They had my car into the garage immediately when I pulled it up to the business- absolutely no wait time!my oil change was done in about Il 15 minutes max!! They offered me different services and options and prices without pressuring me- very informative efficient and polite and were more than happy to accept and apply the coupon I had gotten offline

The staff are incredible. Kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. The cost for services however is too high. I was in a bind and couldnt make it to either of my normal places for service, I ended up paying nearly twice as much as I normally would.

They advertise that they do brakes. Went to get my brakes done and an oil change and they said they dont do brakes on weekends because they are too busy. Not a single other customer came in while we were there. There was no wait. The prices were outrageous for just an oil change. Yes they vacuum your vehicle and was your windows but I dont think I need to pay the wages of the 5 guys it took to do that. Maybe one of them could have looked at the brakes instead. Just a thought.

I was impressed with the overall service, but the staff was friendly and really explained things for great personalized service.

Just got my oil changed and tires rotated. They offered to repair my fogged up headlights with this new repair kit, they have only started to use in the last 2 weeks. I am so great full that they offered this product to me! The headlights are clear and have awesome visibility now! That you for your great fast great service! Job well done, guys!!

Stopped in for an oil change. The New Mgr was very rude and unprofessional. Asked to remain in my truck because of Covin19. The Mrg refused to let me stay in my car. If I didnt like it, I could leave so I did. I called the company and they said the customer could remain in there car. Would Not Recommend .

Good setvice

Needed new headlights and taillights. The previous owner had re-wired the lights and they needed to be re-wired back to the original design. They did so in about an hour for a reasonable price. Great customer service.

This Jiffy Lube is anything but jiffy. Ive been here 20 minutes and have yet to have anyone even look at my truck. Maybe a scheduled appointment would help. I dont know. But, I recommend you not come here without one.

I just stopped to ask if I could get a little air in one tire and Zack was so nice and insisted that he check all 4. He also gave me estimates on new tires.

I was happy with the service until I learned (the hard way) the employee didn’t tighten the oil cap. Long story short, I lost a lot of oil and sustained damages, luckily my engine didn’t lock. They’re acknowledging their mistake but refuse to pay the cost of repairs.

Jiffy Lube is convenient. They are usually busy. Sometimes they forget to switch the sign to show that there is a wait. They always try to sell you something additionally, but they will do what you ask.

Faster than you could possibly believe

So Ive been in line for about an hour and theyve gotten 1 car in. I cant get out of line because the drive in is only 1 lane with a wall on one side and a fence on the other. Theres 4 more cars in front of me so I guess Ill be here for 3 or more hours? Very annoying.

If you enjoy your working car, dont take it to jiffy lube.Update to last review. Decided to give them another chance because I was in a hurry. Brought in my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with 8k miles. They managed to disconnect the window washer fluid line while changing the oil. No idea how that happens. But again. IF YOU ENJOY YOUR WORKING CAR. DO NOT BRING IT HERE. IT WILL NOT WORK WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Jiffy Lube on 4th St. Mason City changed my oil & replaced oil filter. About a wk later noticed my van was leaking fluid. Turns out the oil plug was hand tight and was leaking oil because of it!

Took over an 1 hour for an oil change and air filter replacement, which per Jiffy Lube oil changes includes interior vacuum and exterior window cleaning. They cleaned the windows but didn’t vacuum... not worth $123

Only one bay was open so had to wait awhile to get in. When I did get in service speed was ok. The receipt said windows were cleaned and floors vacuumed, but they were not. Employees standing around, could have been cleaning windows and vacuum floors.

Important points that they are going to improve: 1.- they are mounted on the cars finishing off a cigarette, (I smoke but I wash my hands before boarding my vehicle) so the steering wheel is not left with the smell of cigarettes. 2 .- They are not attentive at the time of disassembling parts of the vehicle: I hope this week to notify me because I damaged the container where the air filter goes (I observed when they removed the lid and jumped the piece) not to call me Ill have to go with the police to solve. 3.- They added water to the windshield wiper reservoir without asking if the customer uses water or another additive, in these cold donuts you can not add water since it freezes. 4.- I pay Mobil 1 oil and I do not know if what they put was Mobil 1 since the container where they pour in oil has no label. OBSERVATION: before all this they are educated and I like to go there since I see my vehicle at all times since I leave it until when it is ready. I hope correct.

I still hope that they warn me to look for a spare that damaged me. Until they respond to me, it will be the worst for me
