I have been using hearing aids for 10 years . my advise to anyone shopping for hearing aids, DO NOT GO TO ACCUQUEST HEARING CENTERS ! i have been through 4 different brands of hearing aids . Accuquest sold me a pair of $8000 hearing aids, that are the WORST hearing aid i have ever used! The sound is miserable, cant understand half of what people are saying, high cost maintenance, they tell you that there is an app you can use with an android phone to listen to music, but there is not! I have had 8 or more replaced, lost count . thank god they are still under warranty. customer service is not good, they have no clue what a person with hearing loss is listing to with there hearing aids, they are JUNK ! They know it and dont care . i gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me post with no stars
