I took my Surface Pro there because I it fell and the screen cracked. I was told that it could be repaired and given the price and length of time that it would be fixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I brought my phone to CPR to have the cracked screen repaired on my phone, everything else was working great. After picking up my phone two weeks ago, I have had nothing but issues with my phone which caused me a lot if inconveniences. The first time when I picked up my phone thinking it was repaired, come to find out I could not hear anyone who called me nor could they hear me ! I had to either use my speakerphone or my bluetoorh earpiece to communicate! I took my phone back to the shop where another repairman looked at my phone and discovered the first guy who put on the spassedalk to people without them cutting in and out and they can not hear me as well!essed up, so this other repairman ordered a new screen and earpiece for the audio.I took the phone back and thought everything would b ok! I picked up my phone and i am still having issues! Now they want to say its a network issue but it is not! I contacted t-mobile and it has nothing to do with the. and network. CPR said they would refund me my 150.00 dollars however, I would have no screen and would not b able to use my phone! I am now stuck with a damaged phone. CPR states that my phone passed all the LG tests according to them, but I still can not talk without people not being able to hear me and me hearing them! The owner took no responsibility for this entire ordeal and now I am forced to purchase another phone.!! Totally unprofessional!

When No one else could help me get a battery for my laptop, CPR was recommended by of all people a battery company that did not have access to what I needed. CPR was able to order and install the battery for me. Rethinking my contract with Best Buy and Geek squad at this point.

Customer Service is very poor. Do not bring your phone there to repair because if it messes up again the same day you got it fixed they will fix it but tell you they wont do it again unless the charge you again because its not there fault. AFTER YOU JUST HAD IT FIXED BY THEM && IT MESSES UP THE SAME DAY AGAIN! They also get frustrated pretty easily. Maybe they just need new employees because Matthews, NC wasn’t pleasant.

Cracked iPhone screen and battery repaired in an hour. I would have had 2 plan ahead a week for apple store, and it was about $50 cheaper. No complaints on quality either. Works and looks like new.

The service is great, people are friendly and fast... but the part they put on was of very poor quality. I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I called them up and they got me in right away and had me back out within the hour with a new screen, at a very good price. I had noticed that the color and screen resolution was slightly off, but I just chalked it up to being an aftermarket part, not one made by Apple. And for $60, hey, Ill take it. I had to return a couple days later because the new screen would go black at random, they replaced it again. Again, they were very helpful, quick, and friendly. Got it back and still had color/resolution issues, but again, I was just going to deal with it. Fast forward about 6 weeks, and I dropped my phone again and broke it. Not wanting to spend $60-$70 again, I looked it up on YouTube..... seems easy enough. I ordered a $25 screen on amazon and replaced it myself... and the color/resolution is back to what it was before.Again, the people are great, friendly, helpful, and quick. They just must be using incredibly cheap parts. Like I said, the one I bought on Amazon was $25 and MUCH better quality.

Bought a used phone after losing my brand new one. Wow never plan on buying new again. Works great and came with a warranty for half the cost. Super nice on top of it all.

I brought my iphone into the repair shop because the screen was not responding to touch. The gentlemen working there explained the problem and that replacing the glass would likely solve it. Thirty-five minutes later the phone was fixed. I asked many questions about my phone and also about the newest phones available as well as the best place to get them. They patiently answered all my questions, without making me feel dumb. They also installed a protective cover for the glass. The phone is working great and the repair experience was excellent! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with his or her phone.

We found this place online and figured out what it would cost to fix my daughters phone. We compared that cost (rather steep) to the cost, aggravation & time required to replace it and decided to fix rather than replace. They had the screen in stock and mentioned that while the battery didnt need to be replaced immediately, it might be needed it in the next few months, so we had the battery done too since the price was discounted for replacing the battery while the phone was already apart.The guy we dealt with was nice, professional and said the phone could be repaired within an hour. It was done in 50 minutes for the price quoted. The battery has a 10-day warranty and the screen has a lifetime warranty for functionality (not breakage). Im very pleased.

My iPhone 6 would no longer hold a charge all day. After 4-6 hours it would be dead so I was having to constantly recharge it. I took my phone in for a new battery. Miller was my technician who was very helpful, honest, and friendly. He was able to replace the battery and it works great now. It holds a charge like a new phone would... without having to spend $800 on a new phone. Love it!

Fixed the busted screen on my iPhone, and replaced the battery. They discount any second repair during a screen replacement, so the battery wound up costing the same as Apples promotional pricing. Only it was done same day, instead of waiting weeks for Apple at this point. Highly recommend.

Went in to get my iPhone screen fixed, had to return the same day because the cameras were blurry now Im unable to answer a call and use the phone because the screen is blinking on and off. I cant even end a call. Will have to return again tomorrow to get fixed. UghWell went back, none of their screens worked.... Received a refund but I had to put my old screen back on which was cracked more than it was when I walked in. So annoyed. The staff didnt care. They were annoyed on bothered every time I returned. Dont bothering trying to reach a corp office, wont find one.Update : phone started doing weird stuff, couldnt hear out the speaker, camera is blurry and now my phone loses service when I put my case on. All this happened after their store 😩 Spoke to the owner and he was more interested in the interaction with the staff versus resolving my phone issues. Never again.

They tested and confirmed my battery needed to be replaced, but they just cleaned out my charge port. They could have charged me to replace the port and I wouldnt have blinked, but he was just too honest. Thanks!

5-star experience. The price for replacing the glass on my iPhone was less than I expected, so much so that it stopped all internal debate about whether I should put the money toward a new phone. The job was done in 45 minutes, and no one tried to upsell me on replacing the battery, too.I did go ahead and buy a new case, since the old one failed to protect against the drop. With the new case and the new glass, the phone looks brand new.

I was having trouble with my Droid phone shutting off randomly with 50% charge remaining. Thought maybe it was the battery, but CPR checked to make sure thats what was wrong so I didnt incur unnecessary expenses if it was something else wrong with the phone. OMG! Their service was great. I arrived an hour before closing with a screen that was damaged. They performed a data dump from the old phone to the new phone. They stayed even after the store technically closed to complete the data dump. I didnt feel rushed and thankfully all my contacts etc, were put on the new phone. Alleluia! Walked in with a smashed Galaxy J3 Eclipse. They had the part in stock for repair. Went back in an hour and my phone was as good as new. Cost was a lot lot lot cheaper than going to Verizon.
