I would give zero stars if I could. We were the first customers in the store Saturday morning. We were greeted kindly at first. When Philip came up, he was rude and mumbling and you could not understand a word he said. We were trying to understand what we could do and told him we wanted three iPhone 13s. He said all he had was pink and we said that was fine twice!! Another couple comes in about 20 mins after us, and Philip helped them and gave them one of the pink phones; which left only 2 in the store. We asked him why he gave one of our phones up and he said First Come First Serve. How rude!!!!! Then he said There is a chip shortage. So what? We were there first, told him we wanted the phones and he gave one to someone after us. Again, we were the first ones in the store and told him we wanted those phones before the other couple came in. He was so unkind, unhelpful and one of the worst managers we have ever had to deal with. We asked for his supervisors phone number and he refused. He gave us the email. We emailed Alonso but he has not responded. We had been sprint customers for over 25 years. We are definitely switching now!!!

I went to this location this past weekend because a few of my family members needed new phones- Phillip was so Helpful and Knowledgeable with all of my questions- and very patient! I highly recommend this location!

A young man by the nameOf Jeremy, is always the first face I see when I enter. He’s always there Ready, to help you with Questions or concerns u may have. T mobile needs more people like him on the floor.

Best experience ever with Phillip. He was not only helping me, but was helping two other customers all at the same time. He did a fantastic job and was able to get me in and out quickly and efficiently.

BJ is the best and he deserves a raise or just make him the manager of the store already he deserves way more than what he receives

I went in with my daughter today to see what promotions they had. Sam helped us find the best promotion and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He was helping train a new employee so was working doubly as hard. We traded in my daughters phone for the iPhone 12 Pro, we had a great experience and Sam even put up with my bad sense of humor. 😂😂We will be back soon to do more trade ins.

I got a new iPhone Apple Watch and iPod pros the service I received is A1. Johnny and Sabrina were beyond amazing. I’m so glad I found them. We came here by accidentally and we knew we had to come back. They are very amazing

Although switching 7 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile was a tedious and very LONG task, BJ was an A+++ associate who went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible. He is super knowledgeable and resourceful and knew where to go to find all of the answers. He was limited by any phone calls into customer service that we had to make, but he took the lead on the phone call and knew how to make things happen. BJ is an expert multi-tasker and has a photographic memory. He was interrupted by his teammates and was helpful to them when they had questions and kept his calm, patient demeanor the entire time. You could tell he was the go to guy for his peers. I came to this store on purpose because of the reviews. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

The guys at this store are great and so helpful. Philip helped us when we purchased our phones and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. The two employees Sam and Phillip did a great job working with me for over two hours explainig my new phone to me and helping me transfer all my data and information over. Had the absolute best customer experience today at TMobile with Phillip and Sam. Not only did they help us in a moment of crisis but stayed late after hours to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure phone were fully activated and functional. Not only were they knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful, down to earth but did not have a problem answering all the questions. We should have made the switch a long time to TMobile. Bye bye Boost! GREAT service! Sam was fresh out of training but you would never know it because he was knowledgable and informative. He answered all my questions and took great care of me! BJ was a huge help as well and answered my million questions about a new phone, the Sprint to T-Mobile conversion, and how I would get off my old plan and onto a new one. Great employees and super helpful!

I could not get the content of my old phone transferred to my New AT and T phone. They had no solution to this problem. I came into my old carrier T Mobile and the were able in less than 10 minutes give me a solution. I got most of my content transferred with the exception of a large amount of photos within15-20 minutes!!

Well it would not let me post with no stars. Supposed to open at 10am Saturday. Someone with keys shows up at 1010am. Strike 1. Very flat and cold personality of salesperson. Strike 2. No offers of what plan would be best,no suggestions by (very poor) salesperson at all. Strike 3. Stayed with Verizon although I was looking for a change. I highly recommend going elsewhere to spend your money. Also please no response from corporate saying we would like to talk to you to make the situation better. If you cared at all you would open on time for starters. Period. Good Luck.

Had inquired about a hotspot and the young man and young lady laughed!!I am a senior and was not respected !! The young man kept calling me Boss man !! No respect at all for a customer!!I left without a purchase !! Drove from Waxhaw displeased !! Won’t be back!!I never give bad reviews but couldn’t wait on this one !!I’ve only been gone a half hour !!

The representative at this T Mobile location was extremely helpful answering all my questions with knowledge and patience. He helped switch my phone from Sprint to the T Mobile Network. He gave me information about the new Samsung 21 . I may replace my current phone S9 with this new phone. I left this location very satisfied .

What an awesome experience! Was on the phone with the 800 T Mobile customer service for over 4 hours. Very long story short ended up going to the T Mobile store off of Fincher Farm Rd which was over an hour drive. It was WELL WORTH IT! Amazing customer service. Quan & William were super amazing with their knowledge, care and time! Phillip the store manager was also awesome! He helped at the tell end because I walked in with a 4 hour saga story from the night before with the 800 T Mobile CSR Reps and he completed the excellent service experience.

T Mobile at this location is awesome! Been to other locations and they couldn’t help me. This location has the very best customer service. Johnny and Zay were great!

After a week with T Mobile I haven’t had any break in service and em enjoying the benefits of T Mobile Tuesday and the friendly service of a local store. Excellent all around, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

BJ was awesome! He helped us switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, set up our new iPhone 12s, and made sure we got a great deal! He answered every single question we had. He also told us about T-Vision which allowed us to get rid of satellite service and saved us $100 a month! If you go this location, ask for BJ!!

Funny and professional workers. Super helpful. Zay was able to transfer all my data into a new phone from an old super SUPER broken one, which I thought was completely done for. Phillip was also very helpful. They both stayed over an hour after closing just to help me. Will come again for sure!

FIRE Philip and hire someone else! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst customer service and attitude. They sold me 2 phones that never got signal anywhere around my house even though T-Mobile website coverage map shows full 4g coverage. Ive been calling T-Mobile customer service and tech support to get the phone to work, after many attempts and wasted time they kept dragging time until 14 days went by and now they wont accept the phones back. I went back into the store 2 times trying to return the phones and they wont to it. After spending over 2 hours at the store each time he refused to process a return. Taking this issue to the corporate!

Tillman at Fincher farm store is best he is very patient knowledgeable and he changes my plan took off all the things I did not need and saved me money. He made me happy to be a part of the TMobile Family!
