Is is a nice place, prompt attention as soon as you pull up. Cal is awesome, he is always looking out for me. Waiting area is pretty good, can get a little noisy so if your waiting for your car you might want to bring AirPods. Nice fresh coffee. Price is a little high for a oil change but it is a dealership so that is expected.

Ive never been so excited to lease a new Audi! My sales rep, Joy, who was a joy to work with, and her manager, Tobias, made the process smooth, easy and understandable. They had my needs in mind. I love my old 2018 Q5 and found the new 2021 Q5 had some much needed technological upgrades, making the car even more appealing. I got one with all the bells and whistles in a gorgeous slate grey and best of all, none of the hassles of negotiating. In Finance, Marcus made the paperwork simple and easy to understand. Overall, I paid a fair price and was treated with white glove service!

Once again, Audi of Charlotte provided the best after-the-sale service experience I have ever had at any car dealership. This includes M-B, BMW, Lexus, Volvo. This one Service Department, ever since 2009 when my experience began, has maintained this quality level. It is that profound, that simple.

They take forever to do anything. I scheduled an oil charge for 09:30am and didnt leave until 12:30pm. However, they usually do good work.

Service was done as soon as warranty parts were available. Had a great loaner car and Spencer our service rep was great and kept us informed

AUDI Charlotte is an extremely well run organization. Service is by appointment. I arrived at the appointed hour and was immediately met by a representative who directed me to my appointed service representative. We agreed on the service to be performed and I retired to their very comfortable waiting area. Coffee and snacks are available as well as secure WiFi. Service rep reviewed services performed and took my payment (no trip to a central cashier). I can’t ask for better service.

Had an early Friday appointment for some simple warranty work. It wasnt finished by the end of the day so the vehicle had to be kept over the weekend. I wasnt notified on Friday afternoon until very late in the day so that wasnt very convenient.When I picked up the vehicle, the work was done correctly but the vehicle was slightly dirty (vehicle was immaculate when brought in).

One of the easiest car purchasing experiences Ive had. An out of state dealer offered me early trade in of my S3 for a new S4. Max Montoya and the team at Audi Charlotte found me an S4 with higher trim/options for the same price. Much of the process was handled via email before I went to the showroom, so I was only there for maybe an hour before the keys were in my hand. Will be using Audi of Charlotte for all my future vehicles.

I bought my car from them on 8/18. I’ve been patiently waiting for the DMV to send my tags (which I understand is not the dealerships fault), however I’ve called 3 days in a row with no clear resolution as to why I still need to drive around with expired tags. Each time someone says they will call me back but they don’t.

Buying cars has to be among my least favorite activities but Richard Gouhin made it work. Kept me posted as he searched for inventory, let me know when a car that fit my needs was there, and made it a pretty low pressure visit. I got solid information, the data I needed, and a quick close. The car perfectly fits my needs right now, and Richard made sure I could get it done and drive it home quickly.

I was bit disappointed during sales but the service center rocks. Service by Bill and Jurgis is exemplary. Kyle is another guy who is good at technology around digital dashboard display and is patient enough to explain the features in detail.

Great experience with Audi Charlotte. I started the process of checking out an Audi Q5 on Thursday, June 17. Tyler was so nice & helpful over email & phone. I went to the dealership the next day. Tyler was working with another customer & had Grant assist me. Grant was just as nice & helpful. Went through all the features & accompanied me on a test drive. When we got back to the dealership, we went over numbers. He was patient & understanding with my questions & hesitations. Daniel (I believe his name) in sales was easy to talk to as well. I spoke with Grant & Tyler on Saturday & the following Monday, still trying to work something out. On Tuesday we did. I ended up finalizing the sale with Tyler. Pepe is finance was easy to work with. He was very friendly & explained everything calmly & thoroughly.Overnight I had panicked over the sale. I went in the next day quite frantic & the receptionist was so understanding & sweet. I ending up speaking with the general manager, Jeff. He was very kind & empathetic & worked out a better arrangement for me. I again worked with Pepe & he was just as pleasant as he was the previous day.The lot & showroom are all nice, clean, & maintained.I highly recommend Audi Charlotte.

