came there- Best Buy had it in person for $60 which is where we were 10 minutes prior). I am pretty sure they saw me come in and decided I would pay the price and boost sales. Not only will I not- I wrote a bad review because I dont appreciate their scheming staff. I have 4 kids and 1 income- my money matters too. We went with another provider altogether. Dishonest sales people who care only about the money.
On two occasions, I have brought my phone to them. I was unsure of how to do a couple of functions... the team members were very helpful and answered my questions... showed me how to do what I wanted to do....
They are very expensive however I love the service I receive from the coworker
