Easy appointment through online chat; efficient and friendly drop off; pleasant waiting area; service completed in a timely manner; and friendly and efficient handoff to cashier. Very pleasant experience. I felt like everyone appreciated me being there and treated me as such. I know they are a little more expensive than the garages but I felt in good hands and it was worth it to me

Theres nothing particularly notable about my visit because they performed their jobs as one would expect, which is not the exception and should always be expected. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the cleanliness and courtesy. And my vehicle is running great.

Ive been coming here ever since we moved down to Charlotte almost 2 years ago. Service is fast, detailed, timely and theyre willing to go above and beyond to help you. I usually request for Brandon, but everyone in the department is helpful. I highly recommend that you visit Infiniti of Charlotte to have your vehicle serviced

Heratio is amazing! He is professional, focused, and makes me feel like family. He lets me know when he is helping others which means a lot to me so I don’t have to wonder. I feel he treats everyone like family and that tells me he gives everyone the same level of great focus. It is a balancing act and he does it well.

Online scheduling was very easy and made getting service convenient. Once I arrived I was greeted by the service manage and reason for visit was double check. I choose to wait for car inside. Very clean and comfortable and service was performed within a timely manner.

John was prompt and very courteous. The dealership is taking every measure to be Covid friendly and impeccably clean. The touch less experience is definitely a plus even in a non-Covid environment. The extra little service of washing my car before returning it to me was appreciated.

Offers a complete evaluation of the vehicle, regardless what youre there for, and lets you pick and choose what youd like performed. You dont get an inflated bill with, we also HAD to fix and charged you for....I deal with Brandon Stevens. Good dude and talks straight.

Horatio was EXCELLENT! He was prepared for my visit and got all my recommended maintenance services completed. This was the type of EXPERIENCE that I was accustomed to in Greensboro, NC. Truly this is the first time Infiniti of Charlotte got it right for me. He truly represented Infiniti well and took great care of my automotive needs. Got my oil changed and an alignment on my Hyundai and had a very pleasant experience with their service. Wasnt sure if they could service all car brands, but they do which really helps because I live close by. They also ran my car through the wash after servicing it, which helped save me some time at home not having to worry about doing that myself. Staff was also very professional and easily trustworthy with my vehicle. Even if you just need a quick oil change, Infiniti is a great place to take your car! I am a college student on a budget but they have great pricing for their services. Would recommend!

I made an in person appointment with service consultant Haratio for a oil change on my 2019 QX60 on Sat. 4/24/2021. I called to verify the time of the appointment for Saturday 5/1/2021 that morning and was told that there was no record of the appointment. The person Who answered the phone told me to come in between 10 and 1030 and they would get me in right away. When I got there, the service consultant said he didn’t remember me until I reminded him that I asked him if the new QX55 was in (he didn’t know what the Qx55 was) then he acknowledged our conversation and remember me but he still didn’t have my appointment and wanted me to wait an hour and a half to get the oil changed. I asked him what was the purpose of me making an appointment if I still have to wait? He didn’t answer. I’ve dealt with this dealership before. I actually purchase cars from them. There service department has always been there weakest link. Keep that in mind. Even though I live less than 5 miles from this dealership. I go to Lake Norman Infiniti and I’ve purchase my last 4 cars from them because of there service quality.

Great service.They have snacks and beverages while you wait.We bought a QX 80 and love it.Sales and service people are really friendly and helpful.They are not pushy like most other dealers.They have a classy 5 star dealership.

Utterly the absolute worst experience I have had dealing with a service department. I took my 2010 QX56 in for a weird noise i was hearing when i turned the steering wheel. Fast forward 2.5 hours later to hear my 10 year old car which is maybe worth $10k at most with 132,990 miles needed $6,500 worth of work. I had two weeks left on my extended warranty I purchased from carmax along with the car ( can’t recommend Carmax enough wonderful experience every time ) Infiniti wanted to charge me $1900 for “ wear and tear items “ and then have me pick up my car and then come back complaining that I heard another noise in miss you steering column so they could then charge my Warranty company $5200 to rebuild the steering column. I am sorry but that is FRAUD. I am a woman and Ray the service tech used the “you are just a sweet little lady” card to pressure me into trying to dump an absurd amount of money into my car after I expressed concerns over it being too much to invest into a car that is only worth $10k. I wish I could say this is the only time this has happened at this dealership. I honestly have had only one good experience there with a female service tech but she is not there anymore. I wish I could remember her name. She was great.After this last experience I promptly traded it in for something much more reliable.Infiniti of CHARLOTTE should have a bathtub of Hand Sanitizer to bathe yourself in when you leave. I will NEVER buy another one of their vehicles just to avoid going back there.
