Purchased my Hyundai Sonata 3 weeks ago. The sales team I worked with was totally gracious and polite considering I was there late on a Friday evening. I went in recently for a recall/repair as the antenna cover came off. The service team was very kind and professional. Ive been very satisfied with the whole experience. Though KC Summers is 2 hours from my home, I will continue to use them for service as much as possible.

Traveling on vacation and our Genesis started throwing warnings. We dropped in on a Saturday morning. Technician looked it over but no computer codes. Good news is no longer throwing warnings. So we are on the road again. We are appreciative of their time and assistance.

Service was friendly and professional. Work was explained and advice given with care and understanding.

I cannot give enough praise to this dealership as well as our salesman, Nick Shedosky. Very professional, very good communication, and very straight to the point. They were very honest with me and accommodating as my wife and I were driving from almost 3 hours away for a vehicle. Vehicle was exactly as described on the website. No games, no bs, no pressure. Straight forward with a fair price for a car. Exactly how buying a vehicle should be. Thanks again.

Customer service wasnt very good... no communication on how my car was doing... they were trying to figure out the problem for the first hour and a half we were there when I could have told them what the problem was... got told was only going to be about 15 to 20 minutes more only to sit waiting up to a little over two hours total and then was getting ready to tell them we were going to start going for a walk only for the guy to say that it was ready to go... so he said that he would take care of the rest of the paperwork and there wouldnt be any charge... better communication is needed!

Good place to buy Genesis and Hyundai vehicles

Have used them for last two cars. Would give 5 stars but noticed today that they have put 5w20 oil in car for 4 of 8 services whereas my particular model does not list 5w20 in its manual, instead it lists and is stated on the oil cap to use 5w30 which was used in 4 of the 8 in random order. I prefer my service to stick to the specs. Has me wondering what else is being fiddled with for whatever reason.

Always the best service with a giant smile!! I love visiting KC Summers when I need anything done to my car. All of the staff are so polite and friendly, and they have the most amazing waiting room I have ever been in!! LOTS of snacks and delicious sweet treats, like cookies, donuts, and muffins, juice, coffee, etc. They even have a Coke Freestyle machine!! They also have a big screen TV, comfy chairs, and computers with wifi. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I live in Mattoon.
