This place is fantastic. I saw a Terrain that I was interested in while driving by. I swung in to get a little bit more information on the car. Arte was great, and got all the information for me without any pressure you get from most dealerships. I came back later that day and they gave me a very fair price on the Terrain. Went to Liberty Buick GMC to get a challenger I was looking for and finally found it. They had one on trade.I called and got in contact with Arte. Very nice guy. Polite, courteous, respectful, hard working and diligent. I was very pleased with the car. They had finished some recent maintenance on it and everything checked out. All the staff there was very friendly and polite. The manager was not pushy and annoying like some can be when I wasn’t happy with the first numbers. One star for my buddies referral. One star for my experience with the guy at the last desk in service today. Stopped in to have an ABS light/code run. I recently replaced a faulty wheel speed sensor and the code needs cleared on my 2015 GMC Sierra Kodiak according to a friendly dealer in central Georgia as I was passing through. Today at Liberty I was told to come back Thursday for an appointment despite the fact I also wanted to have a trade/sale value done as well. Just to check a code and clear it? Zero politeness or tact. I guess dealers aren’t actually hurting for nice used inventory. I’m headed back to Griffin in Monroe.

I have had a lot of work done to my Envoy in the last six months and every time I have visited the dealer the price has either increased or the have found a new problem that was not there originally. I have been a loyal customer ever since 2004, when I purchased my Envoy new. On my recent visit, I purchased a new set of tires and was never offered the road hazard coverage, until after I got a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I had to purchase a new tire, pay to have it mounted and a road hazard warranty for only three years. I know that the dealer is trying to make up for the revenue that they lost in 2020, but that is not my problem and I feel as though I was taken advantage of on all of my visits. The service personnel was excellent. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. My only problem is each time I have work done the end price always ends up being more than what I am quoted. I realize a quote is just that but Im always given one price over the phone and by the time I get to the shop to pick my vehicle up, the figures have changed. And of course that was never what I was quoted.I am about to check into alternative service.

I visited the service department today for routine maintenance and a detail before heading out of town. While inspecting my vehicle Hunter noticed a nail in my tire that I was unaware of. I am so thankful Hunter found that and was able to take care of it before I got a flat tire hours away from home! And after being cleaned it looks better than the day I bought it. I personally loath buying a car because of some of the people you have to deal with at the dealership. It was different at Liberty Buick GMC. Rusty and Brad were very polite and I never felt pressured throughout my visit. Left with the car I wanted and very happy!

On the positive side, everyone at your dealership is very nice, especially Hunter McCorkle. On the not so good side, I made it clear that I needed to get to work and if it was going to take a while I needed help renting a car for the day. Hunter told me if I got there at 7:30 I could probably be done in 45 minutes. I was the first person there on Wednesday. Check in was great. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes and then came out to see what was going on. My car was ready but no one had come to get me. I flagged down one of the techs and he said they needed to finish up the paper work. (this was only an oil change and tire rotation). 10 minutes later the paper work came in and it was wrong. I had given Hunter a $20 coupon upon arrival and it was not applied to my bill. Paper work went back out to Hunter. Paperwork was corrected (took another 10 minutes) and I finally got to pay and leave. Ended up at the dealership for over one and one-half hours. Would have asked to rent a car if I had known it was going to take that long up front. It was obvious to me that other customers came in around 8:15 and they got busy and lost track of my car. Not good. I had tried to let them know that it was important for me to get back to work quickly. I live a long way from your dealership so there needs to be a good reason to take the time to come to you. This was not a great experience.

Our Rep Robert was outstanding. He set expectations on what we should expect with the timing of the car arriving. He sold us a car we never in sat in or saw in real life. He listened to our needs and matched us with the perfect car for our family.

Expected more in the way of aesthetics, but spirited decorum showed itself in the staff. Transaction for regular car check up was smooth and painless. Friendly attentive staff.In the lounge is courtesy coffee/tea. A couple of vending machines for snacks are available. Three wall mounted TVs and comfy modern seating are available while you wait. Its what I suspect as covid bland in the showroom, but you can see car, truck and motorcycle branded accessories and limited inventory for my first visit, but for most important purposes, this dealership serves.

I had to go and get my tire replaced because I had a nail in my tire and my back up camera hasn’t been working right. I was in and out in an hour. Every time I go there whether to buy a car or get it serviced they always take great care of me and make everything easy and quick.

Got me in quickly on a Saturday and pricing was very reasonable

I went in for a new powering steering pump ($900) and to find out why my radio and signals work but there is no sound. I paid over $100 for them to tell me they think it’s a $600 amplifier. I have never known a amp to stop the sound. Also was told it would take a full day but they had no rentals so I was taken home and stuck til the next day. Very frustrating and costly

I always get great service at this location from Jacob and the rest of the Service Department. Any issues I ever have with my car Im kept up-to-date with and I leave knowing theyre fully resolved.

Routine maintenance brought me here (rotate tires, change the oil)Use of plastic covers on seat and steering wheel was a consistent norm with other Buick dealerships as well as this one. i was offered a car wash, but it wasnt needed. Saved myself some time...While waiting I saw some GM car, motorcycle and truck accessories on display, but all cars were outdoors. Wish it were a bit less drab aestetically, but perhaps a covidizm warranted the minimalistic and...less inventoried car dealership.There are a couple of vending machines and wall mounted TVs in the lounge. Soft, modern-style seating along with other seating areas throughout. I had a courtesy cup of hot coffee, walked around the lot to study newer versions of my Buick, and was greeted to where I could ask a few questions.overall, it was a friendly staff that made it joyful during my approximate one hour wait for completed service. No one explained about what was done, but the car drives better. Masks were worn by most staff.
