Mears automotive worked on my vehicle with no other place would. I contacted 13 other local businesses to try and get the catalytic converters on my vehicle replaced, and no one wanted to touch it. Either it was too difficult for them, or they wouldnt install customer owned parts. But mears automotive stepped up to the task and got me back on the road again. They got it done in one day and cost me less than I thought it would. They did a great job and I would recommend their service to anyone.

While the work that was performed was good, the surprise of an extra expense of a brake caliper and an extra hour of labor turned a roughly 400-450 dollar job into a 680 dollar job. Had this pre inspected before they did the work and mentioned nothing about the brake caliper until after they had it on the rack doing the normal job. They didn’t even attempt to knock anything off the price for not notifying me of this beforehand on the original inspection.For oil changes I will still use them but for more expensive work, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Took my car here as I had to cause they did my warranty work for my dealership. I kept hearing a clunking sound under my car and took it to them. They’d always tell my dealership that there was nothing wrong that the car sounded so quiet except you’d have to be deaf not to hear it! I took it to them at least twice with the same response from them. So I took it to another shop and paid $50 to do a complete inspection and guess what they found?!! An exhaust leak, my rotors were shot and my ball joints were worn out as well. Those guys told me that you could have found these problems in a couple of minutes by just looking under the car and they test drove it and heard the clunking sound. Which means the people from mears didn’t even bother looking under my car and probably didn’t even test drive it since the other place heard it and the mears people said they didn’t hear anything. The guys at mears are lazy, unprofessional and apparently liars as well. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

This was our first experience W Mears Automotive Service, our experience was Great! They were very professional and cordial as my husband needed a ride home and they were happy to oblige in our need. Brandon discussed the process before hand and when we picked our Rogue up the next day they were great w customer services too! We will most definitely use and or reccomend family and friends to them for auto service needs.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful! Got my vehicle worked on in a timely manner.

Have been to Mears on several occasions for both of my vehicles, no matter what the problem is they have always found the solution, they go the extra mile, and look for the most economical way to fix it. I also have my regular oil changes done there. They have one of the cleanest and most organized shops I have seen. I highly reccomend them!
