Rear wiper arm was damaged on my Sienna and insurance company asked me to get quote to have it replaced, including labor. Tom at Hosmer Toyota gave me a quote & said he would install it free. When I received the repair check, I returned to get the rear wiper arm assembly replaced, a different guy at the service desk said they would not replace it for free, even after he confirmed with the parts guy that Tom said he would replace it for free. He said Tom would be on duty the next night. Returned & I was told Tom had decided to retire. I bought a $15 wiper arm puller on Amazon and replaced it myself in less than five minutes. I won’t be considering Hosmer Toyota when it comes time to replace my Sienna, Tundra or Celica GT.

Was stranded on my way home for a trip to Iowa. There were circumstances beyond their control but Thom Walsh did everything he could to help me. Really appreciated it.

We had a fabulous experience at Hosmer Toyota. We live about 1:45 away and we called to confirm they still had the vehicle we were looking at. They had it ready for us right when we got there.
