Isaiah did an amazing job. He came way ahead of schedule. He was extremely kind and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about what need to be fixed. He was kind enough to explain everything to me about what was going on and what need to be fixed. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him and the company that he works for. After 24 hours the freezer section still was not working and we contacted the office and was told the repair tech was out of the area and would have to contact him to find out when he could return and fix the problem. This was after leaving a message and 2 phone calls and still do not when it will be fixed.

So, I was absolutely lied to by Johnson Appliance Repair on everything regarding fixing my LG refrigerator. The friendly and helpful lady that answered the phone at Real-Time, informed me that my refrigerator was still under warranty!Mike called before he came over and was on time. He told me that a repair person has to be LG certified to work on LG products and have certain equipment to do so, which the first company was obviously not and did not have. Mike figured out that my compressor was not working. Johnson Appliance told me my compressor was fine and that it was my control panel. Mike was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He was nice enough to put my original control panel back in and it worked just fine.What a difference from one company to another! It was night and day. If I had called Real-Time Appliance Repairs first, I would not have had to put any money towards having my fridge repaired, not have been lied to about the cost, not waited forever and had it fixed correctly but Im certainly glad I called them second. Next time, I will call them first!

Real Time Appliance Repairs is by far the best appliance repair shop around. I had issues with several of my appliances around the house. I called real time and they were here the next day and was able to fix all of my issues on site. Customer service was exceptional both from the techs and the office staff. I will recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance fixed!

It was 90 dollars to get them out here to tell me I needed a new seal (that might work) and they needed to order the part. Also it would be another 60 dollars to come back out to fix the dishwasher plus parts and labor... I would not suggest any work from these guys... absolutely rude to my wife and on top of everything they didn’t even put the bottom part back together... what a mess this is!

I cannot rate Real-Time high enough. They saved Thanksgiving for us! Our oven stopped working and they searched far and wide to find the part we needed when it could have taken weeks to find one. Called in to see when was the soonest someone could come and look at my dryer. The guy in the office told me that he could have a repair guy out that day. He was one time, very nice, and fixed my dryer on the spot. I would not hesitate to call this company for any repairs.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with Real-Time Appliance Repairs. The initial appointment set up was easy and the person who assisted me with that was very nice. The first day they were set to come they did show up and attempted to diagnose the problem with our oven. They explained that it may not have been plugged in properly therefore causing the heating issues. They adjusted the plug and said we should be good to go. $225 for that service call. The next day was Thanksgiving Day and as I was cooking Thanksgiving Dinner the oven gave me an error (F19) and cut itself off. I contacted Real-Time and they said they would come back out and look at on the following Tuesday. I took a vacation day from work to be home between the service hours 10-6 for them to come again. No one showed up or even called that day. I called the next day and was promised someone would be there that Saturday so I wouldnt have to take another vacation day off to be available between 10-6. Once again, no one came or contacted us that day to say they couldnt make it. I do understand that scheduling issues happen, but I do believe that in situations like this that someone could make a simple phone call and say they cant come. I believe that is the least you can do to provide adequate customer service. But, we got nothing. So, our $225 was a complete waste. No repair, no parts, nothing.

Real-Time does component level repair ___ a lost art in this throw-it-out era. The washer gear-case housing sealant had started to fail. The clutch had failed and others gave estimates to replace the whole transmission for 50% more than the washer cost new __ making the repair uneconomical. Owner Katie stepped up to the plate and had her guy replace the clutch, and reseal the transmission housing. Unfortunately, the new technician chose not to replace the plastic motor coupler. 85 days after the warranty expired the washer’s weakest link, the plastic motor coupler failed. Owner, Dallas, recognized the omission of the coupler installation in the rebuild and sent a tech out to correct. Our 17 year old Kenmore/Whirlpool washer is now good to go for another decade and a half or more. Thank you Real-Time.

My refrigerator was not cooling. I called in and scheduled a appointment within 2 days I had a tech at my house. He was able to completely fix my refrigerator while he was there. He was also explained what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. If you need any repairs call these guys up!!

