I went in to get my stripped lug studs and lug nuts replaced and they did a great job replacing all five without damaging the hub. Each time I’ve went in I have had the exact problem I had come in for taken care of.

Never go here for more than an oil change. For months my brakes have been making a creaking noise and I’ve had them checked here multiple times. My last visit I spent hours waiting for them to diagnose the issue. As usual, they couldn’t find anything. I finally got fed up with the noise and went to a real mechanic. Within seconds, they were able to tell me I needed new brake pads. Had them replaced and the noise is gone. Again, I’ve had my brakes checked at this Meineke location multiple times and was assured they didn’t need replacing. Who knows what danger I could’ve been put in if it was something more serious, or if I didn’t think to get a second opinion.

Nice people nice work. There is no better place to fix your car other than Meineke. You not gonna regrets with Meineke. I love this place. Very friendly. Will be back soon Meineke for my Ford Taurus ok. Thanks for everything.

I have been to coming to this location quite often. They always recommend whats necessary and not pressure you into whatever they upsell. If they can save you money on a job, they will definitely do it. I remember one time I was told that my car issue was under warranty by the dealership. I went to the dealership and they told me I wasnt covered under warranty. I went back to schedule an appointment with meineke for the job. The mechanic got on the phone with the dealership and fought and argued for me, that it was definitely covered under warranty. They ended up saving me 500$ for a repair and directed me to the dealership that did the same job for free The point is, they take care of you, even if it meant directing you somewhere else to save money

Liz the receptionist is very friendly & professional!The mechanics that had work on my car been great to my knowledge! Been an customer for about 3 past oil changes and I love how they take pictures of different parts of your car! They dont try to tell you that you need extra stuff done to your car that you really dont need! Unlike dealerships or other mechanical shops i know exactly whats going on and I love the fact that I always get an report on my car! There also been the cheapest as well! I highly recommend this Meineke !!

The Matthews location is absolutely phenomenal! Liz is usually at the front desk and she is so helpful and sweet! Always trying find ways to help out her customers. You can tell she genuinely loves her customers and trys her best to take care of them. This was my first time going to a Meineke and I will continuing going here!

The staff informed me of their process. They made recommendations according to their diagnostics. The pictures helped in my decisions. Finally, they finished within their stated time period. So far, the brakes are working fine. I will be back.

After paying $500 for repairs, I had to turn around and go back because they had not some obvious work I had paid for. I wonder what wasnt done that I couldnt see.

This was truly the most unexpected and greatest experiences I have had with car repair services in all my 30+years of Driving. Liz located at Meineke shop in Matthews, NC was my first and only contact. I was in NC on business 5+ hours away from my home when I noticed a oil leak from my car. I mentioned this and kids in the car and she immediately took car to come out and check. Once she verified it was a leak she had me check in and problem handled immediately. I joked with her I needed to move to NC for their business. More importantly, I have never used Meineke for service but they were so through with a detailed picture report and honesty I have planned to find a chain in my area to start my servicing. I hope I find a similar experience back home. Kudos to Liz... She rocks!

As a woman, it is difficult to find a mechanic shop that makes me feel comfortable and people who dont automatically treat me like I dont know what I am doing. I will definitely be returning!

Liz and team were awesome! They showed a level of honesty and integrity that is hard to find in a mechanic. We had a check engine light / error code that they diagnosed. They could have easily said, you need a new timing belt to the tune of $X,XXX dollars. Instead they took time to investigate the issue, and (based on their knowledge of our vehicle make/model) recommended another course of action that fully solved our issue. There is a competitor just 10 mins from my house, and although this Meineke store is 20 mins away ... Ill be doing all my business with Liz and team from now on. Thank you so much!

Was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling and they took my vehicle back right away as soon as I got there. Their vehicle report is comprehensive and includes images so you know theyve checked actually inspected and can see the findings for yourself. The office staff is friendly and have gone above and beyond to make the waiting area and checkout process safe during Covid. They even disinfected my keys before giving them back to me! I was really impressed and grateful for their efforts, will be going back and recommending them to everyone.

I went here yesterday to get an oil change. I initially called around and ask for prices in my area. Meineke car care was the cheapest. Over the phone the lady gave me a price of 32.95+ tax. When I got to the place she said that she had a coupon that she could apply to my order which would bring the total down to 24.95. I was excited because I did not have much money to spend on a oil change. They brought my car back within minutes of being there. The mechanic was working on my car and I watched him through the window he took pictures of parts of my car like the brakes, the boot, suspension, air filter, & etc. when he Did his routine check they found that the air filter was dirty. I was a little shocked because when I took my Hyundai for my last oil change and my mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it. Although they did give me pictures and gave me proof that it needed to be changed so overall I was happy with the service. My new total came to about $53 in the total time I was there was maybe like 15 minutes the service was fast friendly and helpful! Definitely will go back for my next oil change!

One of the best places Ive taken my car. The employees are honest and the work is done within time frames given. This is now my go to for any car issues.

Very thorough and helpful. They take pictures of everything & explain in detail why they are recommending a particular service or repair. Went in for state inspection, & oil change. Left with new battery & repaired tire in addition to the intended services. And, because they took the time to actually show me the problems, I was able to trust that the additional work was needed.

