Gary R. Came right up to me and helped me with everything. He was very informative about what I needed. He put my windshield wipers on so fast. I’m from Michigan and I go to school in Ohio and he is so much nicer much more helpful here. If I could tip him I would but it’s against Auto Zones policy ( I tried) I will gladly get what I need here if I can instead of at home.

Ricky and Wiliam really went the extra mile today to get wiper blades that would work on my 33 year old Toyota 4x4. Even helped me outside in the rain. Amazing customer service!

I had an amazing interaction with Alan S. today. My check engine light was on, so I stopped in to have it checked out. Alan explained to me that employees are no longer allowed inside the vehicles due to COVID restrictions, so he walked me through the 2 easy steps. He took the diagnostic tool in & hooked it up to the computer, told me what was wrong, & even took the time to explain what that part meant for my car. He had the part in stock, so I bought it while I was there. I also seem to always be in a hurry & this man had me in & out of the store within 5 minutes & was very friendly & professional through it all. Thank you, Alan, for seeming to actually enjoy what you are doing!

Great service. The gentlemen who diagnosed changed my battery were kind and helpful. My daughter was acting up, and the other associate let her color with their highlighters while I paid for my battery and spoke with the men who explained how the problem couldve began. Very happy with this location!!

The women at this AutoZone are fantastic. I came in just a couple of hours ago around 6:00 pm (10/10/19). I cant remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was short, had a gray shirt on, and had black hair. I believe her name started with a P but I could be wrong.She was fantastic! My check engine light was on and I initially asked if I could have them run a test to see what was wrong. Instead of doing that she went in a completely opposite direction. She asked me to describe the circumstances on how my issue started, and what actions I had been doing when I was pumping gas.Within a matter of seconds she had basically figured out my issue and helped me solve it immediately. She helped me replace my fuel cap and sent me on my way. Offered to help if I had issues installing it too. She was great and the whole thing was completely effortless! She had previously helped me with my wipers and that process was just as quick and easy as this one!

I dont remember going to Autozone 2 weeks ago but if its the one in Maumee that I last visited the lady who served me was first rate.

Went in for a new battery. Tyler was really helpful and even swapped it out right in the parking lot. Only took 5 minutes or so. He even checked the alternator to make sure we were 100% good to go.

Maumee autozone is one of the best. Ive been going here for years. They have always pointed me the right direction.

My usual take on auto parts store employees in general are that are disinterested, unhelpful, and are always pushing the product of the day without knowing the first thing about my car.These guys were different. They were attentive without being pushy. They saw what I was buying and asked related, relevant questions. And then they suggested an alternative that was less expensive and ended up being a better solution.

Wonderful people here. So helpful whenever I come in. My license plate light went out, and I couldnt seem to figure out how to get at it to replace it.Not only did they figure it out, but he replaced it while he was down there. I bought several things I could have bought elsewhere, but I would rather give them my business.

Tool rental service was nice, saved my butt when replacing my brakes, i needed to compress my caliper pistons - rear pistons could not be done with c-clamps. Friendly associates, quick in and out experience.

Service was incredible. After testing my battery the sold me a new one and installed it. Incredible, beyond expectations.

It is hot and cold with customer service at this place. Sometimes they are super nice sometimes they seem annoyed that you ask for the military discount. Sorry I want to save 10%. They also ignore the customer that is in the store when they are on the phone. I think it is better to call in the parking lot tell them what you need and that you will be in soon.

Friendly staff .... auto detail section was unorganized and had to really search to see what prices were because things were in wrong locations or mixed up ... but overall found everything I needed even straightened a few things up for them

Good service, always helpful convenient location. Honestly it all depends on who you have take care of you Ive had excellent customer service and Ive had horrible at this same location. All in all Ive had pretty good experiences going to this location.

We had some problems with our RV with panel lights being on. Ford told us to come by when our lights came on and they would check it out but when we did they turned us away and said they couldn’t see us for five more days. Went to AutoZone in maumee and Kim Mooney was excellent. We were able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. Would recommend going to AutoZone whenever you’re having problems before going to the dealership.

I dont know much about cars, but I come in here regularly to buy stuff and look like I know what Im doing. I have a whole closet of car stuff I never use, because I lost my license from a DUI. I like the feeling I get when I walk in through the doors, buy a weird looking car part and walk out like Im going to install the part myself. Sometimes I start small talk with the cashier about whatever random vehicle I come up with at that moment. It doesnt end well usually, but thrive in awkward situations somehow. This post is like therapy for me.

Customer service is always friendly and helpful even if some of there parts are broken right out the box or only last about a day or 2. AutoZone is more of a MR. Right now instead of a MR. Right

The two gentlemen there were great! One was putting new batteries in my key pad and the other one put my new wipers on. I am sure the did not have to.

The manager was rude & condescending. Only interested in hearing his in voice & not listening to his customers to gain understanding about how best to help. Id rather drive farther away to a different store than to ever shop here again. The only redeeming quality was the technician that replaced a light for me. He knows more about customer service than the guy in charge.

Been a customer here for 10 years this is a fyi for all, they are the most expensive and seldomly have parts in stock compared to others around, recommend federated on ford st is knowledgeable, or OReillys on Reynolds cheapest and always has part in stock, but a place for someone who cant do a basis lightbulb or windshield wiper or battery change on there own

I had been told by multiple other auto part retailers that they could not replace my battery and I would have to take to the dealership due to the location of battery. I went into Maumee auto zone location, the person I was working with got their manager to look at my car to see if installing was an option, and he had my battery replaced within three minutes and I was on my way. Great experience, would highly recommend

VERY helpful staff here. Thanks to Autozone the amount of time that passed between my noticing a dead headlight and having a brand new pair installed was maybe 10 minutes. The fact that theyre willing to help with minor things like this adds a convenience value thats impossible to ignore.

A light in my van was on and after looking in my owner manual, I thought maybe I needed a new gas cap. I took it up to auto zone and one of the guys hooked a computer up and was more than happy to explain what exactly was going on.

Started going to this particular AutoZone when I moved to Whitehouse six years ago. I have never gone there and gotten the right part the first time. I always have to return it because they always give me the wrong thing. And somehow it’s never their fault.

Every time I come into this AutoZone theyre rude. And I mean incredibly rude. Im not some angry soccer mom expecting to be treated like Im gold, Im nice, respectful, and the staff always acts like I just spat in their faces. From the time they kicked me out a minute before close (even after I called ahead and begged them to stay open so I could get a part in time to make it to work the next morning) to this time where I was reading on screen instructions from a Zone employee from a separate store ande girl working the front counter gave me EXTREME attitude and told me not to tell her how to do her job. (when it was very clear I was just reading instructions) Ive worked customer service, I know how to treat customers, and people behind the counter. This is the AutoZone close to my house but from now on Ill drive further to not have to deal with this staff. If the owner or otherwise would like to hear more in depth Im willing to talk to them about the situations. Will not be returning.