We are in the process of selling our home and needed the oven light fixed. I had 2 handy men come out. One wouldn’t even look at it and the other did but I decided not to go with him. I called real time and they had Mike our the same day, confirmed the problem, gave me aquote (the part was actually cheaper than me buying it myself at appliance store) and assured me it would be done by a certain date. Mike even offers his muscle with something else in my house. He was the nicest guy. He assured me he would be the person to come back and fix my oven light because I would be out of town and he did. Jessica i the office was awesome as well. With my initial call she helped me for 12 minutes on the phone trying her best to give me a possible price quote as well as look of part price and when it would be shipped. Again I was out of town so she easily sent me an invoice and I paid from my phone when the work was done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for service to any appliance. MIKE IS THE BEST and he I like a person that’s confident in their craft.....he’s just that! Thank you guys for coming to my rescue on short notice and with a deadline.

Michael came out to repair a refrigerator we had been having issues with, and was quick to diagnose the issue within minutes of his arrival. He was punctual, professional, and most of all knowledgeable in his profession. He not only repaired the refrigerator with ease, but explained the mechanics of the issue we were having which was quite interesting. He had such a positive attitude and was very personable. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and highly recommend requesting michael if you are to have any work done. If I were able to give 6 stars I would!

We’ve had 4 visits over the year to fix our refrigerator. They have a great technician but their customer service stinks. First,they almost never answer the phone and don’t reply to voice mails. This last attempt of a repair, scheduled a visit the did not show up or call. We called the next day 5 times before they answered and said they were discussing what to do. No updates yet. Next day still no call back. Were out $650 and we are still having the same problem.

Mike came out and was super friendly and knowledgeable He installed a compressor on my LG fridge. Great pricing and worked with LG about what was under my warranty. Will definitely call mike for any and all other appliance needs!

My dryers heating element went out. I called a couple other places and they gave me a timeframe of a week to come out. They first checked to make sure they had the parts needed, and told me they might have a tech for me tomorrow. Michael was in the office and he came out and fixed it the same day. We had Real-time come out to look at our ice maker AND our cooktop at the same time. They 1st guy looked at the way the ice looked and said it needed a water supply valve - never actually getting down to look at the ice maker itself; and the cooktop (based on turning it off and on) was working. (The cooktop had spontaneously turned itself on HIGH one day -when we left it on simmer to keep coffee hot for an hour or so). The icemaker had broken before and we knew it just needed a piece - to replace the patched up/repaired piece we put in previously. They sent a 2nd guy out to look at them both and the 2nd guy said we just needed to replace the whole icemaker - which was ok. When I said that the 1st guy said we needed a water supply valve - he said, oh yeah, you need that too. So they were supposed to call me with a quote to replace the icemaker but I never heard anything for several days so - I called and the girl answering said she had already ORDERED the icemaker and would call me back with a quote for the part and installation. Still waiting 4 weeks later and no call. ?? We try to find 1 person/company and stick with them if we get good service with price being secondary. Good service is imperative. What can you say except really poor service from Real Time Appliance. Will have to go find someone else to be our appliance servicer.

My washer needed the inlet valve replaced. I was considering doing it myself, but decided to see what different repairmen would charge. I talked to Katie(?). I explained that I would purchase the part, and I needed her to give an estimate of the installation charge. She didnt argue about giving an estimate on labor-only. In fact she talked me through the procedure if I wanted to try the replacement myself. Although I wound up doing the work myself, I really liked the friendliness and attitude of the company. I would give them a try without hesitation.

The repair tech fixed my whirpool refrigerator that wasnt cooling/freezing in a timely manner. The price was reasonable, beforehand the company recommended cleaning the coils before calling an actual repair tech out (which was helpful also). Would use the company again plus recommend.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. The only positive out of this experience is that the repair was completed. Otherwise, the office staff was a terror to deal with.

This is one impressive repair company. To say they are customer oriented would be an understatement. We had a Samsung oven and the burner element went out at Thanksgiving. We ordered a repair on-line, it came in and was wrong part. Long story short, Samsung discontinued part with NO replacement. I argued with Samsung, I called every box store in hopes they would have inventory but a complete no go. We called Real Time and from the beginning, the owner, Dallas wanted to help me find a solution. We talked on the phone for 45 minutes, I measured current part and within a few days Dallas had investigated a part that might work.. He was so invested in the solution for my wife and I and others potential customers, that he came to my house to insure it worked. This guy outsmarted the engineers at Samsung and we didn’t have to spend $1000+ on a new oven.In an age where many companies won’t answer the phone, won’t call you back, late for appointments, have people on staff that simply don’t know what their doing, this is absolutely refreshing.Dallas will get all my repairs in the future and his kind help will pay dividends if based on my referral to friends, family.