I will absolutely be coming here for all my work in the future! They are so thorough; they even send you pictures of your car and tell you what’s wrong with it and how to fix it. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars (I did change my own headlights though!) I really appreciated this. Liz in the office was wonderful and I felt completely safe and welcome. She went over what repairs I need and helped me prioritize the ones that need to be done first.(They were observing the covid guidelines and had hilarious cat videos on the tv for entertainment!)10/10 I’ll be back in the future!

I was very impressed because the gentleman that brought the floor jack out to the parking lot jacked my car up and put new tires on drive side of my car all at the same time taking care of other projects in the shop helping customers and even answered the phone once that i saw and all that being done still finished my car from start to finish in a timely manner. Had a tire repaired. Did it right away. Showed me the problem.

Went to get my car inspected 30 October 20. Onboard computer needed a fix- fuse was blown, wire needed re-connection. They got it all done within about a half hour. Didnt charge me for the fuse (saved $20). In and out with inspection, parts, and labor for $72. Awesome. And the manager, Liz, is the sweetest lady. We talked about life, God, and our purpose on Earth while I waited. Made a friend. Wonderful. Highest recommend. Go see them-! JS...

If you are interested in getting a “free” diagnostics test. It IS NOT FREE! They put the same machine at auto zone and ask you for over $100 to do more inspection.Great customer service.However if you can avoid going during Covid I would because I booked an appointment and waited in my car for an hour and a half for them to touch my car to tell me what I already knew. No waiting area inside so I waited in the hot sun once they finally got to my car.The point is: do not believe the idea of a “free diagnostic test” it’s the same thing they can do at a auto parts store with less wait time.

Recently did a great job fixing my windshield washer sprayers on two of my vehicles.Did a fantastic job fixing my power steering leaking clamp during an oil change!Did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioner durably! Has fixed many items on my vehicles.

Had a great experience today, I was a walk in with my oil light and check engine light on. Jason got me in right away and the prices are reasonable. They looked over my car and determine a few things needed to be taken care of but wasnt pushy. Originally they suggested to do a diagnostic on the car but I mentioned my gas cap was loose, so they suggested to change the gas cap first, which was the cheaper route. I appreciate them trying to help me save money verses being pushy and making me spend more money. I will continue to come here. Thanks for being honest.

I had a great experience at Meineke. This was my second visit and my experience has always been great. I had went there for a oil change and it did not take them long. I was greeted with a smile and treated well. This is my favorite place to go to have maintenance done on my car. The staff and manager are very nice and kind and they treated me with respect and kindness and even made me laugh. I will definitely be going back when it is time for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great prices and they always have some sort of coupon online that you can use towards your service! Yes, yes, yes, I visited Meineke Car Care Center for a exhaust upgrade and I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta... they have the best mechanic in Charlotte... he had my 4 cylinder car sounding like a 6 cylinder straight pipe and I love it. I brought my car and they took care of it right away... prices are reasonable and they are willing to work with you. The staff were very professional, they value their customers... and the quality of work they do is beyond great, no bad vibes when it comes to customer service, nothing but a happy customer driving away. Clear, up front pricing, thorough explanations, and they didnt try to trick me into unnecessary work. The process was clear and the pricing was fair but be sure to search online for coupons.

Keith as the owner is an awesome guy. His customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. The front end customer service is awesome. Darlene has made sure to always remain honest with me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable while my car is being repaired. So because of that I will continue to take my business back to them even though they are located on the opposite side of the town from where I reside. I am willing to drive for great customer service and knowing that my vehicle is in the hands of the best.

The woman at the front desk kept me apprised of everything that would happen and going on. She set expectations clearly from price, to when my car was pulled in, and 15 mins before it was done. The work was done within an hour. Before I left, she showed me pics and repairs I should consider and when. She was clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. She also printed out quotes for work I could have completed in the future. Waiting area was very clean, recent magazines of every kind were available, as well as free cold bottled water. Will definitely go back to this location.

Lol they were trying to out talk me but I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle, see this what mechanics gone have to understand, its to much information out here now and they cant be out here flexing on people just trying to take their money, do it right the first time (u might not always get a fourth) u will not have to see them again or then again maybe u do see them again Its Up to You (mechanics & company) long story short they did not know what they was doing with my Vehicle, I dont know if it was to big of a job and they thought they could cut corners and try to save me coins or them some coins 🤷🏾‍♂️ or not but it should not have resulted in me having to take my vehicle somewhere else with them being just right down the street in my community ! I was very well attended, the attendant is very friendly, they fixed my problem on the same day and they made a check list of what I need to fix my car.

Were planning to buy this used vehicle, but brought in for them to look over first. So glad we did. Meineke identified many problems we never would have recognized including bad catalytic converter, cleared warning lights for engine problems that were not really repaired, an unreported accident and (this is the truth) a rats nest in the air intake. Best money I ever spent was by taking that used vehicle to Meineke. Could have used the info to negotiate price but we decided to just walk away from the sale.
