Fantastic people and quality work! Owner and his wife gave me a 30 min one way ride back when I brought my Nissan to them with ruined transmission. My car was done for much less money than most places and it driving great. They gave me 6 month warranty as well. I recommend this place

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! It is a complete rip off. Claims to rebuild your transmission and you will receive your transmission back with a terrible paint job and in worse working condition then before it was Rebuilt. Will not make it right either. Go somewhere else!!!!

I took my 2007 Nissan Frontier into Troy and had him do a TOTAL rebuild on it. When I got it back the transmission would shift hard and shudder/slip really bad when going up hill or under a load. I asked him about it and he said it was breaking in and to just drive it. A month later its still doing it and he said that they have done all they can and it must be the engine. Ive had it checked out by multiple people and they all have said that its the transmission causing the problem. I would not reccomend B&B at all. Their work is very poor and they do not stand by their warranties!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my van here not even a year ago and Troy was supposed to do a total rebuild on it. I got it back and in just a couple of days it was acting weird and shifting hard so I called Troy and he said oh its fine it just has to work out the kinks just keep driving it. Four months later my transmission started acting up and went back into limp mode. I called Troy and said hey my transmission is back in limp mode and he said ok bring it down here it must of been a bad part. So we take it back and he tells me the transmission is completely busted on the inside that he will fix it. We get it back and its drivable but still shifting really hard 4 months later (2-10-19) I come to a red light push the gas and my car doesnt move then all of a sudden it jerks into gear and goes back into limp mode and it starts making this horrible noise. Next morning we call Troy he gets all mad and says bring it down here Ill look at it we take it down there with it being in limp mode and not shifting and he says theres no way it could be the transmission. I cant help you!!

Wouldnt even give this place a star had transmission rebuilt here. Suppose to warranty their work it messed up a week after they got done with it. He said it was a part they didnt replace so tried to charge me again for another rebuild dont see how they still have business

I wouldnt even give this place one star. They fix your transmission but they mess up your electrical system really good. Im sitting now at OCharleys on Kingston Pike with my car not starting. I have no ac and the whole system is screwed. I called when it first started and Mr Butler didnt want to discuss it. I would not recommend them to my enemy.
