Our fridge went out unexpectedly (like anyone ever expects it!) and we called Maryville Appliance Outlet to see about a replacement. We couldnt make it down there so Hope texted us pictures of the fridge and bought it over the phone. The fridge was delivered two days later and we couldnt be happier with our purchase!! Thank you so much for everything including the top notch customer service!

I purchased 3 “new” appliances (cooktop, double oven, and dishwasher) from Maryville Appliance Outlet. While they were very friendly and helpful and the prices were great, I do not believe the savings were worth the hassle. The double oven was installed first in our newly remodeled kitchen and would not turn on. We had to get in touch with the manufacturer to set up a service appointment, waited about a week, then the service contractor came out and fixed it. Next we installed the stove top, surprise surprise, it didn’t work either. We got in touch with GE and had to wait 3 WEEKS for a service technician to come fix it. Lastly, we installed the dishwasher and IT WORKED! However, it was missing some crucial hardware that prevented us from completing the install and using. Yep, another week waiting on parts to complete the dishwasher install. In conclusion, yes you will save money if you buy from Maryville Appliance Outlet but you better brace yourself for a lot of headaches.

FIRST LET ME NOTE YOU GET ENTERED INTO A DRAWING IF YOU POST A 5 STAR REVIEW IN THIS STORE... I AM POSTING A 1 STAR !!!!!At first I was thrilled I wouldnt have to wait 3 months for appliances, in the end I WAS REQUIRED TO WAIT BECAUSE THE APPLIANCES PURCHASED FROM THESE PEOPLE DID NOT WORK. The microwave was not repairable, the stove filled the house with smoke...they said it was steam.... the refrigerator cooling system had been altered and was leaking freon into the house, a toxic EPA regulated gas. (Verified by Appliance Repair) I had to go elsewhere and repurchase these appliances. They would not pickup or exchange what I had purchased, and after several weeks of daily phone calls they said they will refund the microwave and refrigerator, but not the stove. I will not use a stove that smokes from the electrical panel as I do not want a fire !!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER EVER EVER !!!!!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will definitely be back anytime we need a new appliance. They beat the big box stores in product, price and most definitely customer service! Shop and support Local!

Hope was great. Informative and pleasant. I wanted to go back and pay for the fridge i looked at...the business card said mon-sat 9 to 7pm. But I called ahead to tell her I was in the way....closed. Guess ill have to go back in Monday.

I called about a freezer, they were extremely nice and helpful. Once there they took the time to show me their inventory and answer any questions I had, even helped load both freezers!! Will definitely be going back!

Best appliance store in Maryville! My family and I moved to maryville from out of state and the owners have treated us like family! We have purchased small appliances to large, and you wont get a better deal anywhere else!

Drove from knoxville to check out refrigerators. I was very disappointed. They had 4 refrigerators in the store . One was sold . The other 3 were damaged. Prices were way too high.wont return

Do not purchase from here unless you want NON WORKING appliances that take 2 months to even HALF WAY resolve. They delivered a microwave that was non repairable, and a refrigerator that they obviously knew did not work. Then we turned on the oven for it to do nothing but fill the house with smoke. They refused to refund the oven and refunded the refrigerator and microwave but still refuse to come pick these pieces of junk up out of my kitchen.
