Blount Hearing and Speech Services are 5 plus in my book. I was in Gatlinburg when my hearing aid stopped working. I am from Smyrna Tenn so I didn’t know for sure what to do. I am practically deaf without my hearing aid. My wife called them for me and they were So Nice! I drove to Maryville and they fixed it perfectly! They treated me like an old friend. I was extremely pleased with the staff and Dr. Berry. I received my appointment in one week. The staff was professional and efficient. My hearing test was run efficiently. Dr. Berry took the time to explain what he was doing and did not rush me through the process.Highly recommended.

The audiologist was nice and professional. I have been to at least 5 different audiologists to test my hearing due to my fluctuating hearing loss as I moved around a lot. She is one of the two that didn’t push for hearing aids. I know I am not a level that I need them and it was nice to be seen and get the audiogram that I needed with no pressure to look at hearing aids.

I was able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was very friendly, and able to bill insurance directly. They were very helpful, and closely listened to my needs, and even faxed the results to the agency I needed it to go to. I would not hesitate to use their office again. My annual hearing review was with Beth. She is always professional, very understanding to hearing issues, and extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Paul gave me a most thorough hearing exam and John spent time with me getting my hearing aids to work better than I knew they could. The food is great and every where you look there is a TV on whatever game is on.

How do you help a 104yr + person over with over 80% hearing loss and an additional hereditary hearing problem make out anything in a changing world? You take them to Mr. Berry.