My service representative was considerate and responsive. However, my experience was quite strange. I picked up my car after a routine service and paid $300 or so. As soon as I left lot, my air conditioner was blowing hot air on a 95 degree day. Air conditioner worked fine when I dropped car in morning. I can’t prove anything but I find it very odd that a “high pressure sensor” malfunctioned at the very moment I picked up car. Why wouldn’t mechanic have identified this as an issue? Did he/she really not test or use AC when working on the car on a 95 degree day? Forgive me, but I think I was taken and probably should have questioned the mechanic. I am not very knowledgeable, so perhaps this was an unfortunate coincidence but I found it very strange and it cost an extra $400.

Bill A. Is great. Listened to my concerns. Appreciated that he explained all work that was going to be performed, gave me an estimate for the work and came in well under the estimate. I was waiting on my car so he provided me with regular updates and ensured work was being done in a timely manner. Honestly though, would have stayed all day. Audi dealership is very nice, great internet, snacks, and was able to work remote.

I was quoted $899 all in for replacing a water pump. Got the bill...low and behold it was close to $1000. Oh they add a $30 dollar multi point inspection that I didnt authorize, additional antifreeze that should have been included in the $899 but of course wasnt. These dealership love playing the game. Last time I go to Audi Charlotte.

Had such a great experience with Audi of Charlotte and Logan our advisor. I would not call him a salesmen (This is a good thing). He never tried to sale me nor pressure me. He answered all my questions and let the car sale itself. I also appreciate that he would never speak badly about another brand when I asked him why choose Audi over another brand. Prompt service, easy terms. Accurate advertisement, fair market value for a low miles model. Pricey ‘service contract’ warrantee but had what I needed. The car could’ve been more neatly readied, the wax job was rushed and the beige seats could’ve been cleaner. But it still smells good and clean and drives well a week into it. Max and Tyler were friendly and helpful, mild sales tactics by the sales manager but nothing predatory. Coffee was great, variety of snacks, comfortable showroom, pleasant and clean environment, clean bathroom.

I was appreciative to have a space to work. The past 2 times I was in the car wash has been broken. They said it would be vacuumed but it wasn’t. I was also not asked about my inspection and now I need to take it somewhere else to be inspected.

Was disappointed in this dealership for multiple reasons.A small part came off the front of my car so I stopped by to see how to order the parts/fix. The service department sent me over to parts to have them order. Parts let me know there was someone on site who was able to paint the part (for a fee which is fine). They let me know they would call on a Tuesday once the parts came in to let me know what that fee would be and let me know the parts were in. Never heard from them. I followed up a week later and they told me the parts have been there and that they didnt have someone to paint the items. It took a run around to figure out who that person is there that paints the parts.Once I stopped by to pick up the parts, I asked how I would go about scheduling the service to replace and if I pay all at once for service and parts, etc. The man at parts told me he doesnt work with the service department so I would need to go talk to them to figure it out. Seems a bit silly when they are stationed right next to each other.Made the appointment and got the part fixed. Noticed that after the service one of the caps on my tire rims were missing (usually around $4-$8 to replace). I called to let them know the business day after and the service advisors response was, well it most likely didnt happen during the service but that he had an extra at his desk from someone elses car and wasnt sure it would fit.Overall, not a good experience. Which is unfortunate because every other Audi dealership Ive been to has been outstanding customer service. Hopefully the other Audi dealership in Charlotte Northlake is better.

Audi of Charlotte and the team go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy. We worked with Rich Gouhin 2 years ago for our Q5 and just recently returned for a Q7. Both experiences were first rate from start to finish. Rich accommodated our busy schedules and despite the car shortage, was able to secure the exact model/trim/color we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgable about the technology and offers continued support for understanding it even after you drive off the lot. We are extremely happy with our Q7 and our experience at the dealership. We would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Awesome experience leasing a brand new Audi A4 with AUDI Charlotte. The salesman, Max Montoya, was super knowledgeable about the AUDI product and each individual I met was hospitable and friendly. The Team spirit was contagious and I applaud the entire Dealership. Thanks for the best new car buying experience a person could have.

Everything was great, including our salesperson Max and the sales manager Danny. Pepe the business office/finance guy was great too. But it just seemed to take too long for the paperwork - every bit of 3 hours!!
